The tumor microenvironment is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. Hypoxia is considered to be one of the most important factors in tumor microenvironment.Formation of hypoxic microenvironment can be found in most of malignant tumors,which can inhibit the anti-tumor immune response. Recent studies have indicated that immunosuppressive cells,tumor stem cells and circulating tumor cells in hypoxic tumor microenvironment can mediate immune suppression and immune tolerance,and then promote development of tumor.The new immune therapy will focus on normalizing tumor vasculature,reconstructing the tumor microenvironment,avoiding immune suppression and averting tumor immune tolerance.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the curative effects,adverse drug reactions(ADRs)and cost—effectiveness of 3 kinds of nitroimidazole drugs for treatment of trichomonal vaginitis.METHODS:111 cases of trichomonal vaginitis were randomly divided into 3 groups,administered with metronidazol(group A),tinidazole (group B),and ornidazol(group C)respectively,the curative effects and ADRs were observed and cost-effectiveness analysis was made in all groups.RESULTS:The costs in 3 groups were 0.74 yuan,33.6 yuan and 41.2 yuan respectively.The cure rates were 59.4%,81.6%and 97.2%,respectively.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 0.01,0.41,and 0.42 respectively.The increment cost -effectiveness ratios in group B and C were 1.48 and 1.07,as compared with group A.The occurrences of ADRs were 62.2%,18.4%,and11.1%respectively.CONCLUSION:Among 3 regimes,regime C is the preferred one.

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of the serum myeloperoxidase (MPO) and lipoxin (LXA4) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods From December 2010 to February 2011,143 patients with CHD (CHD group) and 44 patients without CHD (control group) were selected. The serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), MPO and LXA4 levels were assessed, and the ratio of MPO and LXA4 (M/L) was calculated. These indexes were compared between 2 groups. The influencing factors of MPO, LXA4 and M/L levels were analyzed by multifactor Logistic regression analysis. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP, LXA4, MPO, and M/L in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group: 3.25 mg/L vs. 0.99 mg/L, 229.88 ng/L vs. 178.63 ng/L, 422.58 U/L vs. 186.85 U/L and (1.78 ± 0.52) U/ng vs. (1.02 ± 0.17) U/ng, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Multifactor Logistic regression analysis result showed: LXA4 level, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction and severe elevation of white blood cell count were the impact factors for the elevation of MPO (P<0.01 or<0.05);there were no correlations between MPO level and stable angina, mild and midrange elevation of white blood cell count (P>0.05). MPO was the impact factor for the increase of LXA4 (P<0.01), and stable angina was the impact factor for the decline of LXA4 (P =0.019);there were no correlations between LXA4 level and unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction and other factors (P>0.05). Stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction were the impact factors for the elevation of M/L (P<0.01); there were no correlations between M/L and other factors (P>0.05). Conclusions The inflammatory response in patients with CHD is accompanied by the presence of inflammation and resolution imbalance.

Treatment options of retinoblastoma should be individualized. Patients with early intraocular stage may be managed with focal treatments, including cryotherapy, thermotherapy, laser photocoagulation, brachytherapy and so on. Patients with middle in- traocular stage may be treated with chemoreduction plus focal therapy. In patients with advanced stage, enucleation and chemotherapy are recommended, with the addition of orbital radiation for patients with extraocular retinoblastoma. Patients with systemic metastases require intensive chemotherapy and consolidation with autologous hematopoietic stem cell rescue.
