Objective To investigate the clinical effect and analysis of Shah Glenn Dean combined with acarbose in the treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 cases of newly diagnosed elderly patients treated in our hospital during the period from January 2015 to January 2017 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is selected as the object of this study, they were randomly divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose treatment, the study group was treated with Shah Glenn Dean combined acarbose treatment, treatment time was 3months, glycosylated hemoglobin, after two groups of patients were in different treatment of hypoglycemia were observed and compared the rate of change, body mass index and blood glucose level changes.Results The patients in the control group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was 23.33%, patients in the study group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was 6.67%, patients in the study group,the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P <0.05); glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group of two patients, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P <0.05); the total cost of the patients in the treatment group compared with the control group had no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Significant clinical therapeutic effect of saxagliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, can make the patient's blood glucose levels were significantly lower,with high security, the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly reduced, but also can reduce the weight of patients, the total cost in the course of treatment did not increase that will not cause economic burden on patients, it is worthy of clinical application.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by Shuxuetong in-jection,and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS:ADR cases induced by Shuxuetong injection in Beijing collected by national ADR monitoring center in 2012 were retrieved,and 35 cases of the ADR were statistically analyzed. RE-SULTS:ADR induced by Shuxuetong injection had relatively high incidence in elder over 60 years old(68.57%);ADR might oc-curred after 5 min with off-label use and it mainly occured after 10 min-2 h(40.00%);clinical manifestations were mainly systemic damage and nervous system damage,and all patients were returned to normal after symptomatic treatment except one with unclear outcome. CONCLUSIONS:ADR induced by Shuxuetong injection is related to age and dosage. Clinical medication should be strict-ly in accordance with the instructions,strengthen medication monitoring and reduce incidence of ADR to ensure medication safety.

This article discussed security factors in TCM budget monitoring platform, organized key contents of information security construction, built information security model for monitoring platform, and analyzed security strategies for the construction of TCM budget monitoring platform, with a purpose to guarantee effective implementation of budget information management measures of TCM projects.

Objective To compare the relativity between Tp-Te interval,Tp-Te /QT ratio with heart rate(HR)and explore their clinical significance retrospectively.Methods 200 normal individuals' ECG were randomly selected and the Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te/QT ratio were measured in precordial lead V6 retrospectively.The relativity between Tp-Te interval and Heart Rate,Tp-Te/QT ratio and Heart Rate were calculated retrospectively.Results The Tp-Te interval was about(83.17?12.64)ms in precordial lead V6 of normal individuals.The Tp-Te interval decreased linearly with the increase in HR with the range of Tp-Te interval being 56 to 114 milliseconds(Pearson's correlation coefficient r was-0.239,P=0.007 0.01).Conclusion There is an inverse correlation between Tp-Te interva and HR while no correlation between Tp-Te/QT ratio and HR.

Objective To investigate Tpeak - Tend interval and Tpeak - Tend/Q - T interval ratio in healthy people. Methods Q - T interval and Q - Tpeak interval (time interval from QRS - wave starting to T - wave peak) were measured on electrocardiogram in 100 healthy people, rectrospectively. Then , Tpeak - Tend was calculated by Q - T interval substrating Q - T peak, and T peak - Tend /Q -T interval ratio was calculated. Results T peak - T end /Q - T ratio and T peak - T end interval were greatest in lead V2 (0.24?0.04, 93.20?16.07)(ms) and smallest in lead avL (0.16?0.03 ,58.06?13.70) (ms). Tpeak - Tend interval in Ⅱ,Ⅲ,avR, V2～V6 were significantly greater in male than those in female. Tpeak - Tend /Q - T ratio in Ⅱ, Ⅲ, avR, avF, V2～V6 were significantly greater in male than those in female. Total 95% confidence interval of Tpeak - Tend interval and Tpeak - Tend /Q - T ratio in lead V2 were (90.01 , 96.39) (ms) and (0.23 , 0.25) /respectively. 95% confidence interval of Tpeak - Tend interval of Male and female subjects in lead V2 were (93.67,103.07) (ms) and (85.13,93.46) (ms) , respectively. 95% confidence interval of Tpeak -Tend interval of Male and female subjects in lead V2 were(0.24 ,0.26) and (0.21 ,0.24) , respectively. Conclusion Our study provides values of T peak -T end interval and T peak - T end/Q - T ratio in healthy people.

Objective To establish a single nucleotide polymorphisms genotyping (SNP) method for a convenient, accurate, and routine analysis of clinical samples. Methods Based on the design of oligonucleotide probe, the assay was performed through three steps:the conjunction of the detection probe, universal amplification, labeling and ELISA reaction. The genotype of each SNP was revealed by reading signals of each set of reaction tubes. This assay was applied to detect sixty-two plasma samples of lung cancer for circulating DNA for three SNPs of EGFR, c.2573T＞G(L858R), EGFR, c.2582T＞G＞T(G719C). Results were compared with those obtained by direct sequencing. Results The heterozygote mutation was identified for L858R by both methods, although no mutation was detected for L861Q and G719C. Six samples were identified as heterozygotes with the new method, and only two samples were unambiguously identified as heterozygotes by the direct sequencing. Two additional samples could not be identified as heterozygotes because the peak of mutant allele was very low compared with that of wild allele. Conclusion The developed method enabled accurate identification of SNP in a convenient manner, and which is adapted to routine analysis from heterogeneous samples unambiguously.
