Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effect of PEFC chemotherapy regimen (cisplatin or carboplatin,etoposide,fluorouracil and cyclophosphamide) on primary carcinoma of fallopian tube.Methods:41 patients with primary carcinoma of fallopian tube were divided into two groups: 20 patients in PEFC group received PEFC chemotherapy; 21 patients in CAP group received CAP chemotherapy.
