Journal of Interventional Radiology 2010;19(2):101-104
Objective To evaluate the effect of Tirofiban on CRP levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after primary emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Eighty-four AMI patients admitted on emergency were randomly divided into two groups: (1) early-treated group (n=45), immediately receiving Tirofiban intravenously on admission and (2) late-treated group (n=39), receiving Tirofiban intravenously after coronary angiography was performed. TIMI grading before and after PCI in beth groups were compared, CRP levels before and three days after PCI were estimated. The major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) occurred during hospitalization and following-up period of three months were recorded. Results Before PCI, TIMI grade 3 forward flow rate in early-treated group was significantly higher than that in late-treated group, while no significant difference existed between two groups after PCI. Three days after PCI, CRP level in early-treated group was markedly lower than that in late-treated group. During hospitalization, the occurrence of MACEs in early-treated group was lower than that in late-treated group, while no marked difference was found between two groups during the following-up period of three months. Conclusion In treating AMI patients with primary PCI, Tirofiban should be used as early as possible, which is safe and effective for PCI and can also significantly improve forward blood flow in target vessels, decrease the ClIP level and reduce the occurrence of MACEs during hospitalization.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(3):419-426
To study the antiarrhythmic effect of the newly developed alpha/beta-blocker TJ0711, a variety of animal models of arrhythmia were induced by CaCl2, ouabain and ischemia/reperfusion. Glass microelectrode technique was used to observe action potentials of right ventricular papillary muscle of guinea pig. The onset time of arrhythmia induced by CaCl2 was significantly prolonged by TJ0711 at 0.75, 1.5 and 3 mg x kg(-1) doses. TJ0711 (1.5 and 3 mg x kg(-1)) can significantly shorten the ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) duration, the incidence of VF and mortality were significantly reduced. On ischemia-reperfusion-induced arrhythmic model, TJ0711 (0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2 mg x kg(-1)) can significantly reduce the ventricular premature contraction (PVC), VT, VF incidence, mortality, arrhythmia score with a dose-dependent manner. At the same time, rats serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) activities decreased significantly by TJ0711 (1 and 2 mg x kg(-1)). Ouabain could cause arrhythmia in guinea pigs, when TJ0711 (0.375, 0.75, 1.5 and 3 mg x kg(-1)) was given, the doses of ouabain inducing a variety of arrhythmia PVC, VT, VF, cardiac arrest (CA) were significantly increased with a dose-dependent manner. In the TJ0711 0.1-30 micromol x L(-1) concentration range, guinea pig right ventricular papillary muscle action potential RP (rest potential), APA (action potential amplitude) and V(max) (maximum velocity of depolarization) were not significantly affected. APD20, APD50 and APD90 had a shortening trend but no statistical difference with the increase of TJ0711 concentration. TJ0711 has antiarrhythmic effect on the sympathetic nerve excitement and myocardial cell high calcium animal arrhythmia model. Myocardial action potential zero phase conduction velocity and resting membrane potential were not inhibited by TJ0711. APD20, APD50 and APD90 were shortened by TJ0711 at high concentration. Its antiarrhythmic action mechanism may be besides the action of blocking beta1 receptor, may also have a strong selective blocking action on alpha1 receptor and reducing intracellular calcium concentration.

6.Comparison of two different nucleus delivery methods in small incision cataract surgery
International Eye Science 2014;(6):1074-1076
AIM: To compare the effect of treating cataract by sodium hyaluronate injection and lens - loop nucleus extraction of small incision cataract excision and explore more suitable method to promote the use of surgery in primary hospital.
METHODS: All 146 cataract patients ( 166 eyes ) were allocated to two groups in random: the control group 78 patients ( 84 eyes ) received conventional lens loop for extracapsular cataract extraction;the experiment group 68 patients (82 eyes) underwent nucleus extraction in small incision with sodium hyaluronate injection for extracapsular cataract extraction. Postoperative visual acuity and intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.
RESULTS: Incidence of posterior capsule rupture difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) in small incision nucleus extraction with sodium hyaluronate injection compared with conventional lens loop for extracapsular cataract extraction. And there was no significant difference ( P> 0. 05 ) in postoperative visual acuity, astigmatism degree and postoperative complications compared with those of pre-operation.
CONCLUSION: Compared with the lens loop nucleus extraction, sodium hyaluronate injection for extracapsular cataract extraction can effectively protect the posterior lens capsule and can be promoted in small incision cataract surgery.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 1996;0(05):-
Objective To assess the evolution of gastric epithelial dysplasia (GED). Methods We reviewed the history of 239 of patients with gastric dysplasia diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy, and 195 were followed up for 61. 37 months. Results Among 239 cases of dysplasia (261 lesions) , there were 119, with mild dysplasia, 77 with moderate dysplasia, and 43 with severe dysplasia. The gastric dysplasia lesions are mainly in lesser curvature, and its endoscopic appearance mostly is localized erosion. In the follow - up group, regression of dysplasia was demonstrated in 86. 36% , 81. 25% , and 47. 62% of mild, moderate and severe dysplasia respectively. Progression to gastric cancer was detected in 8. 18% , 15. 63% , and 72. 09% of mild, moderate, and severe dysplasia, respectively. The relative risk (RR) of mild, moderate, severe dysplasia was 1. 96, 3. 74, and 17. 25 respectively. Conclusion Carcinomatous evolution of GED increases proportionally with its histological grade. Gastroscopy biopsy follow-up should be held up for all grades of GED, especially, in high grade GED, gastroscopy and biopsy should be taken as soon as possible.
