1.Hand, foot and mouth disease caused by Coxsackievirus A6
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(5):340-344
Hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD)refers to infectious diseases caused by enteroviruses, of which coxsackievirus A16(CA16)and enterovirus 71(EV71)are the most common. In recent years, studies have found that the enterovirus pathogen spectrum of HFMD has changed. The new lineage of coxsackievirus A6(CoxA6)has gradually become a dominant strain, and it has spread in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. The outbreak of CoxA6 related HFMD poses new challenges to the prevention and control of HFMD.Therefore, this article reviews the etiology, epidemiology, clinical features, laboratory diagnosis, preventive measures and vaccine research of CoxA6, and analyzes the genotypes and subtypes of HFMD-related CoxA6 strains, in order to provide new clues for the prevention and control of HFMD.

3.Oxygen-induced brain BOLD-fMRI signal change
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
Objective:To observe the signal changes of blood-oxygen-level-dependent functional MRI(BOLD-fMRI)in brain tissue after inhalation of oxygen. Methods:Fifteen volunteers,9 males and 6 females, were included in the present experiment. The fMRI was conducted using 1.5T Singna Double-gradient Super Conducting Magnetic Resonance Imaging system (GE Inc).Bold-fMRI scanning was conducted using GRE-EPI sequence and data analysis was done using SPM2 software. Meanwhile, the BOLD-fMRI T_2 signal changes after 15 s and 6 min inhalation of pure oxygen were observed and compared with those after inhaling normal air. Results:No obvious activation of BOLD-fMRI was observed in the whole brain after inhaling normal air.Fifteen seconds after inhaling pure oxygen, the signal changes in the whole brain mainly manifested as the signal decrease in the gray matter, with average signal change being(-0.041?0.31)% in the gray matter and about(0.056?0.26)% in the white matter;the changes were significantly different from those of the normal air group(P

International Eye Science 2016;16(11):2139-2141
AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Sub-tenon's anesthesia for compound trabeculectomy with high intraocular pressure.
METHODS: Forty - six eyes ( 46 cases ) of primary glaucoma received compound trabeculectomy under Sub-tenon's anesthesia, whose preoperative intraocular pressure were higher than normal after 24 to 48h of combined medication. Both efficacy and complication of the anesthesia were studied.
RESULTS: One minute after anesthetic injection, all cases were able to achieve the effect of analgesia and eye brake. During the operation, 0 level of anesthesia effect included 35 eyes ( 76%) , 1 level of anesthesia effect included 10 eyes ( 22%) , 2 level of anesthesia effect included 1 eye(2%). Only 1 case of these patients needed to add the surface anesthetic once, and other cases were successfully operatedunder Sub-tenon's anesthesia. The total effective rate was 98%. No anesthesia complications occurred in all cases.
CONCLUSION: Sub - Tenon's anesthesia is safe, effective, simple and quick for compound trabeculectomy with high intraocular pressure.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(4):429-431
Objective To investigate the effect of multiple treatments on cystospasm after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP). Methods From 2006 to 2013, 663 patients who had received TURP for BPH were civided into 6 groups:2 were treated by kieselgel or lac-toprene urethral catheter, defined as catheter observe group. 2 were treated by warmed or ordinary temperature douche, defined as temperature observe group. 2 were treated by dicaine mixed or normal douche, defined as mixed douche observe group. The incidence rates and duration of cystospasm and visual analogue scores of pain were observed and the diversities were measured by statistics within each pair groups. Results The incidence rates and duration of cystospasm and visual analogue scores of pain of groups treated by kieselgel urethral catheter, warmed douche and dicaine mixed douche were obviously lower than the groups treated by lactoprene urethral catheter, ordinary temperature douche and normal douche. The kieselgel urethral catheter and warmed douche decreasing the irritation on mucous membrane of bladder, the dicaine decreasing the sensibility of bladder nerves may be the mechanism. Conclusion The incidence rates and duration of cystospasm and visual analogue scores of pain can be obviously decreased by treatments of kieselgel urethral catheter, warmed douche and dicaine mixed douche.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(3):322-323,324
Objective To investigate the effect of indwelling double-J ureteral stents before flexible ureteroscope lithotrity in terms of operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and operation effect. Methods All clinical data of flexible ureteroscope lithotrity from 2009 to 2013 were reviewed. Operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and recurrence rate of calculus of patients who received operation directly and patients who received indwelling of double-J ureteral stents 2 weeks before operation were observed and compared. Results Op-eration time, postoperative hospitalization time, and recurrence rate of calculus of patients who received indwelling of double-J ureteral stents 2 weeks before receiving operation were obviously lower than patients who received operation directly. Conclusion Operation time, postoper-ative hospitalization time and recurrence rate of calculus can be decreased by indwelling double-J ureteral stents 2 weeks before operation.

Objective To investigate the effect of EST on function of sphincter of Oddi and on the long-term complications. Methods A total of 68 patients with common bile duct stones were recruited from January 2009 to January 2013 in The First People's Hospital of Hangzhou. All patients were under follow-up to observe the incidence of late complications after EST.Oddi sphincter manometry and bile bacterial culture were performed before EST and one year later. Results With the 13-36 months follow-up,the incidence of late complications was 16.9% (11/65).The peak pressure and frequency of contraction of Oddi sphincter after EST were significantly lower than those before EST,but there were no significant differences between patients with complication and without (P > 0.05).After EST,positive rate of biliary bacteria in patients with complications was much higher than that in patients without complications [70% (7/10)vs.31.7% (13/41),P =0.026],although there were no significant differences between them before EST [54.5%(6/11) vs.46.3% (25/54),P =0.618).Logistic regression analysis showed that cholecystolithiasis, bile duct diameter (> 1.5 cm),number of stone (> 3),maximun diameter of stone (> 20 mm),large EST were independent risk factors for late complications of EST.Conclusion Importance should be attached to the late complications of EST with Oddi sphincter function declination, and biliary enteric reflux being the basic factor in late compilations after EST,which are also influenced by many risk factors.
