Tumor has long been a hard-nut problem in the world medical field. The effect of the conventional drugs is very limited because of the intervention of multiple micro-environmental factors during the occurrence and progression of tumors. With the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity and multi-targets synergistic effect, the long-circulating tumor targeted compound preparations show its unique advantages in improving tumor microenvironment and enhancing the therapeutic effect of treatment, thus it has gradually become a hotspot of studies both at home and abroad. Through consulting a great number of professional literatures at home and abroad in recent years, the authors summarized the current studies in vitro and in vive on long-circulating tumor targeted compound preparations in different carriers, in the expectation of providing new ideas and methods for the development of long-circulating tumor targeted compound preparations.

International Eye Science 2017;17(6):1015-1018
AIM: To compare intraocular pressure (IOP) fluctuations measured at home and in the clinic over a 24-hour period.METHODS: A prospective investigational study.A total of 120 Chinese participants were selected from five communities in the Chengdu area.Patients underwent a clinical interview and IOP was measured both at home and in the clinic.IOP were measured at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., 12 a.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m., 8 p.m., 10 p.m., 2 a.m., 6 a.m.using the same pneumatonometer.Measurements were taken in the sitting position.RESULTS: The average 24-hour IOP measured in the clinic was slightly lower than that at home. The mean difference in 24-hour IOP measurements between home and clinic was 0.27 mmHg.The IOP fluctuation in the clinic was higher than at home (the mean difference was 0.01 mmHg).There was no statistically significant difference in the average 24-hour IOP measured at home vs in the clinic. The average IOP measured at 2 p.m.at home (16.04±5.95 mmHg) was significantly higher compared with the measurement in the clinic (15.43±5.16 mmHg) (P<0.05).The overall agreement between 24-hour IOP measurements made in the clinic and at home in diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma was 85.0% (K coefficient: 0.68).CONCLUSION: The 24-hour IOP measured in the clinic was similar to that measured at home, and the method of measuring IOP in the clinic is acceptable in diagnosing primary open angle glaucoma.

Objective:To Investigate a simple, economical and efficient method of primary osteoblast culture and compare their characteristics. Methods:Primary osteoblasts of 1 st -4 th series explant culture from calvarial bones of neonatal Sprague Dawley rats, were collected and osteoblasts shape, mitosis, proliferation, ALP activity and immunohistological expression of osteocalcin and BMP 2 observed. Results:No difference was found in cell shape, spread, conflunce, ALP activity as well as immunohistological stain of osteocalcin and BMP 2 of the osteoblasts, which had been harvested from the 1 st -4 th series explant cultures of Sprague Dawley rats. Conclusion:Series explant culture can harvest the same kind of osteoblasts as the explant culture, and more osteoblasts can be obtained at a single time. It saves money and time and is easy to manipulate.

The quality of Chinese medicinal materials relates greatly to the clinical curative effect and security. In order to ensure the quality and safety of Chinese medicinal materials, a systematic and operable traceability system needs to be established. It can realize the whole process of quality and safety management of Chinese medicinal materials "from production to consumption" through recording and inquiring information and recalling defective products, which is an important direction for the future development of traditional Chinese medicine. But it is still at the exploration and trial stage. In this paper, a framework of Chinese medicinal materials' quality and safety traceability system was established on the basis of the domestic and international experience about the construction of food and agricultural products traceability systems. The relationship between traceability system of Chinese medicinal materials' quality and GAP, GMP, GSP was analyzed, and the possible problems and the corresponding solutions were discussed.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects of health promotion on occupational health based on the changes in knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) before and after intervention of people with occupational disease risk in private enterprises.
METHODS202 people with occupational disease risk in private leather enterprises of Wenzhou were surveyed, who were rechecked with the same questionnaire after three months intervention.
RESULTSThe knowledge, attitude and practice scores (9.34 ± 2.57, 7.79 ± 2.58 and 7.24 ± 2.50, respectively) of post-intervention group were significantly increased more than those of pre-intervention (8.06 ± 2.71, 7.63 ± 2.67, 7.11 ± 2.60, respectively) (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The net increases of knowledge, attitude and practice scores were significantly different with different length of service, educational level, registered residence and training experience (P < 0.05, P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONSHealth promotion could increase knowledge, attitude and practice levels; The effect of intervention on people with short length of service, low educational level, coming from country and had not attended training is significant.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the method and clinical outcome of reconstructing large pulp defects of the fingertips with a homodigital neurovascular island flap.
METHODSForm June 2007 to October 2009, 16 patients with the defects of pulp were repaired by the spiral flap that was a homodigital neurovascular island flap with a unique spiral advancement and transposition design allowed pulp reconstruction using sensate glabrous skin while restricting donor morbidity to the injured digit. There were 12 males and 4 females with an average age of 37 years ranging from 18 to 49 years. The defect were caused by machine crush injury 11 cases, pressure injury by heavy objects in 2 cases, crush injury by door of car 1 case, injury by saw in 2 cases. The defect was located in the index finger in 5 cases, the middle finger in 9 cases, the ring finger in 2 cases. All injuries had large pulp defects averaging 1.6 cm (long) x 1.2 cm (wide) to 2.5 cm (long) x 1.7 cm (wide). Short-term results for all patients were reviewed. Outcome measures included static 2-point discrimination, total active motion, and hypersensitivity or cold intolerance.
RESULTSAll flaps achieved primary healing with no complications. Sensory recovery was excellent with an average 2-point discrimination of 5.1 mm. All patients were followed-up for 8 to 20 months (averaged 12 months) with highly satisfactory with both aesthetic and functional outcome. There was no hypersensitivity or cold intolerance. According to the evaluation of total active motion (TAM) scales, the results were excellent in 7 cases, good in 8 cases (9 lesions) and fair in 1 case.
CONCLUSIONThe spiral advancement-transposition flap is suitable for resurfacing large pulp defects with excellent short-term functional and aesthetic results and high patient satisfaction.
