Through analyzing the historical background and the ethical wisdom of Healthy China Strategy,this paper pointed out that the promotion of Healthy China Strategy cannot be well developed without theoretical navigation and conceptual remodeling.Researchers and scholars in the field of medical ethics should engage in as facilitators rather than bystanders,providing theoretical and educational support to achieve the goal of improving the health and well-being of all people in China.

Chinese traditional morality is rich in the moral thoughts in promoting the development of hospice care,such as social morality,professional codes of conduct and family virtues.This paper attempts to explore the importance of filial piety in traditional Chinese morality,and comes up with the suggestion that we should absorb the essence and discard the dross in traditional filial piety to advance the localization of hospice care in China.

The concept of ′good death′ is one of the core concepts of hospice.To help medical students build up this concept benefits the development of hospice in China.Therefore,it should be introduced in many aspects in medical ethics teaching.

At present,most applications remain in the Service is a single application system with unique hardware system and every deployment of an application system needs to add new hardware device and will bring a lot of additional costs. Application systems will be migrated to the virtual application structure which will effectively improve equipment utilization,reduce purchase costs and operating costs and at the same time,it will bring many benefits to the deployment and operational management and disaster recovery,etc.

Objective To build a nomogram of normal fetal lung volumes (left,right and total)throughout gestational age estimated by 3-dimensional ultrasonography.Methods Left and right lung volumes were assessed in 324 normal and singleton fetuses of gestational age 16-37 weeks by 3-dimensional ultrasonography using the technique of virtual organ computer-aided analysis(VOCAL) at a rotational step of 30 degrees.The relationships between left,right,and total lung volumes,and gestational age were assessed by correlation and regression analysis.Results The right,left,and total lung volumes were highly correlated with gestational age (P＜0.001),and the correlation coefficient was 0.966,0.973 and 0.990respectively.The best-fit exponential curve regression equations of left lung volume was:y=0.207exp~(0.143X);right lung volume was:y=0.301 exp~(0.14X);total lung volume was:y=0.508 exp~(0.142X).Conclusions A nomogram of fetal lung volumes estimated by 3-dimensional ultrasonography from 16 to 37weeks gestation is described,and reference values may be useful for the prenatal prediction of pulmonary hypoplasia.

Objective To observe the effect of telmisartan and isosorbide mononitrate injection joint treat- ment on intensive pulmonary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 60 patients suffering from intensive pulmonary heart disease and heart failure were divided into observe group and control group randomly, patients in observe group were on the basis of the routine treatment given telmisartan and isosorbide mononitrate injection in 5 days period of treatment, while the control received only routine treatment, clinical effect of the two groups was observed and com-pared. Results Obvious effective rate was 74.3% and total effective rate was 92.7% which in control group were 46. 6% and 68. 3% ,respectively. There were significant difference in obvious effective rate and effective rates between the two groups(P <0.01). Conclusion The effect of telmisartan and isosorbide mononitrate injection joint treatment on intensive pulmonary heart disease and heart failure is excellent with less side-effects and safe medicament.

Sepsis refers to the infection caused by systemic inflammatory response syndrome.Sepsis is one of the leading causes of death in critically ill patients in the ICU and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year globally.According to statistics,in China,the incidence of sepsis in ICU is 8.68％ and the mortality rate can be as high as 44.7％,therefore,severe sepsis in the field of medicine to become one of the problems to be overcome.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in the pathogenesis of sepsis through the TLRs / NF-κB signaling pathways,which play an important role in immune regulation.In this review,the progress of miRNAs involved in TLRs signaling pathway in sepsis is reviewed.

The RECK protein is highly expressed in normal cells and tissues,however,down-regulated in transformed cells or tumor tissues.Subsequent functional studies have demonstrated that RECK owns the tumor suppressor activity.Hence,it is urgent and important to unmask the mechanisms involved in regulation of RECK expression.Epigenetic regulation plays a vital role in modulating gene expression,besides,multiple research also suggested the involvement of epigenetic regulation in RECK expression.The epigenetic regulation mechanisms of controlling the gene expression currently known will be reviewed in this paper.

The values of right and left ventricular ejec-tion fraction (RVEF, LVEF) of 10 normal sub-ject and 44 patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease (COPD) were measured with thenon-multigated equilibrium method with NuclearMultiple Function Instrument. Adipocytes are classified into three types, including white, brown, and “beige/brite” adipocytes. There exist differences in origin of adipocytes, gene expressions, morphology, and functions among three kinds of adipocytes. Multiple factors such as physical and chemical factors, neurohormonal and immunological factors, transcriptional factors have been shown to regulate and control the browning process and lipolysis of white adipose tissue. Thus, they may become new targets for anti-obesity intervention. In the process of obesity, chronic inflammation reaction, adipose tissue remodeling and abnormal angiogenesis occurring in the adipose tissue cause pathological fat expansion and reduce lipid storage in adipocytes. Understanding adipocytes biology is important to decipher how the aberrant adipose tissue contributes to obesity and metabolic disorders, and provides guidance for treating obesity.
