Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the results of liver function tests. Methods The clinical data of 357 cases of outpatient examination for liver function were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of the examination, they were divided into two groups,178 cases in the control group (normal liver func-tion);179 cases in observation group (abnormal liver function). The influencing factors of liver function test results were analyzed. Results In the observation group, the gender, marital status, age, culture degree,BMI,sleep time com-pared with the control group, the differences in marital status were statistically significant(all P <0.05),the liver function abnormal rate of male was 58.66%,which was higher than 41.34% of female(χ2 =14.139,P <0.05).The detection rate of abnormal liver function of the people with age over 40 years old was 55.87%,which was higher than 44.13% of the people with age under 40 years old (χ2 =8.495,P <0.05).The detection rate of abnormal liver func-tion of the crowd in high school level and above was 45.25%,which was lower than 54.75% of the crowd under the high school(χ2 =5.685,P <0.05).The detection rate of abnormal liver function of the crowd with BMI≥24kg/m2 was 62.57%,which was higher than 37.43% of the crowd with BMI <24kg/m2 (χ2 =5.731,P <0.05).The detec-tion rate of abnormal liver function of the crowd with sleep time≥8h was 53.07%,which was lower than 46.93% of the crowd with sleep time <8h (χ2 =18.011,P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of abnormal liver function of marriage between the two group(P >0.05).Conclusion The gender, age, culture degree, BMI,sleep time have impact on the liver function test, and the bad eating and living habits should be reasonable corrected, the physical exercise should be strengthened, and the quality of life should be constantly improved.

Three-orientation medical talent training mainly include humanistic quality cultivation, professional quality and physical and mental quality. With professional ability as the guidance of profes-sional quality education requires students not only to grasp skilled medical technology, but also have the ability to enhance the medical technology. Based on the orientation of training target, this research mainly from habit set, authority set, set the multitude and empirical mind-set four aspects in this paper, the critical thinking, and put forward problems from finding problems, and expounds the innovative thinking of concise problem.

Comparative medicine is a new crossing frontier branch subject based on laboratory animal science, and the content, aim and request of its research have been remarkably different from that of laboratory animal science.Acting as the methods, means and support conditions of advancment and development of medicine research, comparative medicine is an important platform ensuring the sustainable development of medicine, and is imperative for the medico to be educated with systemic comparative medicine.

Cathepsin B from Helicoverpa armigera (HCB) belongs to the group of cysteine proteinases. HCB is proved being involved in the degradation of yolk proteins during embryonic development, which is an acidic preferring enzyme and is resistant to SDS. The expression of the proenzyme may offer a model for investigating the activation of the enzyme. The HCB gene was constructed into pPIC9K and expressed in Pichia pastoris KM71 strain . After induction by methanol, HCB was expressed and secreted into the medium. The molecular weight of the recombinant procathepsin B was determined as about 38 kDa. The expressed product was confirmed to be HCB by immunoblotting assay using specific rabbit anti-HCB polyclonal antibody. The activity of the product was assayed by in situ hydrolysis (gelatin-SDS-PAGE). These results showed that HCB with proteolytic activity was expressed in P. pastoris KM71. This proenzyme can be used for further research on the activation of the proenzyme or industrial production.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA-HOTAIR in prostate cancer cells and its effects on the growth and metastasis of the cells.
METHODSUsing quantitative reverse-transcription PCR (qRT-PCR), we determined the relative expression of HOTAIR in the normal human prostate epithelial cell line RWPE-I and prostate cancer cell lines PC-3 and DU145. We detected the effects of HOTAIR on the cell cycle and invasiveness of prostate cancer cells by RNA interference, flow cytometry, and Transwell mitration assay.
RESULTSThe expressions of HOTAIR in the PC3 and DU145 cells were increased 3.2 and 5.7 times, respectively, as compared with that in the normal RWPE-1 cells. After si-HOTAIR interference, the prostate cancer cells were arrested in the G2 phase and downregulated in the G1 phase. The invasive ability of the prostate cancer cells was evidently inhibited, with the inhibition rates of 32% and 44% of the PC3 cells and 43% and 34% of the DU145 cells for si-HOTAIR1 and si-HOTAIR2, respectively.
CONCLUSIONIncRNA HOTAIR is highly expressed in prostate cancer, which is associated with the growth and invasiveness of prostate cancer cells. HOTAIR is potentially a novel marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of gastrodia in extracorporeal oriented inducing the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neuron-like cells.
METHODSMesenchymal stem cells were separated from bone marrow of rats by wall sticking method, amplifying cultured in vitro, and differentiated into neuron-like cells by oriented induction with gastrodia. The morphology of cells was observed under light microscopy, neuro-specific enolase (NSE), nestin and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) were detected by immunocytochemistry.
RESULTSRats mesenchymal stem cells could be separated and amplified in vitro. After being induced by gastrodia for 2 hrs, most of the cells would be differentiated into meuron-like cells, revealing cytodendrite. By immunochemical staining, cells showed positive of NSE, nestin, and negative of GFAP.
CONCLUSIONRats' mesenchymal stem cells could be induced to differentiate into neuron-like cells.
