Objective To study the value of heart rate turbulence(HRT) of acute pediatric viral myocarditis (VMC) ,and the relationship between HRT and other indexes. Methods We randomly assigned 75 acute pediatric VMC and 77 health enfant those all received holter. We calculated the heart rate turbulence(To) and turbulence slope (Ts) respectively, and compared the difference between them. Simultaneously, record the number of ventricular pre-mature complex(VPC) ,whether with ventricular tachycardia(VT) and the SDNN index of HRV. Then we analyzed the association between them and To,Ts. Results The difference of To between pediatric VMC and control group is significant in statistics, as follows [ (1.47±2.03 ) %, (-0.78±2.55) %, P<0.01; (3.05±2.12) ms/RR, (8.82±3.42) ms/RR,P<0.01]. There are no correlation between To and the number of VPC. And the number of VPC is interrelated to Ts. To and Ts are not correlative with whether with VT and heart rate variability(HRV). Conclusions The HRT of pediatric VMC is significanty reduced,so HRT can be a new index that to evaluate the heart parasym-pathetic function state in pediatric VMC and it is independent from traditional HRV. Therefore we can evaluate the heart parasympathetic function state of the sufferers after analyzed their HRT. This technique can help to discover pathological changes of heart parasympathetic system in forepart and guide clinical therapy in time, and avoid heart ill event.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for development of hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacy in south Sichuan. METHODS:Questionnaire was used to investigate the general situation of secondary and tertiary hospitals in 4 cities of south Sich-uan in aspects of partition layout, staffing situation and job content. The results were statistically analyzed. RESULTS:A total of 40 questionnaires was sent out,35 were effectively received with the effective rate of 87.50%. The partition layout was unreasonable in most surveyed hospitals, and the rate of reaching the standard about the area of drug dispensing sector and warehouse was below 85%. There were 1042 pharmacists in 35 hospitals, which were mainly female of younger than 45 years old. In secondary and ter-tiary hospitals, the rate of pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel of health technology,full-time undergraduate and vice-high above title accounted for 4.78% and 3.67%,17.37% and 31.27%,3.15% and 10.73%,respectively. The number of full-time clinical pharmacists was 24 and 69 in secondary or tertiary hospitals, mainly primary title, middle title and undergradu-ate,of whom 26(27.96%)passed job training of National Health and Family Planning Commission,4(4.30%)passed teaching qualifications training. The rate of pharmacists mainly engaged in drug dispensing and clinical pharmacy was 6.32% and 11.03% in secondary and tertiary hospitals, respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The research shows irrationality of partition layout, the shortage of highly educated and highly titles personnel, especially the clinical pharmacy professionals. The large differences exist in hospitals of different levels in several aspects, and the main body of hospital pharmacy should turn to clinical pharmacy.

Objective To observe effects of ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids(GLT) on learning and memory function and anti-oxidative ability of aging model mice induced by D-galactose. Methods Senile model mice were established by D-galactose hypodermic injection for 8 weeks.GLT had been administered to two therapy groups. All the mice of different groups were tested with Morris water maze. Then the mice were killed and biochemically assayed of total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the brain. Results The model mice showed worse ability in learning and memory in comparison with control mice. The T-AOC activity and SOD activity in the brain decreased and the MDA content increased in model rats in comparison with control.GLT significantly improved the changes mentioned above. Conclusion GLT improved the learning and memory dysfunction in aging model mice by modulation of the anti-oxidative ability.

BACKGROUND:Tooth wear is the physiological change that accompanied by a person’s life, type and nature, maxil ary and mandibular occlusion status, physical status, and living environment may affect it.
OBJECTIVE:To review the occurrence and development of tooth wear, as wel as research on the morphology of wear surface.
METHODS:The PubMed database was searched by the first author for the articles from January 1952 to
December 2012. The articles on the generation of tooth wear facets, macroscopic and microscopic studies of occlusal wear facets, wear measurement method, relationship between tooth wear and oral diseases, and
application of tooth wear facets in forensic research were included. The key words were“tooth, wear, diet,
information, dentistry, anthropology”in English. A total of 59 articles were included according to the inclusion criteria for review.
RESUTLS AND CONCLUSION:With the development of wearing, some oral clinical symptoms may occur. Just as there are no same fingerprints in the world, the individual tooth wear facet is unique. Therefore, the research on occlusal wear facets has great significance for understanding the diet habits, cultural development, age and other information, as wel as for dentistry, anthropology and forensic science. The macroscopic and microscopic study of tooth wear surface can provide a large amount of individual information. The current studies on tooth wear facets cannot ful y exhibit al the implicated information, so the further studies are needed.
