Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(3):62-64
Objective To establish the fingerprint of amino acids composition of Jinlong capsule. Methods Using 6-acetamido-4-hydroxy-2-methyl quinoline (AQC) as the derivating agent, 17 kinds of amino acids were analyzed by UPLC at the same time and the fingerprint of amino acids composition of Jinlong capsule was established. Result Totally 22 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks, 17 kinds of amino acids were identified. The fingerprint similarity value of 10 batches was above 0.9. Conclusion The fingerprint is characteristic and can be used for the quality control of Jinlong capsule.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(3):419-426
To study the antiarrhythmic effect of the newly developed alpha/beta-blocker TJ0711, a variety of animal models of arrhythmia were induced by CaCl2, ouabain and ischemia/reperfusion. Glass microelectrode technique was used to observe action potentials of right ventricular papillary muscle of guinea pig. The onset time of arrhythmia induced by CaCl2 was significantly prolonged by TJ0711 at 0.75, 1.5 and 3 mg x kg(-1) doses. TJ0711 (1.5 and 3 mg x kg(-1)) can significantly shorten the ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) duration, the incidence of VF and mortality were significantly reduced. On ischemia-reperfusion-induced arrhythmic model, TJ0711 (0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2 mg x kg(-1)) can significantly reduce the ventricular premature contraction (PVC), VT, VF incidence, mortality, arrhythmia score with a dose-dependent manner. At the same time, rats serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) activities decreased significantly by TJ0711 (1 and 2 mg x kg(-1)). Ouabain could cause arrhythmia in guinea pigs, when TJ0711 (0.375, 0.75, 1.5 and 3 mg x kg(-1)) was given, the doses of ouabain inducing a variety of arrhythmia PVC, VT, VF, cardiac arrest (CA) were significantly increased with a dose-dependent manner. In the TJ0711 0.1-30 micromol x L(-1) concentration range, guinea pig right ventricular papillary muscle action potential RP (rest potential), APA (action potential amplitude) and V(max) (maximum velocity of depolarization) were not significantly affected. APD20, APD50 and APD90 had a shortening trend but no statistical difference with the increase of TJ0711 concentration. TJ0711 has antiarrhythmic effect on the sympathetic nerve excitement and myocardial cell high calcium animal arrhythmia model. Myocardial action potential zero phase conduction velocity and resting membrane potential were not inhibited by TJ0711. APD20, APD50 and APD90 were shortened by TJ0711 at high concentration. Its antiarrhythmic action mechanism may be besides the action of blocking beta1 receptor, may also have a strong selective blocking action on alpha1 receptor and reducing intracellular calcium concentration.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-2) in the attack of exprimental autoimmune myositis(EAM) rats, and the effects of methylprednisolone on expressions of gene mRNA and protein of MMP-2. Methods The expression levels of MMP-2 in the peripheral blood, spleen lymphocytes and muscles were detected by using RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry techniques and was compared among EAM group,EAM with methylprednisolone treatment group (EAMM) and control group. Results ⑴ The degree of episode in EAMM group was lower than that of EAM group , and the infiltration of the inflammatory cells and the necrosis of the muscles were also mild in EAMM group. ⑵There was significant upregulation of the expression of the MMP-2 gene mRNA in the lymphocytes of peripheral bood and spleen of EAM rats as compared with that of the control,Elevation of the expression of MMP-2 protein in rats muscles tissues of EAMM group was observed obviously. However, the expression of the mRNA and the protein of MMP-2 was suppressed significantly in EAM group compared with control group. Conclusions The upregulation of the expression of MMP-2 may be correlated with the onset of EAM. Methylprednisolone may relieve the degree of the pathology of EAM by the downregulation of MMP-2 .

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2017;42(8):973-978
Objective:To investigate the demands for cardiac rehabilitation information in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) and influential factors. Methods:Information demands for cardiac rehabilitation in CHD patients were surveyed by questionnaire and the influential factors were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and multi-factor analysis of variance. Results:The score of demands for cardiac rehabilitation information in CHD patients was 3.86±0.53.Among them, the most urgent top 5 items were:drug knowledge, diagnosis and treatment, basic knowledge of the heart, emergency and safety and nutrition knowledge. The top 3-demand modes were:communication with medical workers, movies or videos to take home, and lectures. The score of demands for cardiac rehabilitation information was different in different age groups. The highest score was in the patients with age less than 60.There were different demands in different characteristic groups. Conclusion:The most urgent need and mode are drug knowledge and communication with medical workers, respectively. With the age increase, the demands for patients' cardiac rehabilitation information decrease. An individualized health education strategy should be developed according to the characteristics of CHD patients.
10.Current progression and prospect in the targeting therapy of age-related macular degeneration
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2012;30(1):1-6
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) has become a leading cause of irreversible visual loss in senior population and a serious issue of public health as the aging of society worldwide, especially wet AMD.Wet AMD is characterized by choroidal neovascularization(CNV)with a rapidly developing process andsevere impairment of visual acuity. The effective therapy that can destroy choroidal neovascularization and improve visual acuity for very long time is lack.In the recent 20 years, more attentions focuse on the treatment of choroidal neovascularization. From bench to bedside, the research on targeted treatment of angiogenesis brings the bloom of wet AMD medical therapy. This paper will summarize the update information of wet AMD.
