1.Pancreatic stem cell-like cells in histogenesis of pancreatic endocrine tumors
Ning WU ; Xiaolong JIN ; Jiacheng XIAO
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
Specimens from 12 cases of pancreatic endocrine tumors were investigated by light and electron microscopy and immunohistochemical staining. Pancreatic stem cell-like cells with special characteristics of pancreatic stem cell were found in the proliferating small ductules and dispersed at the margins of pancreatic endocrine tumors in all the cases studied.

3.Clinical observation on insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes mellitus
Jin-Xiao WU ; Xiao-Feng LV ; Fu-Ping LIU ;
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
The effects of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection (CSII, n=306) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection (MSII, n=310)on hyperglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus were compared. The results suggest that the effect of CSII is more prompt and efficient with lower incidence of hypoglycemia as compared with MSII.

6.Progress of High-resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Evaluating Cerebral Atherosclerotic Plaques (re-view)

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(2):164-167
High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HRMRI) is a safe, non-invasive, inexpensive, accurate and reproducible clini-cal imaging modality, and the results can acutely reflect the extent of atherosclerotic disease and have high predictive values for future clini-cal events. It uses black blood imaging techniques and can obtain sufficient sensitivity for submillimetre imaging. HRMRI has been used widely to visualize the vessel wall and differentiate the components of atherosclerotic plaques. It is of important clinical meaning to evaluate plaque vulnerability with HRMRI, which is related to the remodeling pattern, plaque burden, intraplaque hemorrhage and contrast enhance-ment, and plaque distribution, etc.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the drug use in outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital.METHODS: A total of 12 000 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments in 2006 were randomly sampled for the analysis of drug use.RESULTS: 43% of the drugs were used singly and 13% were combined use of 4 or more than 4 drugs.Oral administration and intravenous injection were the leading routes of administration.3.10% of the prescriptions were irrational in dosage,repeated drug use,dosage regimen,use of dissolvants,drug combination,and drug choice etc.CONCLUSION: The drug use in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital were rational basically,yet there are still some problems remains to be tackled.Great importance should be attached to the prescription check.
