Objective To observe the effect of vinpocetine on monoamine transmitters in cerebral of poststroke depression (PSD)rats and to investigate the mechanism of pharmacotherapeutics on PSD. Methods Rats were divided randomly into the sham-operated group,the normal saline group,the low dose of vinpocetine group and the high dose of vinpocetine group. Giving the left middle cerebral artery occlusion, the PSD rat model was established by unexpected chronic mild stress. When the PSD rat model was established, vinpocetine group was given vinpocetine(5mg/kg, 10mg/kg) and the normal saline group was given normal saline. Then the ethological score of depression was evaluated on 14 and 28 days. The monoamine transmitter in the frontal cortex and hippocampus and brainstem were detected by the fluorospectrophotometry. Results On the 28th day after the model establishment,compared with the normal saline group, the ethological score of depression level was decreased obviously. Compared with the normal saline group, vinpocetine could improve the ethological score of depression level of the PSD rat model, and these concentrations of 5-hydoxytrypatarmine ( 5-HT), noradrenalin ( NE ) and dopamine ( DA ) in the frontal cortex, hippocampus and brainstem. The level of NE ( ( 192.4 ± 34.8 ) ng/g, ( 206. 0 ± 41.7 ) ng/g,(91.1 ±23.0) ng/g] ,5-HT( (494. 1 ± 50.7) ng/g, (599.7 ± 39.2) ng/g, (541.7 ± 62.6) ng/g) and DA ( ( 298.6 ± 32.6) ng/g, ( 297.0 ± 38.1 ) ng/g, ( 85.9 ± 24.3 ) ng/g) in the high dose of vinpocetine group were significantly higher than that in the normal saline group ( NE (92.4 ± 17.5 ) ng/g, ( 131.4 ± 34.8 ) ng/g, (49.0 ±13.6)ng/g;5-HT(367.8 ±87.3) ng/g,(498.7 ± 79.6) ng/g, (320.4 ±59.4) ng/g; DA( 106.1 ±23.0)ng/g,(97.0 ±21.7)ng/g, (50.4 ± 13.8 )ng/g)(P ＜ 0.01 ). There were increased obviously by the high dose than the low dose of vinpocetine group. Conclusion Vinpocetine could treat PSD by increasing the level of monoamine transmitters in PSD rats' brain.

Objective To establish healthy adults in shenzhen longhua district reticulocyte red blood cell hemoglobin content of normal reference value range (CHr),and analyze its clinical significance.Methods By Sysmex XN-9000 automatic blood cell analyzer to detect CHr content in the blood,and 600 healthy adults to establish CHr reference range.At the same time detection of 40 patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA)CHr content in the blood to contrast analysis.Results 18~30, 31~40,41~50,51~60 and >60 years old healthy male and female CHr content in the blood,respectively 36.35±3.26 pg and 33.95±2.81 pg,36.02±3.01 pg and 34.15±3.14 pg,36.41±2.76 pg and 34.21± 2.67 pg,35.96±3.06 pg and 33.83±3.04 pg,36.09±2.86 pg and 34.10±2.89 pg,with gender differences between different age groups had no statisti-cal significance (t=1.34~1.82,P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant between different genders is the same age group (t=4.62~5.26,P< 0.05).CHr levels in both men and women respectively reference range 36.12±3.16 pg and 34.05±2.94 pg,men than women,the results between the difference was statistically significant (t=6.792,P<0.05).Pa-tients with IDA CHr levels in both men and women,respectively 24.72±3.91 pg and 22.63±3.76 pg,significantly lower than healthy people,the results between the difference was statistically significant (t=11.29~13.02,P<0.01).Conclusion Shenzhen longhua area different gender differences between healthy adults of CHr content reference interval,men than women.IDA patients serum CHr significantly lower than the general population.Therefore,the establishment of different gender healthy adults of CHr content reference interval,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,curative effect judgment of anemia and early monitoring the extent of the hematopoietic function recovery has important clinical value.

Objective To study the situation of pathogenic bacteria of neonate infection in hospital,so can guide clinical doctors use antibiotic rationally. Method The secretions of 159 neonates′ umbilous and eye matter orders were collected to be used as the specimen and the drug susceptibility experiment was done using MIC and K-B methods together in 159 neonates with hospital infection.Results One hundred and eighty-nine pathogenic bacterias were isolated from 1613 specimens.According to our materials,staphylococci aureus was the most important pathogenic bacteria,then staphylococci heamolyticus,staphylococci epidermidis,encherichia coli ,enterobater cloucac ,klebsiella pneumoniae.MRSA- positive rate was 52.6%,ESBLs-positive in E coli was 21%,inklebsiella pneumoniae was 20%.Drugs of sensitivity for Gram positive coccus were vancomycin(0) clindamycin(8.5%) cipnofloxacin(12.2%);the drugs of sensitivity for Gram negative ord were imipenem (4.4%),cipnofloxacin(5.3%),amikacin(12.7%).Conclusion It is instructive that use antibiotic rationally for controlling neonate infection in hospital.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization with detachable balloon for pulmonary arteriovenous fistula(PAVF). Methods: A 48 year old female with PAVF suffered intermittent emoptysis, fatigability, exertional dyspnea, and palpitations. CT and MRI demonstrated 2 PAVF in the module lobe on right side. Pre embolization super selective pulmonary angiography revealed 2 fistulae communicating to the sac of the lesion.Three detachable balloons were used for embolization of the feeding arterial branch.The diameter of detachable balloons was twice as that of the feeding arterial branch. The study of blood gases showed the arterial oxygen pressure was 6.5 kPa before operation, hemoglobin at 158 g/L. Results: No complications were apparent in our case. Two PAVF were completely occuluded by the embolization of a feeding branch. One month later, the arterial oxygen pressure increased to normal values, hemoglobin at 125 g/L and clinical symptoms disappeared. On postcontrast CT, the fistulas treated by the embolization of a feeding arterial branch were not enhanced. No symptoms and signs were found in follow up for 16 months. Conclusion: The percutaneous transcatheter embolization with detachable balloon is effective for PAVF. [

Objective:To construct the Helicobacter pylori infected C57BL/6 mice model to observe the activation of NOD1/NF-κB signaling pathways in the gastric tissues,and study its roles in inflammatory response during Hp infection.Methods:6-8 week-old C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into two groups,the Hp infection group and the control group,and mice were given by gavage every 48 h for five times with Hp or PBS,respectively.All the animals were sacrificed at different time point and the gastric tissue were stained with hematoxylin-eosin( HE);The mRNA expression of NOD1 and RIP2 in gastric tissues were examined by RT-PCR;Levels of IFN-βand IP-10 in mice serum were assessed by ELISA;Nuclear translocation of p65 in gastric tissue was detected by Western blot.Results:Hp infection elicits an inflammatory cell response,glands in gastric tissue were reduced or atrophic,as compared with that in the control group.The levels of IP-10 and IFN-βincreased in the model group, and peaked at 16 weeks after Hp infection.Hp infection increased the mRNA expression of NOD1 and the p65 content in nuclear between 24-120 h(P<0.05),and the highest level at 48 h,subsequently the expression levels were began to decrease.The mRNA expression level of RIP2 was up-regulated after Hp was administrated, peaked at 48 h and declined after 72 h.However, the expression levels would rise again at 120 h.Conclusion: Hp infection can activate the NOD1/NF-κB signaling pathways and induce the production of IFN-βand IP-10 in gastrics of mice.

Objective To design a multi-functional portable bento for single field soldier by reducing the health load of the army and improving the fighting capacity.Methods It is designed by selecting the suitable material and integrating the minimal volume with function.Results The bento can be designed on light material,small in size and used in water or waterless condition.Conclusion The bento is fit for the field army request to carry picnic tool and can improve the combat effectiveness of the force.

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium on serum endothelin-1(ET-1), polyamine oxidase(PAO), heart-type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), 100β, inflammatory cytokines and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods According to the random number table, 113 patients were randomly divided into two groups (n=61) and control group (n=52).The control group received conventional treatment methods, and observation group received atorvastatin calcium on the basis of control group. The treatment course was two weeks.Serum ET-1, PAO, H-FABP, VEGF, S100β, inflammatory cytokines and NIHSS score were compared between two groups before treatment, 7d and 14d after treatment.Results The serum levels of ET-1, PAO, H-FABP after 7d, 14d treatment of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, respectively (P<0.05).The VEGF level of observation group after 7 d, 14 d treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, respectively (P<0.05).The S100βlevel after 7 d, 14 d treatment of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, respectively (P<0.05).The hs-CRP, IL-8, TNF-αlevels after 7 d, 14 d treatment of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, respectively (P<0.05).NIHSS score after treatment of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The atorvastatin calcium can improve neurological function in patients with brain injury through reducing serum ET-1, PAO, H-FABP and S100βlevels, promote angiogenesis through increasing VEGF expression, and alleviate inflammation and ischemia-reperfusion injury through reducing inflammatory cytokines, thereby promote neurological functional recovery.

A patient was treated by multiple dental implants,the implanted 6 was adjucent to impacted 8 .Immediately after implanta-tion,4 month and 3 year after implantation the distace between 8 and 6 implant central line was 4.4,3.2 and 2.5 mm,the angle between 8 long axis and 6 implant central line was 42.3°,45.5°and 50.3°.Then 8 was extracted.

Objective:To study the osseointegration of implant in fresh extraction socket with or without bone grafting.Methods:In the mandibular premolar region of 6 beagle dogs,bone defect in the size of (3~4)mm ×(3~4)mm ×(5 ~6)mm on the mesial wall of the mesial root socket was made.On control side implants were installed immediately into the extraction sockets(group A).On an-other side Bio-Oss grafts and membrane(GBR)were placed following implantation(group B).All animals were sacrificed 3 months af-ter implantation,specimens were examined for histo-morphometric analysis of bone to implant contact and new bone formation.Results:No implant was loosening in the 2 groups.New bone was filled in the bone defect areas in 2 groups.No statistical difference of the per-centage of new bone formation and bone-to-implant contact ration(BIC)was observed between 2 groups.Conclusion:With the defect in a certain size on the root socket wall osseointegration may occur between the new bone and implant without bone transplantation.

Objective To analyze white matter hyperintensities(WMH)and brain volumes quantitatively in patients with Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leucoencephalopathy(CADASIL)on conventional MRI and correlate them with clinical parameters.Methods Fifteen patients with CADASIL confirmed by pathological investigation underwent conventional MRI examinations.Involvement of centrum semiovale,posterior limbs of the internal capsule,corpus callosum,external capsules and white matter of the temporal poles was determined by an experienced radiologist.Normalized brain volume(NBV)and the percentage of WMH to brain volume were calculated with softwares and they were correlated with NIHSS and MMSE statistically.Results Involvement of white matter in the brains of patients with CADASIL included:semiovale centrum in 13 cases,white matter of the temporal poles in 10 cases,external capsules in 8 cases,posterior limbs of the internal capsule in 5 cases,corpus callosum in 4 cases.The percentage of WMH to brain volume was(5.7±1.4)%,and the NBV was(1602±58)×103mm3.Spearman test showed a significant relationship between age and NBV(r=-0.555,P＜0.05).There was a significant relationship between NBV and NIHSS(r=-0.624.P＜0.05).The percentage of WMH to brain volume correlated significantly with NIHSS and MMSE(r=0.522,P＜0.05;r=-0.679,P＜0.01).Conclusions The white matter hvperintensities and brain volume in patients with CADASIL can be assessed quantitatively,which showed correlation with severity of the clinical scale.The development of WMH may refleet the degree of cognitive impairment in CADASIL.
