Objective To observe the effect of early intervention on the oligodendrocyte-myelin glycoprotein(OMgp) mRNA expression of brain injury neonatal rats caused by intrauterine infection.Methods 1.Twenty-eight Wistar pregnant rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-treated group and saline control group.Pregnant rats were consecutively injected with LPS (450 ?g?kg-1) or saline on the 18th gestation age.After birth,the placentas were taken out and made HE staining to observe intrauterine infection.2.Thirty neonatal rats in the saline control group and 55 rats in the LPS-treated group were randomly selected which were divided into intervention group (n=25) and no-intervention group (n=25).The second post-natal day (P2) rats in intervention group were treated by early touch and enriched environment.The neonatal rats in the no-intervention group and saline control group were fed in a routine way.Five cases of P1 rats were selected respectively from the LPS-treated group and saline control group,and brain tissue pathological section was made to observe the condition of brain injury.3.Five cases of P1,P3,P7,P28 and P42 rats were selected from the saline control group,intervention group and no-intervention group to detect the OMgp mRNA expression levels by using the real time polymerase chain reaction me-thod.Results 1.There were a great number of neurophilic granulocytes in the placentas in the LPS-treated group.2.Brain tissue pathological of P1 in the saline control group had complete substantia alba structure,ordered disposition and lightly stained clear chromatospherite.While in the LPS-treated group, there existed brain tissue looseness,colloid cell aggregation and oligodendrocyte cytoreduction in the position of substantia alba,callositas and capsula interna.Intraventricular hemorrhage,substantia alba blood vessel dilatation and blood capillary angiorrhexis and hemorrhage could also be found.3.There was a higher increase in OMgp mRNA expressions of brain tissue in the LPS-treated group at P1,P3,P7,P28,P42 than those in the saline control group (Pa

ObjectiveTo investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of cavernous transformation of the portal vein (CTPV).MethodsPlain MRI,dynamic enhanced and (or) dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography(DCE-MRA) findings in 30 patients of clinical-proved CTPV were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsAmong 30 CTPV patients on plain MRI,obliteration of main and (or) branched portal vein were found,and mass-like or reticular abnormal soft-tissue signals were around the vein,which were produced by collateral vessels.On dynamic enhanced MRI,abnormal hepatic perfusion during arterial phase and abnormal enhanced collateral veins during portal phase could be seen.The above signs became more obvious on DCE-MRA.ConclusionsMRI and DCE-MRA can clearly visualize the anatomical features of CTPV.It is important and can provide the reliable evidence for planning properly therapeutic protocol to recognize and directly evaluate the CTPV.

One factor at a time design and first order exponential model were applied to investigate the effects of the four major factors(temperature,ionic strength,pH and osmo-regulator) in the preservation process of nitrite oxidization bacteria(NOB),and a first order decay kinetics was introduced.The result showed that the anoxic decay rate of nitrifying bacteria reduced from 0.25 to 0.015,the half life was extend to 53d at 4℃,pH7.60,ionic strength 0.035mol/kg.The protecting effect of glycerin showed obviously better than that of other cryoprotectants at 4℃.

Objective To investigate the expression and function of integrin-iinked kinase (ILK) in the transdifferentiation process of primary tubular epithelial cell( TEC) and its effect on the accumulation of extracellular matrix (ECM) in the aging process. Methods Primary TEC was cultured from kidneys of male Wistar rats aged 3 and 24 months. Then the primary TEC was stimulated by TGF-? at the concentrations of 0, 5, 10 and 20-40/?g/L for 24 h. The TEC expressions of ?-SMA,ILK and F-actin were detected by immunocytochemistry or indirect immunofluorescence. FN or ILK protein expression levels were tested by Western-blot. DIG-labelled cRNA probe of rat ILK in situ hybridization was obtained by transcription in vitro, with which ILK expression level and the location of TEC were detected. Results ?-SMA expression levels were very low in young or aging rat TEC on the base situation, no significant difference was found between the two groups. However, ILK and F-actin levels in 24 months group were higher than in 3 months group. Along with increasing concentration of TGF-?, ?-SMA, ILK and F-actin levels were increased. Based on chest images' features, this paper presents a retrieval method with domination color of partition, gray level co-occurrence matrix and gradient image shape invariant moments, as well as the fusion of them and the technique of relevance feedback. In Windows Vista environment with Visual C + +, a chest image retrieval prototype is implemented and the experiments have proved that this method has a better retrieval effect.

ObjectiveTo study the quality control methods for 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 kit and injection.MethodsThe appearance,pH,contents of the bases,the labeling yield,asepsis and bacterial endotoxins of 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 kits from three different batches were examined.The kit stability was estimated under different conditions.The transparence,pH,radiochemical purity,half-life,asepsis and bacterial endotoxins of 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 injection were tested.ResultsThe 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 kit and injection were both achromous and transparent,with pH values being 5.9 ± 0.1 and 5.5 - 7.0 respectively.The contents of stannous chloride and TRODAT-1 were stable.The labeling yield of the kit and the radiochemical purity of the injection were both ≥95％.The asepsis test demonstrated that the characters of 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 kit and injection were qualified.TRODAT-1 kit was stable at 0 -4 ℃ for 6 months or at room temperature (20 -25 ℃ )for 10 days,and the radiochemical purity of the injection was still ＞ 90％ at room temperature for 8 hours.ConclusionsThe quality control methods for 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 kit are simple and practical.The kit and injection are qualified and can be used for clinical application.
