1.Comparison of MRI contrast agents gadopentetate dimeglumine, gadodiamide and gadovist: their relaxation rates and effects on imaging
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2016;35(9):993-995
Objective To evaluate the relaxation rates and imaging effects of three MRI contrast agents gadopentetate dimeglumine(0.5 mol/L),gadodiamine and gadovist(1.0 mol/L) in the nervous system. Methods Relaxation rate differences between the three contrast agents were assessed using the GE Signa HDx 3.0 T MR scanner and phantom solutions of different albumin concentrations.Twenty leukemia patients whose initial scans had been conducted with the injection of a standard dose(0.5 mol/L)of gadopentetate dimeglumine as the contrast agent were recalled to have a follow-up scan for signs of brain infections with the same imaging protocols, except that a high concentration(1.0 mol/L)gadovist was used this time as the contrast agent.CNR and SNR in the ROI were measured for quantitative analysis. Results Changes in dosage of the three contrast agents produced no difference in intensity of the image signal for each phantom solution of a specific albumin concentration(5.0 g/L:P=0.35,6.5g/L:P =0.27,8.0 g/L:P=0.23).Two sets of scans of the leukemia patients showed that high concentration(1.0 mol/L)gadovist generated higher SNR and CNR in the ROI of the white matter, gray matter and vasculature than standard concentration(0.5 mol/L) gadopentetate dimeglumine(P< 0.05).Conclusions A half dose of high concentration(1.0 mol/L) gadovist generates better imaging enhancement than standard concentration(0.5 mol/L)gadopentetate dimegluminethe.Gadopentetate dimeglumine, gadodiamide and gadovist have no significant difference in relaxation rate.
2.Study Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment of Myocardial Damage in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(13):-
The diagnosis of myocardial damage in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is mainly based on clinical symptoms, physical examinations and electrocardiographic abnormality, echocardiographic changes, and myocardial enzymologic diversity in general. In recent years,it has been suggested that cardiac troponin I possesses high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of myocardial damage.Lupus myocardial damage is diagnosed definitively depending on endomyocardial biopsy. Its treatment has been empirical, and hormone combined with immunodepressive is routine treatment.According to pathogenetic condition, there are still several therapies such as intravenous immunoglobulin therapy, blood purification and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, and so on.Most often, myocardial dysfunction in SLE is of subclinical progression, and that early diagnosis and prompt treatment may play an important role in relieving patients' condition, raising quality of life and improving prognosis.

Chinese meteria medica (CMM) chain is a long-span chain covering agriculture which mainly depends on the forces of nature as well as high-tech CMM industry, CMM expertise industry and fast developing CMM circulation industry. Imbalance among the development of these industries produces bottlenecks and hinders the operation of the entire production chain. After analyzing the structure of Chinese meteria medica industrial chain from the perspective of national economy industry, three industry classifications and differentiation of factor intensity, we conclude that the complex structure of CMM industry chain is attributable to these three aspects. And the complexity is mainly shown at complex industry, varied product types, different coordination of various industrial sections and different technical growth speed of varied industry. We propose that structural complexity is the natural property of the chain, which is the main reason of industry sector development imbalance and bottleneck. Results of this research could provide theoretical analysis for future research on the coordination of industrial chain and the efficiency of resource allocation.

Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2014;(8):479-482
Objective To observe the effects of the different serum uric acid levels on expression of Alzheimer’s disease biomarkers (APP and BACE1) in rats. Methods Intraperitoneal injection of oxygen of oxazine acid potassium was used to produce HUA models in rats. H&E staining was used to detect the morphological changes of the hippocampus. Western blot was used to detect the protein levels of APP and BACE1 of the hippocampus. Results Compared with nor-mal control group, the serum uric acid and the protein levels of APP and BACE1 in the hippocampus was obviously in-creased at OAPS treatment group (P<0.01). Compared with low dose OAPS treatment group, the serum uric acid level was significantly increased whereas the protein levels of APP and BACE1 in the hippocampus were significantly decreased at the middle and high dose group (P<0.01). Compared with middle dose group, the serum uric acid level was increased at high dose group (P<0.05) and the expression of APP were decreased in the hippocampus rats but the expression of BACE1 remained unchanged (P>0.05). Conclusion The higher level of serum uric acid may be a protective factor of AD. The higher serum uric acid levels, the lower the risk of AD.
