Chongqing Medicine 2015;(31):4338-4342
Objective To investigate the correlation between NT‐proBNP ,hs‐CRP level ,echocardiography and early avascu‐lar necrosis of coronary artery syndrome (ACS) ,coronary artery lesion degree .Methods 142 patients admitted in this hospital for chest pain from March 2013 to February 2014 were enrolled ,and all patients′history ,electrocardiogram (ECG) ,plasma levels of N‐terminal pro‐Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT‐proBNP) ,hypersensitive C‐reative protein (hs‐CRP) and cTnT were recorded or tested within 24 hours ,while left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end‐diastolic diameter (LVEDd) were recorded by echocardiography .According to the history and coronary angiography results conducted during hospitalization ,patients were di‐vided into acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) group ,acute non‐ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) group ,unstable angina pectoris (UA) group and control group (normal coronary angiography ,cTnT and ECG) .Pa‐tients with abnormal coronary angiography results were further divided into single vessel lesion group ,double vessel lesion group and triple vessel lesion group .The differences of plasma NT‐proBNP level ,hs‐CRP level and LVEF in each group ,and multivariate linear regression analysis were conducted to find out the independent risk factors for elevated plasma NT‐proBNP .Results 102 ACS patients and 40 normal patients were enrolled .Plasma levels of NT‐proBNP ,hs‐CRP and LVEF in NSTEMI group (n=30) and STEMI group (n=32) were significant different from UA group (n=40) and control group (n=40) respectively (P<0 .05) . The NT‐proBNP levels in control group and triple vessel lesion group (n=41) were respectively significant different from both sin‐gle vessel lesion group (n=30) and double vessel lesion group (n=31) (P<0 .05) .Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that ,plasma hs‐CRP level (P=0 .007) ,coronary artery lesion degree (P=0 .00) and history of diabetes (P=0 .006) were positive associated factors of NT‐proBNP level ,while LVEF was the negative associated factors of NT‐proBNP level(P=0 .036) .Conclusion Plasma NT‐proBNP level ,hs‐CRP level and LVEF are closely related to ACS ,and they might play an important role in determi‐ning the extent of early ischemic necrosis and clinical classification .Plasma NT‐proBNP level could be an important molecular mark‐er to reflect the degree of coronary artery lesion .
2.Study on the representation and encoding of Chinese characters in DICOM
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Character Repertoires are supported by DICOM to encode Characters in different languages, in which UTF-8 and GB18030 are for Chinese characters. Each of them can replace Acquiesced Character Repertoire in Attribute Specific Character Set so that Chinese characters can be encoded in data elements. Utility programs compatible with DICOM are also required to support UTF-8 or GB 18030 for unerring representation and encoding.

0.05).Follow-up coronary angiography was more frequently performed in group A than in group B.Conclusion In patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention, the transradial approach is a safe and feasible technique. With the higher rate of follow-up angiography,it was found that the incidence of MACE at 1-month follow-up and 6-month follow-up using the transradial approach was similar to transfemoral approach. Therefore, the transradial approach is expected to become the substitute approach for treatment in AMI patients.
6.The dynamic change of Brn-3a expression in retina of chronic high intraocular pressure rat
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(12):1077-1081
Background Brn-3a is a newly discovered specificity marker for retina ganglion cells(RGCs).It is well-known that RGCs damage is a important pathological basis of hypertension-visual disorder. But the study concerning expression of Brn-3a in RGCs in glaucoma eye is still rately. Objective The purpose of this work was to investigate the changes of Brn-3a expression in model eye with chronic high intraocular pressure(IOP) and its relation with morphology of retina and the expression of Brn-3a in chronic ocular hypertension rats. Methods Thirty-five clean adult SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(5 rats) and model group(30 rats).Experimental chronic ocular hypertension models were induced unilaterally in the left eyes of 30 health adult SD rats by cauterizing super-scleral veins, and the conjunctival incision was made in the right eyes as sham operative group. The operated rats were subdivided into 6 groups according to the examination time points and 6 rats for each group.IOP was measured with Tono-Pen tonometer before and after 30 minutes,1,3,7,14,28 day after surgery respectively. The rat models were sacrificed in 1,3,5,7,14,28 days after operation by excessive anesthesia method, and retinal section was prepared for the histopathological examination and the RGCs were counted using Nissl staining method.Expression of Brn-3a in RGCs was detected by immunohistochemistry. This experimental complied with the Regulations for the Administration of Affair Concerning Experimental Animals by State Science and Technology Commission. Results The IOP was significantly raised from 30 minutes to 28 days after operation in model eyes with the top IOP( 34.46±4.65 )mmHg in the 30 minutes after operation, showing statistically significant differences in various time groups ( F =95.631,P =0.001 ) and different eyes ( F =287.473,P =0.001 ).Compared with sham operative group, the IOP were elevated from 1 day through 14 days after operation ( q =18.418,15.261,10.987,6.931,4.975,2.962,P < 0.05 ).The numbers of RGCs were ( 29.08 ± 1.98 ) in the normal control group and decreased gradually by 3.17%,7.84%,14.60%,22.40% in 1,7,14,28 day after surgery in the model eyes with the considerable differences in comparison with normal eyes ( t =5.943,8.034,15.023,17.004,19.371,P < 0.05 ).Immunochemistry revealed that Brn-3a was specially expressed in the RGCs layer and the positive RGCs for Brn-3a were evidently decreased as the prolong of high IOP duration ( F =127.583,P =0.000 ).Conclusions Chronic glaucoma model can be successfully established using Shareef-Sharma method. The loss of RGCs is associated with the high lOP duration. The expression level of Brn-3a is a reliable index of high-IOP-induced damage of optical nurve.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the association of A260G and A386G polymorphisms of the DAZL gene with male infertility caused by oligozoospermia or azoospermia.
METHODSWe searched the PubMed, Science Direct, Wiley Online Library, CNKI, VIP, and CDDB databases up to November 30, 2013 for case-control studies evaluating the relationship of SNP260 and SNP386 polymorphisms of the DAZL gene with male infertility, and meanwhile conducted manual sourcing of the references in the identified studies and relevant articles. Two reviewers independently screened the title, abstract and keywords of each article retrieved. The StataSE12. 0 software was used for meta-analysis and other statistical analyses.
RESULTSTotally, 13 case-control studies were included (10 about A260G and 11 about A386G), involving 2 715 infertile patients (2 500 with oligozoospermia or azoospermia) and 1 835 normozoospermic men. DAZL A260G showed no statistical significance in the allele, dominant, recessive, co-dominant, or super-dominant gene model (P >0. 05). DAZL A386G exhibited a strong correlation with oligozoospermia or azoospermia in Asians in the allele gene model (OR = 0. 15, 95% CI 0.07 -0.34, P <0.05), dominant gene model (OR =0. 16, 95% CI 0.07 - 0. 35, P <0.05), co-dominant gene model (AA/AG) (OR = 0. 15, 95% CI 0. 06 - 0. 33, P < 0. 05), and super-dominant gene model (OR = 0. 15 (95% CI 0.06 - 0.33, P <0.05) , and so did it in Chinese in the four gene models ( OR = 0. 11, 95% CI 0.04 - 0. 28, P <0.05; OR =0. 11, 95% CI 0.04 - 0.28, P<0.05; OR = 0.09, 95% CI 0.03 - 0.26, P<0.05; OR = 0.09, 95% CI 0.03 - 0.26, P< 0.05).
CONCLUSIONOur study manifested that the DAZL polymorphism A386G, but not A260G, was correlated with reduced sper- matogenesis or sperm count specifically in Chinese males. More high-quality trials are required for a deeper insight into the exact relationship of DAZL A260G and A386G polymorphisms with oligozoospermia- or azoospermia-induced male infertility.
