Objective To explore the application of Artglass material in aesthetical restoration. Methods A total of 2196 restoratio ns, including 1963 veneers and 233 crowns, were made for 335 patients, and clini cal results were examined and recorded one by one. The related problems were dis cussed. Results There was significant improvement on cosmetics in most of the 2196 restorations; 44 restorations in 21 patients were failed, re sulting in a failure rate of 2%. The failure cases were repaired with Chrisma ma terial or remade with Artglass material. Conclusion Artglass ma terial has satisfactory prosthesis effects in aesthetical restoration. The bondi ng process and occlusion adjustment are important and should be specially notice d.

To identify the receptors for the outer membrane protein H (OmpH) of avian P.multocida, the membrane proteins of chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells were separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Ligand blot. The OmpH-binding protein was identified by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, and its distribution in the membrane proteins of different host esophageal mucosal cells was detected by Ligand blot,ELISA and immunofluorescence microscopy, respectively.Ligand blot analysis showed that a 49-kDa membrane protein of CEF cells bound to recombinant OmpH,and MALDI-TOF spectral results demonstrated that the OmpH-binding protein was ATP synthase β subunit. In addition, the OmpH receptor was present in the chicken and rabbit mucosal cell membranes, but was not detected in the bovine and swine mucosal cell membranes. The above results indicate that the OmpH receptor may be CEF cell-derived ATP synthase beta subunit.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the expression of VIT-1 gene in melanocytes of patients with vitiligo, and to analyze the difference of its sequence. Methods The skin from the foreskins of healthy men by circumcision and from the non-lesional area on the buttocks of 5 patients were digested by dispase, then the epidermis and dermis were separated, and the melanocytes were isolated. Then we cultured the melanocytes from the controls in TICVA medium and those from the patients in TICVA medium supplemented with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and endothelin-1 ( ET-1). The expression of VIT-1 gene was measured by RT-PCR, the full-length cDNA of VIT-1 ORF was cloned and sequenced, and sequence difference was analyzed by CLUSTAL W ( 1.83 ) software. Results The expression levels of VIT-1 gene were significantly lower in melanocytes from the patients than in those from the controls. An 81 bp-intron was found in the VIT-1 ORF. VIT-1 was a fragment of FBXO11, located at its 3' end. Conclusion VIT-1 gene is not a new gene, but a fragment of FBXO11, and a member of F-box protein family.

This paper studied the HPLC and NIRS fingerprints of Chrysanthemum with different processing methods, including directly drying, drying after steamed, and drying after fried. The method of discriminant analysis of TQ software was used to analysis the NIRS fingerprint of Chrysanthemum with three different processing methods, and the results were consistent with HPLC fingerprint similarity analysis. NIRS and HPLC fingerprints were of different characteristics, and the combination of the two methods can quickly and accurately identify Chrysanthemum with different processing methods.

Objective To explore the correlation between acute gastrointestinal side effects caused by radiotherapy in pancreatic cancer and degree of gastroduodenal radioactive injury under gastoendoscopy. Methods From February 2010 to May 2015,112 patients with pancreatic cancer and received radiotherapy were enrolled. The correlation between gastroscopic findings and degree of gastrointestinal side effects (grade zero to five) was analyzed. The effects of different radiotherapy on the formation of radiation ulcers were also investigated.Chi-square test and Spearman correlation analysis were performed for statistically analysis. Results The incidence of radioactive gastroduodenitis was 57.1 % (64/112).The incidence of radiation-induced ulcer was 42.0 % (47/112).Among the 112 patients with pancreatic cancer and received radiotherapy, patients with over grade two nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia and constipation received symptomatic treatment.Thirty-one patients (27.7 %) of them received appetitestimulating treatment,53 patients (47.3%) were given anti-nausea treatment,39 patients (34.8%)received therapy of promoting digestion, and 24 patients (21.4 %) received therapy of relieving constipation. The incidence of radiation-induced ulcer in patients with grade one acute gastrointestinal side effects was 25.8 % (8/31),lower than that of patients with over grade two acute gastrointestinal side effects (48.1%,39/81),and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.595,P=0.032).The grade of acute gastrointestinal side effects was positively correlated with that of radiation-induced injury under gastroendoscopy (r=0.295,P =0.002).The incidences of radiation-induced ulcer of gamma knife radiotherapy and helical tomotherapy were 50.0 % (15/30) and 39.2 % (31/79),respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant (x2 =1.032,P =0.301).Conclusions The occurrence of radiation ulcers should be alerted if over grade two acute gastrointestinal side effects presented in patients with pancreatic cancer and received radiotherapy. The radiotherapy caused gastrointestinal side effects can not be evaluated just according to clinical symptoms.Endoscopic findings and pathological diagnosis are the gold standard.

To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia lactiflora. The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel, semi-preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Twelve compounds were isolated from alcohol extracts of A. lactiflora and identified as 7-hydroxycoumarin (1), 7-methoxycoumarin (2), balanophonin (3), aurantiamide (4), aurantiamide acetate (5), isovitexin (6), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-rutinoside (7), rutin (8), caffeic acid ethyl ester (9), quercetin (10), methyl 3, 5-di-O-caffeoyl quinate (11) and methyl 3, 4-di-O-caffeoyl quinate (12), respectively. Compounds 3-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
