1.Exercise-induced Weight Reduce and Leptin (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(10):883-885
With the standard of living improved, people had less and less interests in exercise, adiposity has being a problem that people have to be up against all over the world. Exercise can step up energy expenditure, decrease fat accumulation, minish the volume of fat cell, and is one of widely used, effective, safe, economical measures of anti-adiposity. The adaptable change of neuroendocrine system in exercise quicken up fat to burn more. Leptine is an important signal of measuring fat content of body. The relationship between adiposity and leptin, and the effect of exercise on leptin was reviewed in this paper.

To establish a convenient and rapid method for identification of Pseudostellariae Radix by molecular identification, the rDNA-ITS sequences of Pseudostella riaheterophylla and its adulterants had been aligned to find out specific fragment. The specific primers against the fragment were designed and the PCR amplification conditions were optimized. The fluorescence reaction of the PCR products colored by 100 x SYBR Green I was observed under UV. The concentration of reaction buffer included 5.5 μL DNA Taq polymerase premix, 10 pmol Tzs-2F and 10 pmol Tzs-2R, 20-80 ng template DNA, and plus double sterile distilled water to 25 μL. The PCR thermal profile was as follows: predenaturation at 95 degrees C for 1 min, followed by 30 cycles of denaturation at 95 degrees C for 5 seconds, primer annealing and extension at 56 degrees C for 15 seconds, then it was extension at 72 degrees C for 30 seconds. The fluorescence reaction of Pseudostellariae Radix showed green fluorescence, while adulterants had not. Extraction, amplification DNA and all steps of molecular identification could be completed successfully in 40 minutes. The approach could amplify DNA template of Pseudostellariae Radix specificity, and its product with 1 μL 100 x SYBR Green I could engender green fluorescence under UV. The method was simple and accurate, so it could be used for identification of Chinese traditional medicine.

This paper was aimed to study the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of germplasm resource of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos in order to provide references for its breeding. A total of 36 samples from 18 farm varieties and wild species, as well as related species of Lonicera japonica Thunb. from the main production areas were studied by ISSR-PCR markers. The Jaccard coefficient was worked out by NTSYS-pc software. And a cluster dendrogram of different samples was established based on unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA). The re-sults showed that 12 ISSR primers generated 129 loci of which 114 loci were polymorphic. The average percentage of polymorphic bands (PPB) is 88.37%. In the cluster dendrogram, different samples of Lonicera japonica are in the same group, which showed that it is a natural species; the wild sample is separated from the cultivated samples; the traditional type-Maohua is relative stable, but the type of Jizhuahua includes complicated varieties, and it has obvi-ous genetic variation; the new variety Jiufeng 1 has already distinct into one stable type. It was concluded that the ISSR method was suitable for germplasm identification, genetic diversity analysis of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, thus providing a theoretical foundation for its cultivation and breeding.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
As a clean, efficient, and renewable energy, hydrogen is regarded as a promising alternative. Because of using biomass as substrate, microbial fermentative hydrogen production can meet the need of sustainable development. The factors affecting the process of microbial fermentative hydrogen production, are analyzed in this paper on the basis of microorganisms, substrates, products and operative parameters. The parameters related to hydrogen production from organic wastes, are also mentioned.

A high Streptolydigin-producing strain Streptomyces lydicus AS 4.2501-L8 with genetic stability was obtained from the original strain S. lydicus AS 4.2501-P28 by mutagenesis with UV and acridine orange, followed by resistance selection. Its yield of Streptolydigin was 177.0 ?g/mL, 96.2% higher than the original strain.

Objective To study the clinicopathologic characteristics and differential diagnosis of T-cell immunophenotype in intestinal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Methods The clinicopathologic characteristics of 13 cases with intestinal T-cell lymphoma were analyzed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry(Envision detection method). Results The lesions of 8 cases with T-cell lymphoma were found on the small intestine and 5 on the colon.Grossly,8 cases showed ulcer pattern,3 polypoid pattern and 2 presented as a regional thickening of intestinal wall. The tumor cells were medium to large size with pleomorphic nuclei and inflammatory background. The neoplastic lesions expressed the immunophenotype of peripheral T cells. The neoplastic cells of 13 cases(100%)expressed leukocyte common antigen(LCA);10(76.9%)cases expressed CD3;9(69.2%)CD45RO;5(38.5%)EB virus(EBV);3(23.1%)CD56 and 2(15.4%)vimentin(VIM).All the cases were negative for CD20,CD79a,CK,CDX2,NSE,CgA and CD117.ConclusionIntestinal T-cell lymphoma is a rare, aggressive neoplasm with poor prognosis and should be distinguished from other malignant tumors of intestine.

Oncology is extensive in contents, covering a wide range of organs, systems and clinical specialties. Here,we discuss the feasibility and necessity of flipping the classroom teaching through the introduction of Oncology and through the implementation of flip classroom teaching for oncology graduate students, this paper analyzes the evaluation of the classroom teaching by the teachers and students, and compares the assessment results of students under different teaching methods. The results show that the flipped class can promote students' initiative learning, promote students' classroom participation, and help students to internalize and consolidate their knowledge of oncology in the theoretical teaching of graduate oncology.
