1.Differences of Adaptabillties of University Freshmen
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(09):-
Objective: To explore the differences between the internal social adaptation and external social behaviors of freshmen. Methods: Make a survey of 198 freshmen on the internal adaptation and external by General Well-Being Schedule and Undergraduate Social Adaptation Questionnaires. Results:Freshmen' social adaptation mainly involves three factors: interpersonal communication, the state of campus life and performance of studies. The Cronbach alpha of 3 factors were 0.82, 0.87 and 0.90,and the re-test reliability was r=0.73 (P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective:To study the cognitive features of text anxiety. Methods: The cognitive features of text anxiety were explored by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the basis of interview, questionnaire surveying and criterion. Results:There were 6 cognitive factors leading to test anxiety: self-test, worrying, magnifying conclusion, resistance, preparing, self-efficacy.Conclusion: The 6 factors of cognition about text are related to text anxiety
3.Pain:An Important Topic in Bioethics
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Pain is one of important topics in Bioethics.Pain, which looks like a simple physical symptom, involves the crucial ethical value. In Western bioethics, pain has been discussed for some decades. However, pain still hasn't been emphasized as an important topic in Chinese Bioethics world. Therefore, from bioethical perspectives, this article attempts to study pain under four subtitles: the notion of pain;some bioethical debates about pain;narrative of pain and illness, and pain: a way to go further for Bioethics studies.
4.An Empirical Approach to Clinical Bioethics
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
In modern world, bioethics has become an international social movement since its inception during the mid-twentieth century. In the practices of clinical bioethics, methodology is the most crucial issue concerned by western scholars.Briefly, the article introduces and analyzes the empirical approach in contemporary European world,as well as explains the interaction between bioethics and naturalism.Based on current development of mainstream ethics, the article also tries to answer the question about "is and ought" in the background of clinical practice. The research aims at providing the ideas and experiences for the development of Chinese clinical bioethics.
5.Actuality and new trend on research of natural medicines in China and overseas
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(11):-
The actuality of natural medicines in China,Europe,America, and Korea were explained, and analyzing existing problems of research and development of the natural medicines in China combing development trend of natural medicines, research trend, future direction, thought and methods for research of natural medicines were put forward in the paper.
6.MicroRNA and fundus diseases
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;31(9):897-901
MicroRNA (miRNAs) are endogenous, small and noncoding regulatory RNAs,which widely exist in eukaryotes.MiRNAs regulate the expression of target gene by translating inhibition or mRNA destabilization.MiRNAs have been recognized as a major regulatory fashion of post-transcriptional gene expression and play important roles in many cellular biological processes, including cellular proliferation, diffcrentiation, cell death.Alteration of expression and/or dysregulation of miRNAs are related to a wide variety of severe fundus diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy,age-related macular degeneration and retinoblastoma. This review aimed to provide a summary of the recent progress in the effect of miRNAs on fundus diseases.
8.Construction and Identification of Recombinant Plasmid of p3XFLAG-CMV7-NICD1
Journal of China Medical University 2015;(3):217-220
Objective To construct the eukaryotic expression vector of Notch1intracellular domain,p3XFLAG?CMV7?NICD1,so as to prepare for the further research and exploration of effect of Notch1 on promoting epithelial?mesenchymal transition of human lens epithelial cells. Methods The cDNA fragment was reversely transcribed by RT?PCR from total RNA extracted from the SRA01/04 cells and was encoded with the specific am?plification?targeted NICD1was obtained from the SRA01/04 cells, then the cDNA fragment was inserted into p3XFLAG?CMV7 to transcribe Esche?richia coli DH5α. And the recombinant plasmid was extracted after bacterial screening by LB plating medium and confirmed by the restriction endo?nuclease digestion and DNA sequencing. Results The target gene obtained had the same molecular size as predicted. It was indicated that recom?bined p3XFLAG?CMV7 plasmid contained correct recombinant human Notch1 sequences and p3XFLAG?CMV7?NICD1 was constructed success?fully. The western blotting showed protein NICD1 expressed in SRA01/04 cells transfected with p3XFLAG?CMV7?NICD1. Conclusion The suc?cessful construction of p3XFLAG?CMV7?NICD1 will provide a foundation for a further study studies in on the effect relationship of Notch signaling pathway and in posterior capsular opacification(PCO)after cataract extraction.
9.Effect of Shenkangwan on TGF-?1/Smad signaling pathway in rat diabetic nephropathy
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(16):-
Objective To explore the mechanism of Shenkangwan in preventing the development of diabetic nephropathy(DN)through TGF-?1/Smad signaling pathway. Methods The diabetic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)in male Wistar rats and randomly divided into 3 groups:model control group,Capoten group and Shenkangwan group.Another 8 normal Wistar rats served as normal control. After the rats had been treated for 8 weeks, the mRNA expressions of fibronetin(FN)and TGF-?1 were detected by RT-PCR and the protein expressions of Smad 2,Smad 3 by immunohistochemistry in the renal tissues. Results During the past 8 weeks, the blood glucose of the rats in the model control group was all over 16.7 mmol/L and they exhibited the symptoms of diabetes mellitus, such as excessive thirsty, extreme hunger, frequent urination and unusual weight loss. The mRNA expressions of FN and TGF-?1 in rat renal tissues of model control group were significantly higher than those in the rats of normal control group(P
10.Preparation and in vitro evaluation of fluorouracil nanoparticles for ophthalmologic usage
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(10):-
Objective:To prepare fluorouracil-loaded chitosan nanoparticle (5-Fu-CS-NP) for ophthalmologic usage and evaluate its releasing characteristics in vitro. Methods: 5-Fu-CS-NP was prepared with 5-Fu, polyacrylic acid and chitosan using dispersion method. The mean size, entrapment efficiency (EE%), drug loading (DL%) and the in vitro releasing characteristics of 5-Fu-CS-NP were investigated. Results and conclusion: The mean size of 5-Fu-CS-NP was (144.6?3.1) nm, the EE% was 84.5% and the DL% was 3.91%. 5-Fu-CS-NP had a satisfactory sustained-releasing effect and the releasing could last for 3-7 days, and the release behavior was not greatly changed within a pH value of 7.2-7.4.
