Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Objective To research a more effective method of full-text retrieval of electronic care record (ECR), which avails clinical work, medical research and ECR management. Methods Based on full -text retrieval by keyword, by changing the form of ECR with XML,a full-text retrieval system of ECR based on Lucene was built. Results The system testing showed that the precision ratio of ECR retrieval was raised. Conclusion The full-text retrieval system of ECR meets the design requirements and the function needs.

China Medical Equipment 2016;(2):120-122
Objective:Based on the laws about medical equipments industry to analyze the basis, key points and methods of medical equipments qualification auditing. Methods: According to the present the qualification documents requirements, medical equipment category were divided into 3 types (categoryⅠ, categoryⅡand categoryⅢ)by risk degree with decreasing order. The qualification and key point of disinfection supplies and each kind of equipment (including in vitro diagnostic reagents) were explained. Results: The main work of medical equipments qualification auditing were confirmed. Conclusion: It is important way to guarantee the safety of clinical diagnosis and treatment through we strengthen the auditing of medical equipments and the qualification documents of suppliers.

Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(4):123-127
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of 1470nm diode laser vaporization prostatectomy and bipolar transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy (TUPKP) for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods From June 2015-February 2016 a total of 95 patients diagnosed with BPH were randomly divided into 2 group:52 patients were treated with TUPKP while 43 patients with 1470 diode laser. All patients were followed up with mean operative time,intra-operative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative catheterization time, postoperative complications, international prostate symptom score (IPSS),score of life quality (QoL),maximum flow rate (Qmax),post-void residual (PVR) before and after surgery. Results Compared with data of preoperation, postoperative IPSS,QoL,Qmax,PVR in 6 months revealed significant improvement in both of two groups.IPSS of TUPKP group and 1470 group respectively dropped to 6.3 ± 2.6 and 6.7 ± 2.4.In TUPKP group,PVR reduced to 23.1 ± 20.9ml and in 1470 group decreased to 24.3 ± 19.9ml.While Qmax increased to 18.5 ± 3.1 ml/s and 18.7 ± 2.8ml/s respectively in TUPKP and 1470 group. In TUPKP group, operation time were 60.1 ± 14.9min,significantly less than that in 1470 group of 69.3 ± 12.9min (P < 0.05).Compared with catheterization time in 1470 group of 33.9 ± 9.4h,the time in TUPKP group of 73.9 ± 37.6h was shorter with significant difference (P < 0.05).While Curative effect of two groups of showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of two operation methods for patients with BPH showed no significant difference.1470 group had longer operation time, while TUPKP group had less intraoperative bleeding and postoperative recovery.

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of partial-thickness rotator cuff tears. Methods A total of 14 cases of partial-thickness rotator cuff tears from April 1999 to January 2004 were surgically treated in this hospital. Before operation,X-ray examinations at anteroposterior view and at scapular outlet view were conducted in all cases,B-ultrasonography was conducted in 11 cases, and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) or magnetic resonance arthrography(MRA),in 14 cases.Subacromial decompression and tear debridement was performed in 5 cases, while subacromial decompression and rotator cuff repair was performed in 9 cases. The University of California Los Angeles(UCLA) shoulder scoring system was used to evaluate the outcomes. Results The partial tears were identified at bursal-side in 7 cases and at articular-side in 7 cases. The 14 cases were followed for 1~6 years(mean,38 months). The UCLA scores were elevated from 15.9?3.9 preoperatively to 30.9?5.2 postoperatively(t=15.000,P=0.000).The curative results were classified as "good" in 13 cases and "poor" in 1 case. Conclusions Arthroscopy is a reliable method for the diagnosis of partial-thickness rotator cuff tears, which can be effectively treated with rotator cuff repairs.Arthroscopic repair gives little invasion and quick recovery.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(08):-
Objective To study clinical results of arthroscopically assisted mini-open rotator cuff repair. Methods Twenty-two patients with rotator cuff tears were treated with arthroscopically assisted mini-open rotator cuff repair from March 1999 to March 2004.Thirteen patients underwent arthroscopic inspection,mini-open subacromial decompression, and rotator cuff repair.Nine patients underwent arthroscopic subacromial decompression and mini-open repair. The UCLA scoring system was used for outcome assessment. Results The 22 patients were followed for 12-72 months(mean,47 months). The UCLA scores were increased from 14.8?3.8 preoperatively to 32.0?4.7 postoperatively(t=15.086,P=0.000).The results were classified as excellent in 7 patients, good in 13 patients, fair in 1 patient, and poor in 1.Twenty patients were satisfied with the operative outcomes. Conclusions Arthroscopically assisted mini-open rotator cuff repair is an effective procedure for rotator cuff tears, with simplicity of performance and little invasion.
