This study aims to optimize the most effective component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma on lung cancer A549 using the orthogonal design method, and to investigate its effects of the component formula on cell proliferation, apoptosis and cytoskeleton in lung cancer A549 cells. The orthogonal design method was introduced to optimize the most effective component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma on lung cancer A549 cells. CCK-8 assay and Real-time cell analysis were adapted to analyze the effect of component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma on A549 cells viability at different time and dose. Cell apoptosis was measured by Annexin V- FITC/PI double staining and flow cytometry. Cell skeleton protein F-actin was detected by high content screening (HCS). The optimizing component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma for total salvianolic acid, total saponins of panax ginseng and ginseng polysaccharide doses were 5, 10, 5 mg L(-1). CCK-8 assay and real-time cell analysis demonstrated that the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma treatment could significantly decrease the A549 cell viability in both dose- and time-dependent manner compared with control group (P < 0.01). Moreover, the increase of cell apoptosis was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining and flow cytometry when cells treated with the component formula, which indicating that the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma could induce A549 cell apoptosis in a time-dependent manner compared with control group (P < 0.01). Furthermore, compared with control group, a significant decrease in A549 cell skeleton area was found in the component formula-exposed cells in the dose-dependent manner (P < 0.01). In summary, the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma inhibits A549 cell proliferation by inducing cell apoptosis and decreasing cell microfilament formation. All of these results will be helpful to reveal antitumor mechanism of the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, which provides a basis for the exploration of antitumor mechanism of the component formula on lung cancer.

Objective To study the role of Mycoplasma genitalium(Mg)infection in chronic non- bacterial prostatitis.Methods Culture and two PCR systems were performed on prostatic secretion specimens from 487 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis and 75 health men in Changchun regions. OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) on oxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) in a rat model of diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM).

METHODSThirty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, diabetes group and treatment group( n = 10). Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin was utilized to establish a rat model of DCM. The rats with DCM in treatment group were intraperitoneally injected with NaHS solution. After treated for 12 weeks, the hearts isolated from rats were perfused on a langendorff apparatus. The ventricular hemodynamic parameters were measured. The ultrastructures of myocardium were observed using electron microscopy. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in myocardial tissue were determined by spectrophotometry. The expressions of C/EBP homologous protein( CHOP), glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78) and Caspase 12 at mRNA level in myocardium were detected using RT-PCR.

RESULTSCompared with control group, the cardiac function and myocardial ultrastructure were damaged obviously in diabetic rats. In myocardial tissue, the content of MDA was increased, while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased. CHOP, GRP78 and Caspase 12 mRNA expressions were increased significantly. Compared with diabetes group, cardiac function and myocardial ultrastructure damage were improved in treatment group. The content of MDA was decreased, while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased significantly. The mRNA levels of CHOP, GRP78 and Caspase 12 were increased.

CONCLUSIONH2S can protect myocardium in diabetic rats, maybe it is related to reduce oxidative stress damage and inhibition of the ERS-induced apoptosis pathway.

The chromatographic fingerprint was established by eluting with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% formic acid water on an Agilent TC-C18 (2) column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm). Six chromatographic peaks were identified by HPLC-MS/MS method. Ten batches of Glycyrrhizea Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle were determined, and the similarity was arranged from 0.72 to 0.99. Good precision, stability and repeatability were obtained, and this study provides a reference for the quality control of Glycyrrhizea Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of botulinumtoxin type A (Botox-A) combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy on the upper limb muscle spasm after stroke.Methods:86 cases of patients with upper limb muscle spasm after stroke in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with electromyographic biofeedback therapy,and the observation group was treated with Botox-A based on the basis of control group.The improvement of upper limb muscle spasm,Upper limb movement function,the active range of wrist joint and life skills before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of improvement of upper limb muscle spasm of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05);At 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,the Fugl-Meyer scores,Wrist joint activities,modified Barthel index (MBI) of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05),which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Botox-Acombined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy had remarkable clinical effect on the upper limb muscle spasm after stroke,which could effectively reduce the upper limb spasticity,improve the arm and wrist movement ability and the ability of daily life.

Objective To investigate the clinical results of minimal invasion spinal surgery (MISS) in treating tibial plateau fractures to provide best procedure for such treatment.Methods The study involved 36 cases with tibial plateau fractures resulted from traffic injury,fall-from-height injury and strain injury including 24 males and 12 females at age of 19-65 years (average 42.6 years).According to Schatzker classification,there were seven cases of typeⅠ,five typeⅡ,five typeⅢ,five type IV,sev- en typeⅤand seven typeⅥ.All cases were treated by different methods of MISS.Results Follow up for 8-24 months in 35 cases showed fracture healing within 3-4 months,without severe complications such as poor wound healing,infection or osteofascial compartment syndrome.Meanwhile,no traumatic knee osteoarthritis,inversion or eversion of the knee were found.The mean range of knee motion was 94?,with fine knee function in 32 cases (91.4%) according to Merchant score.Conclusions Treatment of tibi- al plateau fractures should adopt limit incision,indirect reduction and biofixation to take place widespread exposure and rigid plate fixation.MISS is safe and effective for tibial plateau fractures.

Aim To evaluate the effects of pantoprazole on various experimental acute ulcer inrats and mice. Methods The model of a gastric ulcer of rats or mice was caused bystree- induced ulcer and ligatel pylurus-induced ulcer. Results & Conclusions At adose of 5, 10, 20 mg? kg-1 of Pantoprazole can markedly decrease the ulcer index ofstree-induced ulcer. Pantoprazole(4, 8, 16 mg? kg -1 ) significantly decrease the areaof ligated pylorus-induced gastric ulcer. It was also found that pantoprazole caninhibit the output of basic gastric acid.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the position change of the fibular bone after maxillary reconstruction by free fibular flap and to analyze the factors affecting the position change. METHODS: Patients who underwent maxillary reconstruction by free fibular flap in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from November 2012 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. CT scans 1 week and 1 year postoperatively were collected and stored in DICOM format. The ProPlan CMF software was used to reconstruct the CT scans and separate the maxilla and each segment of the fibular flap. The Geomagic Control software was used to measure the long axis direction vector of each fibular segment. And the position change direction was recorded. The patients were divided into groups according to the use of the fibula or titanium plate to reconstruct the zygomaticmaxillary buttress. RESULTS: A total of 32 patients were enrolled. Among them, 21 were in the titanium plate group and 11 in the fibula bone group. The angle between the long axis of the fibular segment and the X axis in the X-Y plane was 95.65°±53.49° and 95.53°±52.77°, 1 week and 1 year postoperatively, and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). The angle between the long axis of the fibular segment and the X axis in the X-Z plane was 96.88°±69.76° and 95.33°±67.42°, respectively, with statistical difference (P=0.0497). The angular changes of the long axis of the fibular segment in the titanium plate group and the fibular bone group were 3.23°±3.93° and 1.94°±1.78°, respectively, and the angular changes in the X-Z plane were 6.02°±9.89° and 3.27°±2.31°, respectively. There was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). The long axis changes of the fibular segment in the X-Y plane for reconstruction of the anterior alveolar, posterior alveolar, and buttress were 3.13°±3.78°, 2.56°±3.17°, and 5.51°±4.39°, respectively. There was a statistical difference (P = 0.023) between the posterior and buttress. In the X-Z plane, theses were 4.94°±4.75°, 5.26°±10.25°, 6.69°±6.52°, respectively. There was no statistical difference among the three groups (P>0.05). The main positional deviation directions of the titanium plate group and the fibular bone group were interior and superior sides, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION One year postoperatively, the position of the free fibular flap was changed compared with 1 week postoperatively. The position of the free fibular flap was mainly changed to the interior and superior sides.

Objective To determine the fluoride contents in dried chilies in Southwest China to provide the basis for the prevention of the fluoride contamination in chili.Methods The dried chili samples collected from the markets and farmers in 76 counties of 9 regions in Southwest China.Their dehydration methods and storage time were investigated.These dried chilies were classified by Bailey'Criteria.The total fhorine content in chili were determined with ion wlective electrodes,fluoride forms with acid-soluble ultrasonic and water-soluble ultrasonic methods,Based on the differences of chili variety,edible part,dehydration method,storage time and fluoride form, a systemic statistics of the fluoride content in dried chili Was established.Results Theere were 296 dried chili samples collected from 76 counties of 9 regions.The geometric mean of fluoride content in dried chili was 19.6 mg/kg;The dried chili samples were classified into 4 types:cherry chili,corn chili,long chili and cluster chili; their ranges of fluoride content in cherry chili,corn chili,long chili and cluster chili Were 1.7～233.4,3.4～ 367.3,2.0～380.3,3.9～104.0 mg/kg,respectively,and the high to low sequence of fluoride content was cherry chili(25.9 mg/kg),long chili(20.3 mg/kg),corn chili(19.5 mg/kg) and cluster chili(15.3 mg/kg).The waler- soluble fluoride content in dried chili about 27.9 mg/kg occupies 77.5%(15.2/19.6)of total fluoride content and the acid-soluble fluoride content about 33.5 mg/kg reached as high as 93.0%(1 8.2/19.6).The high to low sequence of fluoride content in dried chili Was the sun-dried stored less than 1 year(10.9 mg/kg),the sun-dried stored more than 1 year(13.7 mg/kg),the fumace-dried stored less than 1 year(21.4 mg/kg),the fumace-dried stored more than 1 year(53.9 rag/ks).Conclusions The research shows that inappropriate dehydration method and storage time are the two main reasons leading to fluoride contamination in chili.
