After the need of medical information professionals was analyzed, the reform of training model for medi-cal information professionals in Department of Information Management and Information System, Hubei Medical and Pharmaceutical College, was described in aspects of the position of its training target, construction of its teaching team, optimization of its course teaching system structure, updating of its teaching methods, and improvement of its practical ability training system in order to provide certain beneficial experiences and reference for the training of medical information professionals in higher education institutions.

Principles of constructing medical information technology curriculum system were pro-posed revolving round the core problem of how to combine needs of developing life science with culturing talents who can independently apply information technology knowledge in studying and researching. De-tailed implementing measures for constructing medical information technology curriculum system were summarized after repeated practical teaching. Longitudinal classification based on discipline and trans-verse classification based on teaching level were combined to construct the whole standard course. Finally, courses were appropriately distributed according to detailed culturing objectives for students in medical universities and colleges,thus a suitable medical information technology curriculum system in medical universities and colleges was formed.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a disease associated with a variety of factors such as age, psychological factors, physical conditions, and lifestyle, and it severely affects the patients quality of life. In the past, some non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) transcribed by genes but not translated into the protein were regarded as the "waste" in the process of gene expression. But in the recent years, ncRNAs have been found to play a crucial role in regulating gene expression and its products, which may affect penile erectile function. This review focuses on the recent progress in the studies of the relationship between ncRNAs and erectile dysfunction.

The study is to describe the main activities of NGOs involved in programs of China AIDS Global Fund Round 5 and analyze the advantage and necessity of their involvement in HIV/AIDS control. The experience and problems of NGOs ' involvement in AIDS Global Fund Programs,as well as appropriate approaches to address them are discussed.

Objective:To construct the Helicobacter pylori infected C57BL/6 mice model to observe the activation of NOD1/NF-κB signaling pathways in the gastric tissues,and study its roles in inflammatory response during Hp infection.Methods:6-8 week-old C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into two groups,the Hp infection group and the control group,and mice were given by gavage every 48 h for five times with Hp or PBS,respectively.All the animals were sacrificed at different time point and the gastric tissue were stained with hematoxylin-eosin( HE);The mRNA expression of NOD1 and RIP2 in gastric tissues were examined by RT-PCR;Levels of IFN-βand IP-10 in mice serum were assessed by ELISA;Nuclear translocation of p65 in gastric tissue was detected by Western blot.Results:Hp infection elicits an inflammatory cell response,glands in gastric tissue were reduced or atrophic,as compared with that in the control group.The levels of IP-10 and IFN-βincreased in the model group, and peaked at 16 weeks after Hp infection.Hp infection increased the mRNA expression of NOD1 and the p65 content in nuclear between 24-120 h(P<0.05),and the highest level at 48 h,subsequently the expression levels were began to decrease.The mRNA expression level of RIP2 was up-regulated after Hp was administrated, peaked at 48 h and declined after 72 h.However, the expression levels would rise again at 120 h.Conclusion: Hp infection can activate the NOD1/NF-κB signaling pathways and induce the production of IFN-βand IP-10 in gastrics of mice.

Objective To investigate the effect of microRNA-101 (miRNA-101) on atrial fibrosis in human chronic atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods Right atrial appendages were obtained from 59 patients (30 with AF) undergoing cardiac surgery, including 47 patients with valve heart disease and 12 patients with congenital heart disease. The expression of miRNA-101 was determined by quantitative real-time PCR in the right atrial appendages of patients with and without AF. The cell-specific localization of miRNA-101 was detected by in situ hybridization assay. The mRNA and protein expression levels of transforming growth factor β typeⅠreceptor (TGFβRⅠ) and collagen type I (COL1) were determined by quantitative real-time PCR and Western-blot assay, respectively. Collagen in the right atrial appendages was observed by Masson staining assay. Results The expression of miRNA-101 was found to be significantly down-regulated in AF patients compared with patients with sinus rhythm (SR) (P < 0.05). The result of miRNA-ISH showed that miRNA-101, which was highly distributed within the connective tissues of heart, was down-regulated at about 24.9% in patients with AF compared with patients with SR. No significant differences at the mRNA expression level of TGFβRI was found between patients with AF and patients with SR (P > 0.05). But the protein expression of TGFβRI in patients with AF was significantly higher than that of patients with SR (P < 0.05). The mRNA and protein expressionsl of COL1 were significantly higher in patients with AF than thoset of patients with SR (P < 0.05). The collagen was significantly increased in patients with AF than that of patients with SR (P < 0.05). Conclusions Downregulation of miRNA-101 may contribute to atrial fibrosis in human atrial fibrillation by targeting TGFβRⅠ.

AIM:To evaluate the availability and our experience of intraoperative image-guidance in endoscopic nasocular operation.METHODS:Seven cases of endoscopic nasal surgery with intraoperative image-guidance were retropectively reviewed,including 3 cases of optic nerve injury;3 cases of foreign object of optic behind the eyeball;1 case of retrobulbar tumor(angeioma).RESULTS:The preoperative preparatory time would take 15 minutes,including coordination,head holder localization,conventional instrument registration.In our cases,the localization accuracy between 3-D image landmarks of navigation system and actual anatomical landmarks was less than 1.3mm.The optic nerve and other anatomical points could be orientated accurately in intraoperative procedures.No complication occurred.CONCLUSION:Nasal endoscope combined with imageguidance systems provides accurate anatomical localization of anterior skull base with enlarged operation field.It is possible for surgeons to observe important anatomical structures during endoscopic surgery.It could increase the effectiveness and decrease surgical complications,especially in complicated cases.

Objective:To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker( QAMS) for nine kinds of alkaloids in Xiaohuoluo pills. Methods: An HPLC-QTOF-MS method with an Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18 RRHT(2. 1 mm × 50 mm,1. 8 μm) column was applied. The flow rate was 0. 21 ml·min-1 . The column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol (A)-water (B;containing 0. 1％ formic acid and 2. 5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate) with gradient elution. The aconitine was used as the internal standard, and the relative correction factor ( RCFs) of hypaconitine, mesaconitine, benzoylaconine, benzoyl-hypaconine, benzoylmesaconine, aconine, hypaconine and mesaconine was respectively established, and the reproducibility inspection on the RCF was performed. The contents of the other 8 kinds of aconitum alkaloids were calculated according to the RCF. At the same time, an external standard method ( ESM) was performed for the content determination of the nine alkaloids. The results of the two methods were compared. The feasibility and accuracy of the QAMS method were verified. Results:Within a certain range,the RCF of hypacontine,mesacontine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypaconine, benzoyl mesaconine, aconine, hypaconine and mesaconine to aconitine was 1. 736,1. 979,1. 0471,0. 9242,1. 2901,1. 3078,1. 2859,and 1. 0948,respectively. The QAMS method was established for determi-ning alkaloids. There were no significant differences between the results of the QAMS method and those of the external standard method ( ESM) . Conclusion:With the validation of methodology, the method established in our study can be used for the content determina-tion of aconitine, hypaconitine, mesaconitine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypaconine, benzoylmesaconine, aconine, hypaconine and mesaconine in xiaohuoluo pills.
