1.Management of Application of Perioperative Prophylactic Antimicrobial in Orthopedic Patients
China Pharmacy 2005;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the feasibility of application of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics in orthopedic patients. METHODS:Intervention, feasible regulations and rational medication scheme were formulated and present medical records were monitored and related information was feedback timely. Utilization of perioperative prophylactic antimicrobial was compared between before and after intervention. RESULTS: In the intervention group, hospitalization days, medical costs, cost and proportions of antibiotics were reduced; medication time and selection of antibiotics for all kinds of incision were standardized and the mean duration was shortened. The proportion of antibiotics used at 0.5~2 hours before operation was increased. The first and second generation cephalosporin was applied more and more. Combination of medication was decreased and rational use of antibiotics was significantly improved. CONCLUSION:Management of drug use is helpful to standardize the application of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics and improve clinical rational use of antibiotics.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(9):615-618
Objective To analyze the function of let-7e in the carcinogenesis of non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods The microRNA let-7e expression levels in cancer tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues were detected by quantitative real-time reverse transcription-PCR from 35 non-small-cell lung cancer patients,U6 RNA as an actin. Results The expression of microRNA let-7e in cancer tissues was significantly higher than adjacent normal lung tissues (10.111±6.135,P < 0.0001),there was a significantly different between squamous carcinoma group (9.635±8.300) and adenocarcinoma group (10.301 ±5.228,P < 0.05),independently of sex, smoking history, stage, and histologic characteristics of the tumor. Conclusion The expression of microRNA let-7e in cancerous tissues is high, microRNA let-7e should play oncogene role in process of non-small-cell lung cancer, and would be an useful biomarker.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(12):-
Objective To improve the establishment of rabbit model with VX2 liver tumor and assess sonographical value in monitoring the tumor growth. Methods Fifteen New Zealand white rabbits were implanted with VX2 tumor in two liver lobes under ultrasound guidance percutaneously.Ultrasound examinations were performed at twenty days and thirty-six days after implantation. At the same time exploratory laparotomy was performed. Results Among 30 implanted tumors of 15 rabbits,16(53%) tumors were successfully implanted with few complications. It took 15 to 40 minutes to implant tumors in one rabbit.Implantation rates of left lobe and right lobe were 53% and 50% respectively, and there was no significant difference.Ultrasound examination could monitor tumor growth well. Conclusions After the improvement, the establishment of model was easier, less time-consuming,minimally invasive and caused few complications than other implantation methods.Serial ultrasound examinations should be performed in monitoring the tumor growth.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2011;9(5):491-4
Observed index is a very important element in a research design, because it is a specific reflection of the effects of research factors on the research subjects and is indispensable in any research. Generally, there are two types of observed indexes: the indexes that reflect natural attributes, habits or states of the research subjects and the indexes that reflect the effects of different drugs or treatments on research subjects. This article mainly introduces the definition, characteristics, selection and observation of research indexes and the major and minor indexes.
