This paper analyzes the present situation of health education in coronary artery disease,introduces six kinds of health education models which widely adopted now at home and abroad,such as health education path mode,PRECEDE-PROCEED model,and trans theoretical model.It aims to provide reference for the effective development of health education in coronary artery disease and puts forward prospect of the development of the information construction of health education in coronary artery disease.

Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical practice mode of intensive care unit specialist nurses in Chongqing city, and to provide reference for the construction of standardized clinical practice mode of intensive care unit specialist nurses. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the 509 students who participated in the training of intensive care unit nurses in Chongqing city. Results Clinical practice time was 2 months, the practice base could meet the clinical practice needs of clinical nurses, clinical practice and assessment methods were varied, but the time arrangement was not reasonable (6.67%, 29/435), the practice content lacked the pertinence (5.52%, 24/435), the teaching method was not reasonable (2.76%, 12/435), the teacher capital was not qualified (1.38%, 6/435) and so on. Conclusions The clinical practice base and teaching staff needs to be improved, and the clinical practice pattern of intensive care unit specialist nurses is good, but the ability to recognize it is not in place. Should be guided by the needs of nurses, under the supervision of the health department, construction of training bases, training in line with the requirements of clinical teachers, strengthen the ability of students to understand, to help study the clinical application of knowledge and skills.

Objective To isolate and purify human coagulation factor Ⅶ from Cohn fraction Ⅲ precipitate.Methods The purification procedure of human factor Ⅶ from Cohn fraction Ⅲ precipitate involves dissolving fraction Ⅲ,absorbing factor Ⅶ onto barium citrate and eluting,ammonium sulfate fractionation and DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow ion exchange chromatography,and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration chromatography.Results 10.1mg purified FⅦ was obtained from 400g Cohn fraction Ⅲ precipitate.The purified FⅦ has a specific clotting activity of 1775.8U/mg and the overall yield of FⅦ specific clotting activity is 17.6% of the starting material.The purity of FⅦ was judged by SDS-PAGE and there was only one protein band on the gel.Conclusion The procedure of purifying Ⅶ from Cohn fraction Ⅲprecipitate is established with satisfactory purity.

[Summary] According to the cutpoint of plasma triglycerides concentration ≥ 1.7 mmol/L,waist circumference ≥85 cm in men or ≥80 cm in women,459 patiens with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into four groups:normal waist circumference and triglycerides,normal waist circumference and hypertriglyceridemia,abdominal obesity and normal triglycerides,and hypertriglyceridemic-waist (HTWC) group.The results showed that body mass index,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,triglycerides,microalbuminuria,and homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) in HTWC group were higher than those in non-HTWC groups (all P＜0.01),as well as higher diabetic nephropathy incidence (P＜0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that HTWC was an independent risk factor of diabetic nephropathy (OR =2.070,95 ％ CI 1.195-3.586).

Objective To evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the interrupted aortic arch (IAA), and analyze the reasons of misdiagnosis and improve diagnostic ratio of this kind of defects. Methods Ultrasonic characteristics were analyzed in 16 fetuses with aortic arch anomalies, which were compared with ultrasound image and autopsy results of the normal fetus. The relativity of fetal IAA and abnormal chromosome was also analyzed. Results Among the 16 cases, 15 cases were confirmed by anatomy and the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was 94% (15/16), of which one case was serious constriction of aortic arch, one case was error type, three cases were obtained explicit type due to unsatisfactory results of prenatal ultrasound. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic type was 73% (11/15). All of the corrected diagnosed cases were detected with ventricular septal, of which 5 cases were detected with complete endocardial cushion defect, 9 cases were found extra cardiac malformations. Among the 7 karyotype check cases, 3 cases were diagnosed with Trisomy 18, 1 case Trisomy 13, while the rest 3 cases normal. The incidence rate of Trisomy 18 was 43 % (3/7). Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound shows a high accuracy in diagnosing fetal interrupted aortic arch (IAA ), but there’s a need to be improved in explicit typing. It is difficult to identify fetal interrupted aortic arch (IAA) and serious constriction of aortic arch (COA). The incidence rate of Trisomy 18 in the abnormal chromosome of fetal IAA is high.

Objective To explore the clinical and MR imaging features of myxoid liposarcoma.Methods Clinical and MR imaging data of 7 patients with histologically confirmed myxoid liposarcomas on extremities were retrospectively analyzed.The age of the patients ranged from 41 to 59 years with a median age of 51 years.Results Three tumors occurred in thigh,two in calf,one in foot and one in shoulder.Six tumors were situated deeply,and one was superficial.On T_1-weighted images,all 7 tumors showed predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle,with 6 having lacy,linear or amorphous loci of high signal intensity.The major portion of each tumor displayed hyperintense signals compared with fat on T_2-weighted images.Following the injection of Gd-DTPA,all tumors showed inhomogenous and strong enhancement.All tumors had septa and were well defined without obvious surrounding edema and invasion of the adjacent bones.Conclusion Myxoid liposarcomas usually show predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle on T_1-weighted images and hyperintense signals relative to fat on T_2-weighted images.The fat components within the tumors may be identified as linear,lacy or amorphous foci of high signal intensity on T_1-weighted images.The contrast enhancement of the mvxoid liposarcomas is usually pronounced and heterogeneous.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the dosage-efficacy/toxicity relationship of prepared rhubarb, in order to explore the bidirectional effects in hepatoprotection and hepatotoxicity of prepared rhubarb and the objective authenticity for attenuating toxicity by processing.

METHODNormal and pathological animals were adopted simultaneous to investigate the effect of total extracts from prepared rhubarb within a high dose range (2.0, 5.4, 14.7, 40.0 g x kg(-1) x d(-1)) on normal state, biochemical index and histopathology of experimental animals. The factor analytic approach was used to analyze the dosage-efficacy/toxicity relationship of prepared rhubarb.

RESULTThe factor analytic approach was used to extract two common factors from the nine biochemical indexes. The firs common factor was mainly dominated by HA, LN and TGF-β1, and could be explained as fibrotic factors. The second common factor was mainly dominated by ALT, AST and ALP, and could be explained as cellular factor. The results of the factor analysis suggested that prepared rhubarb showed significant bidirectional effects in hepatoprotection and hepatotoxicity, which could protect liver in CC14 injured chronic hepatic injury, but had a certain hepatotoxic effect to normal animals. The pathological examination showed consistent results with the factor analysis. Under comparable dosages, prepared rhubarb showed a stronger liver protecting effect than crude rhubarb, with a lower toxicity.

CONCLUSIONAlthough prepared rhubarb has a certain hepatotoxic effect to normal animals, it has also a significant therapeutic effect to animals with liver injury. The results proved the symptom-based prescription theory and the scientificity of the symptom-based medication. The symptom-based prescription theory is important to correctly realize the dosage-efficacy/toxicity relationship of traditional Chinese medicines and guide the symptom-based medication.

Objective To investigate the effects of Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine on immunological function and clinical character in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). MethodsA total of 100 elderly patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into immunotherapy group (group A, n= 50) and non-immunotherapy group (group B, n= 50), and normal control group (group C, n = 50). The levels of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets (CD3+ , CD4+, CD8+ , CD4+/CD8+ ratio), natural killer cells (NK cells), immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM) and cytokines (IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a) were measured respectively before and after therapy. Group A and B were followed up for 1 year, then the times of acute outbreak and hospitalization of patients in the two groups were also compared. Results The levels of CD4 + ,CD4+/CD8+ ratio and NK cells in group A, B were significantly lower before therapy (P＜0. 05～0. 01＝, and the levels of IL-6, IL -8, TNF-a and IgA were significantly higher than in group C (P＜0. 01＝. After treatment with Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine in group A, the levels of CD4+ , CD4+/CD8+ ratio and NK cells were significantly higher (P＜0. 05-0. 01＝ and IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a and IgA were significantly lower than before treatment (all P＜0. 01＝. These levels showed no significant changes in group B after treatment (P＞0. 05). After 1-year follow-up, the times of acute outbreak and hospitalization on patients were statistically lower in group A than in group B (P＜ 0. 01 ).ConclusionsMycobacterium vaccae vaccine can improve cellular immunity function and reduce the times of acute outbreak and hospitalization in patients with stable COPD, so it has a higher clinical application value.
