Acute and chronic graft rejection are the major factors leading to graft non-function.There is an active expression of chemokines early after transplantation.They recruit T cells and antigen presenting cells selectively to the graft, leading to inflammatory reaction and finally to graft non-function.Accordingly,monitoring the expression status of chemokines and their receptors regularly may help to the diagnose rejection.To determine one or more chemokines or their receptors as the new targets for anti-rejection therapy will be of great clinical significance.This review focuses on the research progression in the above areas.

Objective To investigate the patients with postoperative skin damage around the stoma after Miles operation,take measures according to the influencing factors,and explore an effective way to reduce the incidence of skin damage around the stoma patients.Methods There were 62 cases of skin damage around the stoma in 110 cases of patients with permanent colostomy in out-patient follow-up.Each patient with skin damage occurring around the stoma were retrospectively analyzed the reasons,and the related factors that might affect Miles postoperative stoma skin damage were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of Miles postoperative skin damage around the stoma was 56.36％,through the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis,there were six related factors with the Miles postoperative skin damage around the stoma,patients' excrement stimulation,ostomy bag allergies,improper operation of the replacement of the ostomy bag,the potential skin disease,excessive scrub / rub the skin,unfamiliar with ostomy care knowledge were the influencing factors of patients with skin damage around the stoma.Conclusions Appropriate stoma care products and paste methods,detailed guiding of patients and their families about ostomy care knowledge and skills can significantly reduce the incidence rate of Miles postoperative skin damage around the stoma.

Objective:To study the influence of morphine on the expression of synaptophysin(SYN)and synapse structure in mice hippocampus,so as to provide pathological evidence for studying the development and treatment of chronic morphine intoxication, addiction and abstinence symptoms of morphine.Methods:Twenty mice were evenly randomized into control group and experiment group.Mice in control group were injected with normal saline(0.1 ml daily)and those in experimental group were injected with morphine(0.1 ml,1 mg daily).Thirty days later the mice in 2 groups were killed and their brain tissues were harvested and made into slices,stained with immunohistochemical techniques(SP)and photographed under the light microscope.The images were analyzed with the image analytical system and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:In the control group,positive staining of SYN was found in the entorhinal area,subiculum,stratum plextiforme,polymorphic layer of gyrus dentatus,stratum oriens,and stratum radiatum of hippocampus;weak positive staining of SYN was noticed in the stratum lacunosum-moleculare of hippocampus;positive staining of SYN was also found the membrane of pyramidal cells and granule cells,with the mean gray scale value of the hippocampal structure being 132.84?8.67.Positively stained neurons was also found in the entorhinal area and the subiculum,with a intensity of(7.80?1.03)/ mm~2.In the experiment group,the suhiculum and polymorphic layers of gyrus dentatus were positively stained for SYN;the entorhinal area,stratum oriens,stratum radiatum and stratum lacunosum-moleculare of hippocampus were strongly positive of SYN;the membrane of pyramidal cells and granule ceils were also strongly positive of SYN,with the mean gray scale value of the hippocampal structure being 116.27?5.70.Strongly stained neurons were also found in the entorhinal area and the subiculum,with the intensity being(11.90?1.45)/mm~2.The number of SYN positive neurons and the intensity of SYN in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P

Objective To study the preventive effects of vitamin K2 on tumor recurrence in patients with hepatocellalar carcinoma (HCC) after radical resection. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with HCC who received radical resection from March 2006 to March 2007 in No. 181 Hospital of PLA were analyzed retrospec-tively. All the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table. Twenty-six patients in vitamin K2 group were administered with menatetrenone (45 mg per day), and the rest 24 pateints were in the control group. The accumulative and tumor-free survival rates, differences between the 2 groups, multivariate factors for prognosis were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier curve, Log-rank test and Cox regression model, respectively. Results During a period of 36 month follow-up, 10 patients died and 28 had tunor recurrence. The 1-, 2-, 3-year accumulative survival rates were 96%, 92% and 83% in vitamin K2 group, and 96%, 82% and 63% in control group (χ2 = 3.61, P > 0.05). The 1-, 2-, 3-year tumor-free survival rates were 92%, 60% and 38% in vitamin K2 group, and 75%, 42% and 12% in control group, with significant difference between the 2 groups (χ2 =5.61, P <0.05). Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazard analysis showed that without taking menate-trenone, the preoperative level of alpha fetoprotein (AFP) ≥800 μg/L and vascular invasion were the indepen-dent risk factors for tumor recurrence. Conclusions Vitamin K2 has a suppressive effect on tumor recurrence of HCC, while patients with AFP≥800 μg/L before operation or with vascular invasion have poor prognosis.

Objective To study the value of common X-ray and CT scanning in the spinal bursting fracture (abridged English:BF).Methods By the frontal,lateral X-ray film and CT scanning,the imaging manifestations of BF in 43 cases were analysed,contrasted,summarised and classified .Results Among the BF 43 cases,the classifications were type A(10 cases),type B(15 cases),type C(2 cases),type D(9 cases) and type E(7 cases).The three-post injure had 34 cases,the two-post injure had 9 cases,the spinal canal narrowing:0?was 8 cases,1?was 12 cases,2? was 23 cases;the rear spinal edges discontinuation was 35 cases.Conclusion The diagnostic value of X-ray film to BF is reflecting the bones injured change of spinal fracture type,flexion and damaged rear edge.The CT scanning advantage is showing the fracture lines trend,relative scope,degree of spinal canal deformation and narrow,infering the pressed situation and injured spinal cord.The two methods combine and confirm each other in order to help clinical diagnosis the right treating.

Isolated alkaloids from Coptis chinensis Franch. The compounds were identified as berberine, columbamine, groenlandicine, jatrorrhizine, magnoflorine, corydaldine and ferulic acid methylester. Then measured their bitter degree based on the electronic tongue and evaluated the antibacterial. The results based on the Electronic Tongue showed that berberine, columbamine, groenlandicine and jatrorrhizine have higher bitter degree than magnoflorine and corydaldine. And they also appeared better antibacterial activity on E. coli and S. aureus. The correlation coefficients between bitter degree and the two bacteria antibacterial activity were 0.983 and 0.911. So there was close relationship between the bitter degree and antibacterial activity of bitter components. Thus, it is confirmed further that bitter components are the material foundation of medicinal effectiveness of bitter herbs.

Objective To develop a network system for radiotherapy.Methods Delphi 6.0 lan- guage was used to program the system based on PACS through the model of client-server machine and local network.Data of different facilities were transferred among each other through Dicom 3.0 and Dicom RT pro- tocol.Results The main function of this system was a management software for radiotherapy,a PACS sys- tem,a TPS system and a therapeutic machine system.Conclusion The network system operates steadily with data safe and reliable,and is an important part of the information construction in the department of radio- therapy

AlM:To study the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of high myopia macular hemorrhage, using Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation treatment, and provide the basis for the clinical treatment. METHODS: Eighty patients ( 135 eyes ) with high myopia macular hemorrhage were selected in the hospital from January 2012 to september 2014 as treatment group, and applied traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Forty-five patients (64 eyes) with the same period, as the control group, received routine western medicine treatment. After 1mo treatement, the treatment effect and vision improvement situation of two groups were observed, and after 6mo follow-up, the relapse was observed.RESULTS: The total effective rate of treatment group was 85. 19% (115/135), higher than the control group 78. 13% (50/64) (P<0. 05). The average corrected visual acuity of treatment group was 0. 48±0. 11, higher than the control group 0. 36 ± 0. 09, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The average diopter and macular bleeding scope of the treatment group were -9. 81±0. 85D and 0. 51 ± 0. 27PD, lower than the control group -10. 76 ± 0. 91D and 0. 78 ± 0. 23PD, the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). Objective To-identify the factors associated with radiation-induced liver disease (RILD) and to describe the probability of RILD using the Lyman normal tissue complication(NTCP) model for primary liver carcinoma(PLC) treated with hypofractionated conformal therapy (CRT).Methods A total of 109 PLC patients treated with hypofractionated CRT were prospectively followed according to the Child-Pugh classification for liver cirrhosis,93 patients in class A and 16 in class B.The mean dose of radi- ation to the isocenter was (53.5?5.5) Gy,fractions of (4.8?0.5) Gy,with interfraction interval of 48 hours and irradiation 3 times per week.Maximal likelihood analysis yielded the best estimates of parameters of the Lyman NTCP model for all patients;Child-Pugh A and Child-Pugh B patients,respectively.Results Of all the patients,17 developed RILD (17/109),8 in Child-Pugh A(8/93 ) and 9 in Child-Pugh B(9/ 16).By multivariate analysis,only the Child-Pugh Grade of liver cirrhosis was the independent factor (P= 0.000) associated with the developing of RILD.The best estimates of the NTCP parameters for all 109 pa- tients were n=1.1,m=0.35 and TD_(50) (1)=38.5 Gy.The n,m,TD_(50) (1) estimated from patients with Child-Pugh A was 1.1,0.28,40.5 Gy,respectively,compared with 0.7,0.43,23 Gy respectively,for patients with Child-Pugh B.Conclusions Primary liver cancer patients who possess Child-Pugh B cirrho- sis would present a significantly greater susceptibility to RILD after hypofractionated CRT than patients with Child-Pugh A cirrhosis.The predominant risk factor for developing RILD is the severity of hepatic cirrhosis in the liver of PLC patients.
