Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(2):172-173
Objective To evaluate diagnosis value and image feature of spiral CT and MRI imaging in pulmonary embolism. Methods 42 patients with pulmonary embolism diagnosed by DSA in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were given Spiral CT and MRI angiography examination, and the diagnosis value of the two methods were compared. Results The main performance of spiral CT were pulmonary artery filling defect, distal nonimaging, and 72 embolus which were detected in arterial blood vessels and its branches;the main performance of MRI were pulmonary artery filling defect, the remote signal disappeared, and 61 embolus which were detected. In standard of DSA,the diagnosis rate of pulmonary embolism of spiral CT was 97.62%,which was obviously higher than that of MRI (x2 =5.42,P < 0.05).The embolus detection rate of spiral CT was 94.74%,which was obviously higher than that of MRI(x2 =5.79,P < 0.05).Diagnose embolus rate of spiral CT was 97.74%,which was obriously higher than that of MRI (x2 =4.11,P < 0.05).Leakage and misdiagnosis rate of embolus of spiral CT was 5.26%,which was obriously lower than that of MRI (x2 =6.45,P < 0.05).Conclusion The detection accuracy rate of spiral CT is better than that of MRI imaging. And it is convenient, safe and feasible.Spiral CT can be used as the first noninvasive detection method.
2.Changes in public health awareness of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai in the late Qing Dynasty.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2011;9(6):675-680
Public health awareness existed in the practice of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) long ago. In the process of Shanghai's modernization and in competition with Western medicine, TCM in Shanghai has gradually accepted the modern public health awareness, fostering its strengths, circumventing its weaknesses and playing an important role in the local public health service. To study the vicissitude of TCM public health awareness at this time will be helpful to further understand the modern history of TCM and also provide useful reference for further participation of TCM in modern public health enterprise. In this paper, the authors used literature analysis and historical research to analyze the medical practice and writings of representative TCM practitioners, medical groups and journals. The results showed that the public health awareness of TCM in Shanghai has evolved from its traditional pattern to the modern pattern seen today; the traditional pattern was characterized by individual health care and some degree of medical collaboration, whereas the modern pattern is characterized by public health education. This process was propelled forward throughout by intense national spirit. TCM has made significant contributions to the local public health service in Shanghai in the late Qing Dynasty, which promoted the modernization of public health awareness of TCM in the People's Republic of China. The authors also found that one of the ways of modernizing TCM is to diversify the ways of publicizing TCM and make it easily understood, which can shed a new light on promoting the development of TCM.
3.Ethic Problems of Animal Experiments
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Animal experiments play an important role in development of biomedicine. But with the rise of aniaml protection, animal experiments are suffering the challenge from the theory on animal rights and animal welfare act.The theory about animal rights is a genre of ecoethics, which claims animal has congenital survival and freedom rights as well as human.Medicine people should have scientific, serious and humane attitudes to take aniaml experiments.
4.Analysis of curative effect of compound azinomide and mosapride in the treatment of senile gastrointestinal diseases associated with indigestion
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):323-324,326
Objective To explore the compound azintamide + mosapride application regimen in elderly patients with gastrointestinal diseases and associated dyspepsia in the treatment. Methods 116 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal disease associated dyspepsia patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with azintamide + mosapride, the control group was treated with mosapride, the two groups were treated for 28 d .The total score of dyspeptic symptoms before and after treatment in two groups was recorded, and the clinical symptoms were evaluated according to the remission rate of symptom scores. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was calculated and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in total scores of dyspepsia symptoms between two groups before treatment. The total score of the two groups of dyspepsia symptoms decreased in different degrees after the end of the effective course, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.3%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound azintamide combined with Mosapride is effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases associated dyspepsia in elderly patients, combination therapy significantly improved in patients with dyspeptic symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, clinical application of feedback is good, safe and reliable.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical implication of CC chemokines and receptor in long surviving kidney grafted patients of different immune states. Methods 73 cases of recipients surviving more than 3 years were divided into three groups: control group of normal renal function(C group,n=32), group under low dosage of immunosuppressants(L group,n=20) and group with chronic allograft dysfounction(D group,n=21). The plasma RANTES、MCP 1 and MIP 1?were detected by sandwich ELISA.The expression of CCR5 was determined by flow cytometry(FACS). Results Concentrations of RANTES and MIP 1? as well as expression rate of CCR5 in L group were lower than those of C group ( P 0.05).Plasma level of MCP 1 was significantly higher in group D than that in group C( P 0.05). Conclusions Expression of CC chemokines and receptor closely correlated with the immune state of renal transplant recipients and could be valuable to estimate and monitor the immune state of patients.

9.Effect of Metal Ions on Cell Growth and Phenol Degradation of a Thermophilic Strain BF80
Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
The effect on the growth and phenol degradation of the thermophilic strain BF80 by seventeen different metal ions were studied. The results showed that the metal ions certainly affected the growth and phenol degradation of the strain BF80. At the concentration of 0.01%,contrasting to the comparison, the growth and phenol degradation of the strain BF80 were restrained intensively by the metal ions of Cu2+,Zn2+,Co2+,Ba2+,Hg2+,Ni2+,Ag+,Al3+. The metal ions of Cr2+ restrained the phenol degradation of BF80 strongly while Cr2+ restrained the growth of BF80 faintly. The metal ions of Sn2+,Fe2+,Fe3+,Pn2+ restrained the growth and phenol degradation of the strain BF80 at a certain concentration, and the effect of inhibition in-creased with the increase of the concentrations of the metal ions. At the low concentration of Mn2+ or Mo2+,the growth and phenol degradation of the strain BF80 were increased, but if the concentration beyond the 0.1%,the growth and phenol degradation of the strain BF80 were inhibited. At the different concentration of Ca2+ or Mg2+,the growth of the strain BF80 were increased and the phenol degradation were accelerated, but the max rate of phenol degradation by BF80 was not influenced obviously. When the medium was added themixture of metal ions of Mo2+ and Mn2+,the strain BF80 grew better, but the rate of the phenol degradation was lower than that of single Mo2+ and Mn2+.
10. NKX6.1 combined with PDX1 induces mesenchymal stem cell differentiation into B-like cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(3):258-263
Objective To study the synergistic effect of NKX6. 1 and PDX1 in inducing differentiation of fetal liver-derived mesenchymal stem cells(FL-MSCs) into the pancreatic B cells and to explore the underlying mechanisms, so as to obtain enough islet-like body for transplantation. Methods Recombinant adenovirus vector harboring both PDX1 and NKX6. 1 genes was constructed, and the vector was used to infect FL-MSCs. Then a series of cytokines were used to induce the differentiation of infected FL-MSCs into pancreatic B cells. The expressions of PDX1, NKX6.1 gene, transcription factors NGN3, NeuroDl/Beta2, MafA as well as C-peptide were examined. Results PDX1 and NKX6. 1 were detected in FL-MSCs cells 24 h after infection; cells began to express NGN3, NeuroDl, and MafA and stably expressed pancreatic B cell related factors including insulin after induction. The expression of these molecules was in a certain order. Conclusion PDX1, NKX6. 1 combined with a series of cytokines can effectively induce FL-MSCs to differentiate into pancreatic islet B cells in vitro, which might be through activation of transcription factors NGN3, NeuroDl, and MafA in turn, inducing FL-MSCs to differentiate towards endocrine precursor cells, B endocrine precursor cells and B cells in turn.
