Objective To investigate the knowledge of chronic heart failure (CHF) and influencing factors in general practitioners (GP) in Beijing. Methods A self-designed questionnaire contained total 28 items, including basic knowledge of CHF,non-drug management, drug management and other management ; clinical cases were used to test clinical ability in 7 items. The questionnaire survey was conducted among GPs who participated in continuing education courses from 16 counties/districts in Beijing during January to June 2013.Results Total 720 questionnaires were distributed and 657 valid questionnaires were returned with a recovery rate of 91.3%.Total scores was 60.6.Scores of basic knowledge,non-drug management, drug management and other management was 63.1,76.9,44.0 and 56.9,respectively.There were statistical differences in scores of basic knowledge,non-drug management, drug management and other management between GPs with different diploma (F value:36.8,5.8,21.6,12.2,respectively; P <0.01) ; there were significant differences in scores of basic knowledge and drug management among GPs with different working years (F value:15.1 and 17.4,respectively ; P < 0.01) ; there was significant difference in scores of drug management among GPs with different professional title (F =7.69,P < 0.01).Only for GPs with junior college diploma, the scores of basic knowledge and drug management in GPs with working ≥20 y were higher than those working < 20 y(P < 0.01).The accuracy of clinical ability in GPs with junior college diploma, undergraduate diploma and post-undergraduate diploma was 39.6%,41.6%,41.8% (P > 0.05).Conclusions The knowledge of CHF is less desirable in GPs of Beijing,so that measures should be taken to improve the GP's knowledge of CHF.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To analyze the clinical features of organic damages in Kawasaki disease(KD),and to improve the diagnosis and treatment level. Methods Two hundred and two cases with KD admitted in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics from Jan.2000 to Oct.2007 were reviewed, and their blood routine, urine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function, chest X-ray,and so on,were investigated. The incidence of organic damages in KD was evaluated. Results Among the 202 KD children,137 were male and 65 were female, the male-female ratio was 2.11.0.Most of them were infants, and 71.3% of them were younger than 3 years old.The damages of hematological system were detected in 78/202 cases(38.6%),respiratory system 76/202 cases(37.6%),cardiovascalar system 68/202 cases(33.7%),urinary system 52/202 cases(25.6%),digestive system 23/202 cases(11.4%),and central nervous system 3/202 cases(1.5%).On the other hand,3 cases complicated with septemia,1 case with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and 1 case with Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Conclusions The data indicate that the incidence of hematological system involvement in the sick-children with KD were highest, with more than 2 organs involved simaltaneously. Many organic damages were involved in KD and diverse clinical manifestation could be found.Physicians should understand not only the typical features but also the rare symptoms and organic damage so as to prevent misdiagnosis and improper treatment.J Appl Clin Pediatr,2009,24(1):31-32

A rapid, sensitive and convenient LC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in human plasma. d2-γ-Aminobutyric acid (d2-GABA) was synthesized as internal standard (IS). After extraction from human plasma by protein precipitation with acetonitrile, all analytes were separated on a Luna HILIC column (100 mm x 3.0 mm, 3 μm) using an isocratic mobile phase of water: acetonitrile: formic acid (20 : 80 : 0.12) with a flow rate of 0.5 mL x min(-1). Acquisition of mass spectrometric data was performed in multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) in positive electrospray ionization using the transitions of m/z 104 --> 69 for GABA and m/z 106 --> 71 for d2-GABA. The method was linear in the concentration range of 5.00 to 1 000 ng x mL(-1). The intra- and inter-day precisions were within 9.9%, and accuracy ranged from 99.1% to 104%, within the acceptable limit across all concentrations. The method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of GABA tablets in healthy Chinese volunteers.

A chiral LC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous analysis of desvenlafaxine (DVS) enantiomers in human plasma was developed and applied to a pharmacokinetic study on 12 Chinese healthy volunteers. d6-Desvenlafaxine was used as internal standard (IS). Chromatographic separation was performed on the Astec Chirobiotic V chiral column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The assay was linear over the concentration range of 0.500-150 ng x mL(-1) for both enantiomers (r2 > 0.99). The method was successfully applied to a stereoselective pharmacokinetic study of 100 mg desvenlafaxine sustained release tablets on 12 Chinese healthy volunteers under fasting conditions. The results showed that the pharmacokinetic parameters were similar to both enantiomers in Chinese healthy volunteers. The AUC(0-t), and C(max) of the two enantiomers were about 1.5 times higher than those of blacks and whites reported in the literature.

With the deepening of research in recent years, tumor metabolic reprogramming has gradually become the focus of research, and targeting tumor cell metabolism has also become a new means of tumor therapy. The metabolic process affects almost all the physiological processes of the organism, and lipid metabolism is an important part of the metabolic process. Studies have shown that changes in lipid uptake, storage and fatty acid synthesis and decomposition have occurred in a variety of tumors. Abnormal lipid metabolism will promote the rapid proliferation of tumors. Abnormal expression of a variety of key metabolic enzymes in the process of lipid metabolism is the key to tumor progression. The purpose of this paper is to explain the metabolic regulation of lipid metabolism and related metabolic enzymes in hematological tumors, and to provide ideas for the treatment of hematological tumors.

Objective To explore the relationship between hope level and quality of life with psoria-sis vulgaris patients, and to make a reference for improving quality life of with psoriasis vulgaris patients. Methods 126 psoriasis vulgaris patients were investigated using the questionnaires of Herth Hope Inedx ( HHI) and Dermatology Life Quality Index( DLQI) .Results The average scores of HHI and DLQI of pso-riasis vulgaris patients were(33.37 ±5.15),(11.18 ±4.83)respectively,and the HHI score of psoriasis vul-garis patients was negatively correlated with the DLQI score ( r=-0.433, P<0.01) .The stepwise multivari-able regression showed that interconnectedness( R 2=0.177),education level( R 2=0.054) and years of psoriasis vulgaris( R 2=0.037) were the main influential factors on life quality of psoriasis vulgaris patients. Conclusion The hope level of psoriasis vulgaris patients is positively related with quality of life,so effective and targeted measures should be taken to improve their hope level in order to improve quality of life of psoria-sis vulgaris patients.

Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is an important regulatory factor of cell proliferation and metastasis, involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of malignant tumors, and it is one of the hot spots in the research of targeted anti-tumor drugs. Our group screened a novel benzobis (imidazole) structure small molecule compound LZJ541 through the screening model of Janus kinase (JAK)/STAT3 pathway inhibitors, which has definite STAT3 inhibitory activity. We examined the effect of LZJ541 on the proliferation of HepG2 and PC-3 cells by MTT assay
