Objective To study the relationship of the university students' procrastination and big five personality factors. Methods 461 university students were assessed by the simple edition of tuckman procrastination scale(TPS) and the big five personality inventory short form(NEO-FFI).Results TPS score of the student was (48.51 ± 7.66).There were 89.4% students respectively had different level of procrastination behavior. There were no significant differences in university students by the gender(47.95 ±7.84 vs 48.95 ± 7.43 ) ,whether one-child students(48.64 ± 7.49 vs 48.45 ± 7.81 ) and grades. There were significant positive correlation between procrastination and the personality factor of neuroticism( r=0.235, P<0.01 ) and significant negative correlation with extraversion ( r=-0.180, P < 0.01 ) and conscientiousness ( r =-0.198, P < 0.01 ).The big five personality factors of neuroticism, extraversion and conscientiousness could explain the 14.0% variation of procrastination of university students. Conclusion Procrastination is a very common phenomenon in the university students. The students with higher neuroticism, lower extraversion and conscientiousness of big five personality have more procrastination behavior.

Objective To explore the function of intensive care unit (ICU) in earthquake disaster. Mothod ICU in tent set by doctors from Second Military Medical University and Sichuan Jiangyou People's Hospital in 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake disaster. The value of ICU in tent was estimated by retrospective analysis of the experi-ence of emergency treatment for the critical injuries. Results Inside ICU in tent, there were many critical patients successfully rescued, including a soldier with septic shock, a casualty with traumatic shock during aftershock, a middle school student with crush injury and cornpartment syndrone, a peasant trapped under mined buildings for 168 hours with capillary leak syndrome, and a traffic victim and an aged patient with cardiac arrest. Patients after replatation of severed limb and patients after thoracic operation were monitored. Teaching rounds in the wards and logistics health drilling were made as well. Conclusions ICU in tent as a place where the critical casualties and patients after major operations could be rescued, cared for and monitored successfully,as well as the venue of teach-ing activity and logistics health drilling.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(2):147-150
OBJECTIVETo explore lupus nephritis (LN) patients' monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1) and urinary IP-10 (ulP-10) levels, the correlation between each clinical activity index and rheumatism syndrome, thereby proving objective evidence for microscopic typing of rheumatism syndrome.
METHODSTotally 60 LN patients were assigned to the rheumatism group (31 cases) and the non-rheumatism group (29 cases). Besides, 20 healthy volunteers were recruited as the normal control group. Clinical data and renal pathology were collected, and urinary levels of MCP-1 and IP-10 detected by ELISA. The correlation between rheumatism syndrome and each activity index as well as manifestations of clinical activities was comprehensively analyzed. Results (1) Patients in the rheumatism group were more liable to occur fever, serositis, edema, and hypertension (P<0.05). (2) Compared with the non-rheumatism group, patients in the rheumatism group exhibited much higher levels of 24 h protein quantification and blood urea nitrogen, higher levels of uMCP-1 and ulP-10. Microscopic hematuria, anti-ds-DNA, anti-Sm, the positive rate of AnuA, scores of SLEDAI and BILAG were higher in the rheumatism group than in the non-rheumatism group (P<0.05). Levels of plasma albumin and complement C3 were lower in the rheumatism group than in the non-rheumatism group (P<0.05). (3) The average activity index (AI) of the renal pathology was higher in the rheumatism group than in the non-rheumatism group. The most frequent pathological type of rheumatism group was type IV of LN.
CONCLUSIONSMore severe renal damage and immune abnormality occurred in LN patients of rheumatism syndrome. Rheumatism syndrome is closely correlated to clinical activity indices.

International Eye Science 2014;(12):2240-2243
AlM: To investigate and evaluate the prevalence of xerophthalmia among aerospace science and technology staff and its influencing factors for the eye health guidance.
METHODS: The staff underwent physical examination in our examination center from September 2013 to June 2014 were preliminary screened, and those patients with symptoms of dry eye were investigated with questionnaires and diagnosed by basic lacrimal secretion test ( Schirmer l ) , breakup time of tear film ( BUT ) test and fluorescein ( FL) staining test .
RESULTS: There were 606 complaints of dry eye symptoms of the 1 000 premiers, distributed in random (60. 6%), and 432 employees were diagnosed (43. 2%). The positive rate of dry eye was 71. 3%. The causes of xerophthalmia, besides of gender, age, also include a variety of factors such as air-conditioner, heating, video terminals, sleep time, etc.
CONCLUSlON: Dry eye, an epidemic disease, has a variety of symptoms and complex etiology, the main causes of aerospace science and technology staff with dry eye is working environment and some local factors. We can give appropriate health guidance according to the different factors. Meanwhile the relevant series of dry eye screening should also be taken as a routine examination in ophthalmic examination.

Objective To study the effect of Tanggankang capsule treating liver trauma of diabetic mice. Methods Healthy Wistar rats are used in this trial. STZ are injected into the mice’s trail vein and they are fed with feed stuff with high quantity of heat. Eight weeks later, rats with blood sugar≥11.1mmol and disturbance of lipid metabolism are selected as diabetic model. 50 rats were randomly divided into five groups:low, moderate and high dosage groups;Metformin Hydrochloride and Glucurolactone control group。Every rat is given equal dosage by mouth once a day. After 6 weeks and 12 weeks, measure the blood sugar and lipid. At the 12th weeks, rats are sacrificed to weigh the liver and compute the liver coefficient and measure TC,LPO,ALT and AST. Results Tanggankang capsule has good therapeutic effect on treating hyperglycemia and disturbance of lipid metabolism for diabetic model; Tanggankang capsule can effectively prevent from the pathological change of diabetic fatty liver;what’s more, the more dosage and longer duration of drug, the stronger effect will appear, and the effect of large dosage is better than that of control group, thus the difference is remarkable (P

Objective To study the SRSF2 mutations in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients by using high-resolution melting analysis (HRMA). Methods PCR-HRMA analysis was performed to screen SRSF2 mutations in 140 cases with AML, and the direct DNA sequencing was used to confirm the HRMA results. Results Five percent (7/140) of AML patients were found with heterozygous SRSF2 mutations, including one case of P95R mutation, two case of P95L mutation, and four cases of P95H mutation, the above mutations were confirmed by direct DNA sequencing. The maximal sensitivity of HRMA in detecting SRSF2 mutation was close to 10%. There were no difference in gender, age and blood parameters among cases with or without SRSF2 mutations (P > 0.05). The overall survival (OS) of patients with SRSF2 mutations was inferior to those without SRSF2 mutations in AML patients (P=0.016). Conclusions HRMA analysis was a convenient, rapid, specific, high-throughput technique for scanning of SRSF2 gene mutations in AML patients. SRSF2 mutation may predict the adverse prognosis in AML patients.
