OBJECTIVE: To determine Ginsenoside Rg1,Ginsenoside Re and Ginsenoside Rb1 in Yixin fumai granula by HPLC.METHODS: Samples were determined on a Diamond C18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m).The mobile phase consisted of accetonitrile-water by gradient elution with flow rate at 1 mL?min-1,UV detection wavelength at 203 nm,column temperature at 25 ℃ and sample size at 10 ?L.RESULTS: The linear ranges of Ginsenoside Rg1,Ginsenoside Re and Ginsenoside Rb1 were 0.645～6.450 ?g(r=0.999 8),0.54～5.40 ?g(r=0.999 7) and 0.605～6.050 ?g(r=0.999 9),respectively;the average recoveries were 100.59%(RSD=2.03%),98.70%(RSD=1.46%)and 98.99%(RSD=1.19%),respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive,simple and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of Yixin fumai granula.

AIM: To explore the effect of hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy for severe corneal edema after cataract surgery.METHODS: Totally 68 patients (68 eyes) with severe corneal edema after phacoemulsification were selected from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, who were aged 53-80(64.45±4.24), including 30 males and 38 females.According to different treatment, they were divided into treatment group (34 cases) given conventional therapy + hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy, the control group (34 cases) given conventional treatment + hypertonic sugar eyes drops.Visual acuity and corneal situation were observed during the treatment.RESULTS: Corneal edema fade time of treatment group was 11.62+0.53d, that of control group was 15.23±0.62d, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and corneal endothelial cell count had no significantly difference between the two groups while the corneal endothelial cell count were significantly different compared with postoperative of the two groups (P<0.05).At 7d after treatment, the BCVA and corneal endothelial cell count had significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.05), which did not have significant difference at 1mo after treatment (P>0.05).The effective rates of the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy is effective for severe corneal edema after cataract surgery.

Objective To investigate the factors for retinopathy in premature infants. Methods Ophthalmologic mydri was conducted in premature infants and acording to the international classification of ROP, they were diagnosed as ROP. The risk factors of the incidence of ROP were statistically and respectively analyzed. Results Among total of 47 patients, 11 patients were found retinopathy of prematurity. Conclusion The body weight is lower, the gestation is shorter, incidence of ROP is the higher.

Objective:To explore the application and safety of visual endotracheal tube in tracheal intubation in patients with gen eral anesthesia operation.Methods:220 patients with general anesthesia operation in Department of Anesthesiology,Guangdong No.2 provincial people's hospital firom October 2014 to December 2016 were selected,110 patients were treated with visual endotracheal intubation as observation group,110 patients were treated with general endotracheal intubation as control group.The number of intubation,intubation times and complication rate in the two groups were contrasted,compared the heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) in the two groups at before induction of anesthesia (T0),after induction of anesthesia (T1),airway intubation (T2),5 min after intubation (T3).Results:The number of intubation and intubation times in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);At each time point,the HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2 in the two groups were no significant difference (P＞0.05);The HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2 in the two groups at T1 were significantly less than T0,T2,T3,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);The incidence of throat pain in the observation group (0.91％) was significantly less than that in the control group (7.27％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Use visual endotracheal tube in tracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia operation is satisfactory,can effectively reduce the time of intubation and intubation times,and has good security,it is worthy of clinical application.

Attention was gradually paid by biologists to the using of RNA secondary structure in the classification of microbiology and phylogenetic relationship analysis in recent years. The development around the research was summarized here briefly. And more emphasis was given to the part introducing the application of RNA secondary structure to the analysis of phylogenetic relationship.
