Two parental strains BY-14 and BY-6,with high leavening ability in lean and sweet dough respectively, were selected.Through spore production and separation, two haploids with opposition types were selected for cross-breeding.At last one hybridization strain was obtained, with good fermentation ability as BY-14 in lean dough and better than BY-6 by 25%in sweet dough.

The secondary development of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) is an important content of TCM modernization process, as well as an important path for developing new TCM drugs. Under the guidance of the system theory, in response to the lack of the overall guideline and practical methods for the secondary development of TCMs at present, we introduced the overall thought of the secondary development of major TCM varieties, as well as the roles and contents of clinical research, pharmacology and pharmaceutics in the process of the secondary development of major TCM varieties, so as to provide systematic strategies and methods for the development of major TCM varieties.

The secondary development of major traditional Chinese medicine varieties is one of important links during the modernization, scientification and standardization of traditional Chinese medicines. How to accurately and effectively identify the pharmacodynamic material basis of original formulae becomes the primary problem in the secondary development, as well as the bottleneck in the modernization development of traditional Chinese medicines. On the basis of the existing experimental methods, and according to the study thought that the multi-component and complex effects of traditional Chinese medicine components need to combine multi-disciplinary methods and technologies, we propose the study thought of the material basis of secondary development of major traditional Chinese medicine varieties based on the combination of in vivo and in vitro experiments. It is believed that studies on material basis needs three links, namely identification, screening and verification, and in vivo and in vitro study method corresponding to each link is mutually complemented and verified. Finally, the accurate and reliable material basis is selected. This thought provides reference for the secondary development of major traditional Chinese medicine varieties and studies on compound material basis.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2014;30(8):476-478
Objective To summarise the experience of surgical treatment of invasive pulmonary fungal infection in patients with hematologic malignancies. Methods From Jan.2000 to Dec.2012,78 hematologic patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infections, including 49 males and 29 females with average age of 29.6 years, underwent surgical treatment.Preoperatively, all patients with 1 to 3 courses of chemotherapy had received average 4 weeks antifungal treatment. There were 58 cases received conventional open thoracic surgery and 20 cases received VATS including lobectomy, segmentectomy, wedgectomy. Results The procedures were successful, the average operation time w as(125.3 ± 35.7) min and intraoperative blood loss was(253.1 ± 42.8) nl.There were no severe postoperative complications. The main complications were excessive effusion (10.2%) and persistence airleak (7.7%).The hospital days was(7.8 ± 2.5) days,no reoperation and death case in 30 days after operation. The follow-up was from 6 to 24 months,38 cases(48.7%) received prophylaetic antifungal treatment,no ease with fungi spread and recurrence. Conclusion The surgical treatment is safe and useful for the hematologic patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infections, when internal medicine conservative treatment is invalid.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;34(3):163-166
Objective ST-T complex change, which represents the ventricle repolarization phase, is the main clinical indicator in detecting myocardial ischemia (MI) based on electrocardiogram (ECG) signals. However, its feature point location is not accurate due to interferences. In this paper, a new approach about myocardial ischemia analysis was proposed based on QRS complex. Methods QRS complex, representing the ventricle depolarization process, was used to analyze myocardial ischemia, and some parameters were extracted synthetically in time domain. Then they were used for statistical analysis of myocardial ischemia states and non-myocardial ischemia states. Results Five parameters had significant differences after verification of Non-MI signals in MIT-BIH database and MI signals in long-term ST database (LTST) and they were: QRS upward and downward slopes, transient heart rate, R angle and Q angle in a triangle QRS. Conclusion Five parameters extracted from QRS complex had significant differences. The proposed method provides an important basis for myocardial ischemia detection.

Objective:To summarize the feasibility and clinical experience of various types of aortic surgery through upper hemisternotomy. Methods:From June 2016 to October 2019, 63 patients underwent various types of aortic operations through upper hemisternotomy in our department. Among them, there were 51 males and 12 females with an average age of(49.7±12.7) years. All kinds of major vascular operations include: 33 cases of aortic dissection procedure; 9 cases of Bentall procedure; 7 cases of wheat procedure; 2 cases of Ross procedure; 2 cases of David procedure; 2 cases of simple ascending aorta replacement procedure; 3 cases of redo thoracic Bentall procedure; 2 cases of redo thoracic wheat operation; 1 case of redo thoracic aortic root leakage repair procedure; 2 cases of redo thoracic ascending aorta procedure, innominate artery, left common carotid artery replacement and removal of intravalvular vegetation procedure; 1 case of Bentall plus pulmonary valve and pulmonary artery replacement procedure. Among them, aortic dissection included 11 cases of ascending and total arch replacement plus descending aortic stent implantation procedure; 2 cases of AVR plus ascending and total arch replacement procedure; 5 cases of ascending and semi-arch replacement procedure; 4 cases of David plus ascending and total arch replacement plus descending aortic stent implantation procedure; 1 case of redo thoracotomy David plus ascending and total arch replacement with descending aortic stent implantation procedure; 1 case of David plus ascending and total arch replacement procedure; 6 case of AVP/AVR/Bentall plus ascending and total arch replacement and descending aortic stent implantation procedure; 2 cases of redo total arch replacement and descending aortic stent implantation procedure and aortic root vascular graft wrapping plus ascending aorta and 1 case of total arch replacement with descending aortic stent implantation procedure. Results:All 63 cases of operation were successfully completed without transforming to middle sternotomy; 1 case with acute renal failure was treated by dialysis, and then complicated with septic shock and intracranial hemorrhage, and died of ineffective rescue; 2 cases were treated by thoracotomy exploration and hemostasis; 9 cases with pericardial effusion needed pericardiocentesis; 2 cases with lower extremity muscle weakness after operation: one treated by drainage of spinal fluid and the muscle strength of the lower extremities was restored, another one complicated with infection, acute renal failure and hypoxemia was treated by anti-infection, continuous CRRT, gamma globulin infusion and rehabilitation exercise, the muscle strength of the lower extremities was eventually restored. Except for one death in hospital, all the other patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion:Well exposure of aortic root, ascending aorta and descending part of arch can be obtained through upper hemisternotomy and various types of aortic proceduer can be done with satisfactory results through this approach.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2022;57(2):265-270
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common chronic liver disease. The prevalence of NAFLD is increasing year by year in the world, which seriously threaten the public health. The pathogenesis of NAFLD is complex, and there is no specific treatment for NAFLD. Natural-derived compounds have the characteristics of multi-target and multi-mechanism, which can improve the curative effect and reduce the toxic and side effects by regulating multiple factors of the disease. They are ideal drugs for treating complex diseases and have unique advantages in improving NAFLD. However, low intestinal absorption, poor bioavailability, and single medicine efficiency limit the utilization of many compounds, and further drug development and clinical application are challenging. This paper reviews the research progress of natural-derived compounds in the prevention and treatment of NAFLD in recent years, analyzes the existing problems, and discusses the improvement strategies, so as to provide reference for related research.
