Objective To explore the value of diagnostic and differential diagnostic with the Neutrophil‐lymphocyte count ratio (NLCR) and C‐reactive protein cmmunity‐acquired pneumonia(CAP) .Methods The NLCR ,as well as white blood cell counts , neutrophil count ,lymphocyte count and the concentration of CRP were measured in 40 patients with bacterial pneumonia ,40 pa‐tients with mycoplasma pneumonia ,40 patients with viral pneumonia and 40 healthy subjects ,and the results was analyzed by statis‐tical methods .Results In bacterial group ,the NLCR and the concentration of CRP were significantly higher than those in myco‐plasma group ,viral group and normal controls(P<0 .05) .According to the results of ROC curve analysis in the diagnosis of bacte‐rial CAP ,the areas of NLCR and CRP under ROC curve are 0 .911 and 0 .896 ,respectively ,which have good diagnostic sensitivity and specificity .Conclusion The NLCR and CRP in peripheral blood have great significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of bacterial community‐acquired pneumonia .

Objective To explore the relation among the quality of the Paridis polyphylla and different species and growth conditions, and help to provide scientific foundation for introduction and cultivation of Paridis polyphylla. Methods The samples of Paridis polyphylla were collected by different varieties, different growth years, different harvest seasons and different altitude habitats. The content of saponins in Paridis polyphylla was measured by HPLC method according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015. The chromatographic column was ACQUITY UPLC? HSS T3 (3.0 mm× 100 mm, 1.8μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water (gradient elution), with flow rate of 0.5 ml/min, detection wavelength was 203 nm and column temperature at 35℃.Results Total saponin content ranged from 1.35% to 3.89% among the varieties studied. The content of each components were listed as:Paris polyphylla Smith(PS) >Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis(Franch.) Hand.-Mazz. (PY) >Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis(Franch.) Hara (PC). From 3 to 10 years old of PC, the longer the growth years made the higher the total saponin content. Furthermore, total saponin content of PC increased gradually with the altitudes rising from 400 to 800 meters. The total saponin content of PY harvesting in spring was much higher than that of other seasons. Conclusions The Results showed the importance for introducing and cultivating of Paridis polyphylla.

Objective To establish a new RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, forsythin, and baicalin in shuanghuanglian powder for injection after ultrasonic atomization. Methods Hypersil ODS2 C18(250 mmí4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 2% phosphate acid solution (4060). Flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 . Sample volume was 5μL. Column temperature was 30℃. Detection wavelength was 324 nm at 0-10 min and 277 nm at 10-25 min. Results Contents of chlorogenic acid, forsythin, and baicalin had good linear relationship with the respective peak area (r≥0. 999 7) within the scope of the sample volume. The RSD was <2% for precision, reproducibility, and stability. Recovery rate was 98. 50%-101. 12% (n=6). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible, with high resolution. It can determine the content of three kinds of components at the same time. The three components in shuanghuanglian powder for injection did not change significantly before and after ultrasonic atomization.

Objective To investigate the risk distribution of breast cancer for location and time of recurrence metastasis in molecular subtype. Methods We studied retrospectively the female patients who were diagnosed as invasive ductal breast cancer in our hospital from July 2004 to June 2012,detected ER,PR,and HER2 expressions in the paraffin sections. The patients with recurrence metastasis were divided into local recurrence and distant metastasis with the first transfer site as standard for analyzing the distribution in molecular subtype and the time of the first site of recurrence metastasis. Results Sixty two patients were encountered recurrence metastasis, including 23 patients with local recurrence, and 39 patients with distant metastasis, death 11.The rates of distant metastasis for patients who belonged to HER2 type and basal-like type were higher than that of local recurrence (P =0.01,P =0.001).The risk distribution of recurrence metastasis time in molecular recurrence metastasis showed that 35 percent of recurrence metastasis time of luminal A type was first 3 years,75 percent of molecular subtype of basa1-1ike type recurrence metastasis time in first 3 years and advanced. The peak of luminal B and HER2 type was first 3 years, and very low in 5 years. Conclusions Molecular subtype of breast cancer is an important complement for TNM method in accurately assessing the patients of recurrence metastasis for location and time, and is helpful for the individual screening of patients for recurrence metastasis.

Objective To study the relationship between rotational deformity and operational correction rate in scoliosis. MethodsFrom January 2005 to December 2006,44 cases of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis with operational correction were reviewed. Before operation, all the patients were performed MRI scan of the whole spine and the rotation angle of superior and inferior endplate of nine vertebraes with the center of apical vertebrae were measured so that the mechanical torsion angle of vertebrae and disc were calculated, and the rotation compliance of the spine was obtained. In addition, preoperative plain, lateral and bending film of thoracic-lumbar vertebrae were taken to measure the Cobb angle, and the items above were compared with those of post-operation to calculate the scoliosis flexibility and correction rate.Correlation analysis was conducted between the rotation compliance, flexibility and operational correction rate in scoliosis. Results There were significant differences in the mean coronal and sagittal Cobb angle before and after the operation(P

Objective: To optimize the formula of compound asiaticoside gel plasters, and determine the optimal preparation process. Methods:Using the initial adhesion, viscosity and appearance as the indices, the gel plasters were evaluated by orthogonal design in order to study the effects of various base ratios on the preparation and screen the optimal formula and preparation process. Re-sults:The optimal formula was dihydroxyaluminium aminoacetate∶EDTA∶glycerol∶CMC-Na of 0. 25∶0. 05∶45∶1. Conclusion: Com-pound asiaticoside gel plasters with the optimal formula and preparation technique show good adhesion and uniformity, which can meet the need of large-scale production.
