Objective To understand antimicrobial resistance of Enterobacteriaceae strains and distribution charac-teristics of carbapenemase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE)in Xijing Hospital in 2015,so as to provide basis for rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic. Methods Specimens from infected inpatients and outpatients in Xijing Hospital in January-December 2015 were performed pathogenic culture, isolation and identification. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed with Kirby-Bauer method, carbapenemase confirmatory test was conducted with modified Hodge test, antimicrobial resistance of Enterobacteriaceae was statistically analyzed. Results A total of 4166 pathogenic strains were isolated in 2015,1554 (37.30% )of which were Enterobacteriaceae strains, the top 5 isolated pathogens were Escherichiacoli(E. coli),Klebsiella pneumoniae(K. pneumoniae),Enterobactercloacae (E. cloacae),Proteusmirabilis, and Enterobacteraerogenes. Of 787 E. coli strains,581(73.82% )were extend-ed-spectrumβ-lactamases(ESBLs)-producing strains;of 367 K. pneumoniae strains,182 (49.59% )were ESBLs-producing strains. E. coli and K. pneumoniae had the highest resistance rates to cefazolin, which were 93.14% and 78.48% respectively. A total of 81 (5.21% )CRE were detected,K. pneumoniae,E. cloacae, and E. coli were 41 ,27,and 13 strains respectively;strains were mainly isolated from patients in departments of neurosurgery(n=42),gastroenterology(n= 9),and neurology(n= 8). 1.02% (8/787)of E. coli and 3.27% (12/367)of K. pneu-moniae were multidrug-resistant. Conclusion Enterobacteriaceae accounted for a higher proportion of pathogenic bacteria causing HAI,the detection rate of ESBLs-producing strains remains high, the isolation rate of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae is higher than that of last year, especially K. pneumoniae.

At present, the percutaneous transhepatic cholangiodrainage (PTCD) and the self-expandable metal stent implantation are commonly recognized as an effective treatment for inoperable malignant biliary obstruction, but the restenosis of biliary stent significantly affect the therapeutic result and prognosis.Percutaneous transhepatic intraductal radiofrequency ablation can be used together with biliary stent implantation, which can prolong the patency time of biliary stent and control the local tumor at the narrowed segment, thus, the therapeutic effect of malignant biliary obstruction can be reliably improved. As a kind of newly-developed therapy, its clinical safety is especially important. This paper aims to make a review about the safety of percutaneous transhepatic intraductal radiofrequency ablation combined with biliary stent implantation in treating malignant biliary obstruction.

Inspection of the complexion is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical diagnosis. Traditional Chinese medicine puts high emphasis on inspection of the complexion and there exists detailed discussion on inspection of facial expression in Neijing. The so-called inspection of facial expression is a method to diagnose diseases according to the theory of five Zang-organs matching five elements and five colors by distinguishing various changes of facial color, such as green, red, yellow, white and black based on yin and yang doctrine and five elements theory. Nowadays, more and more experts have introduced color optical theory and modern devices into the modern research field of traditional Chinese medical diagnosis with the development of color optical theory and the renewal of determining devices, such as digital camera, color differentiation meter and spectrophotometer, to make the research more scientific and objective and avoid the deviations caused by human factors. The modern study of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis has made fare progress, consequently enriching the contents of its facial color observation and giving a more scientific explanation of it. However, the devices being used now are still disunited; the data may be unilateral and cannot contain the whole information. So the most important task is to invent and use scientific devices conforming better with the theory of five colors observation in traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective The aim of the paper is to investigate the alteration of the physical-chemical properties and disinfection effect of electrolyzed-oxidizing water during storage, and to provide theory support for its application. Methods A typical electrolyzed-oxidizing water was stored under a closed and light condition for 66 days and its physical-chemical parameters and disinfection effect were measured at fixed periods. Results The results showed that the chlorine loss of the electrolyzed-oxidizing water was quite fast and reached 50% and 100% after 10 days and 66 days of storage period respectively, the pH value was quite stable, from 2.5 to 2.47. The oxidation-reduction potential(ORP) of the water decreased slowly only from 1 146 mV to 1 100 mV within 45 day, but decreased rapidly after 45 days of storage. The results also showed that the inactivation of Bacillus subtilis var niger spores by the electrolyzed-oxidizing water also decreased rapidly after one week of storage, from 100%(the first week) to less than 90%(after 10 days). Conclusion The electrolyzed-oxidizing water can keep its strong disinfection effect after 7-10 days of storage. It was believed that the chlorine loss from the electrolyzed-oxidizing water was the main reason for the decrease of its disinfection effect during storage.
