Objective To explore effect of interferon adjunctive therapy on TH1/TH2 and IL-12 of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 105 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were collected.105 cases were divided into the control group and the experiment group.52 cases in the control group were treated with non antiviral therapy, 53 cases in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with interferon adjunctive therapy .Clinical curative effect, serum TH1/TH2 and IL-12 were compared after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical total effective rate was higher (P<0.05); the IL-2 level in the experiment group was lower (P<0.05); the IL-4, IL-12 level in the experiment group were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Interferon assisted therapy can improve the clinical efficiency and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and it can be related to the decrease the level of erum IL-2, and rise the level of IL-4 and IL-12.

Cyclodextrin(CD) is gradually applied in the nonviral gene vector system, due to its biocompatibility and flexibility of tailing via structural modification, polymerization or supramolecular combination. The ideas and research progress of the CD,its low molecular derivatives,CD polymers and CD supramolecular combination in the field of norviral gene vectros were reviewed, and their "structure-safety-transfection efficiency" relationships were discussed.

Objective To explore the impact of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expressions of multi-drug resistance genes in patients with cervical cancer and its relationship with the effect of chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-eight cervical cancer patients with TP regimen selected to perform preoperative chemotherapy were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College between January 2010 and June 2014. Immunohistochemisty (En vision method) was used to determine the expressions of P-gP, GST-π and TopoII of the same patients before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and explore the relationship with the effect of chemotherapy. Results The positive expression rates of P-gp and GST-π were 71.43% and 64.29% before chemotherapy and 80.61%and 74.49%after chemotherapy, respectively. The former two had significant differences (P<0.01). The positive expression rates of TopoII was 48.98%before chemotherapy and 28.57%after chemotherapy , respectively, showing significant differences (P < 0.01). The expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TopoⅡ gene were not affected by the clinical and pathological features of cervical cancer (P > 0.05). Before neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the positive expression of GST-π in the ineffective group was statistically higher than that in the effective group (P<0.05). The positive expressions of P-gp and Topo II showed no statistical significance between the effective group and the ineffective group (P > 0.05). There was significant correlation in the expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TopoⅡ(P < 0.05) before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusions The expression of P-gp, GST-πand TopoⅡgene may not be affected by the clinical and pathological features of cervical cancer, but may change expressions of multi-drug resistance genes in cervical cancer by neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Monitoring their expression has a guiding significance for drug selection, prognostic judgment, and the following treatment regimen decision. The GST-π, expression level can be used as a biological parameter to predict the effect of TP regimen neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Objective To explore the expression of 10 kDa interferon-gamma-induced protein(IP-10)in pathological scar and its role in the pathogenesis of pathological scar. Methods Imrnunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression and distribution of IP-10 in 28 patients with keloid(group K),34 patients with hypertrophic scar(group HS),and 20 normal controls(group N).The data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results The expression of IP-10 was significantly higher in groups K and HS than in group N(P<0.01),but no significant difference in the expression of IP-10 was found between groups K and HS.Conclusion IP-10 may enhance the formation of pathological scar by attracting T lymphocytes and inducing immune/inflammatory response.

0.05).Compared with those in Sham group,LVWI,the typeⅠCVF,type Ⅲ CVF andⅠ/Ⅲ ratio in NIZ were increased significantly in MI group.Compared with those in MI group, the LVWI,the type ⅠCVF,type Ⅲ CVF andⅠ/Ⅲ ratio in NIZ were decreased significantly in Sim groups(but higher than those in Sham group).Compared with MI groups, left ventricular function in rats treated with simvastatin was also obviously improved.(2) Contrasted to those in MI group, the expressions of TGF-?1 and Smad3 were down-regulated in simvastatin treatment groups(but higher than those in Sham group). Conclusions Sim can ameliorate ventricular remodeling and ventricular function in rats induced by MI,and the mechanisms can be independent of its lipid-lowering and associated with inhibition of TGF-?1/Smad3 signal transduction.

Objective To investigate the beneficial effects of simvastatin on ventricular remodeling in rats after myocardial infarction and the possible mechanisms involved. Methods The myocardial infarction rat model was reproduced.Twenty-four hours after infarction, the survived rats were randomly divided into myocardial infarction group(MI group,n=9),simvastatin 10mg group [10mg/(kg?d),Sim1 group;n=8],simvastatin 20mg group [20mg/(kg?d),Sim2 group;n=10] and simvastatin 40mg group [40mg/(kg?d),Sim4 group;n=9].A sham-operated group(Sham group;n=10) served as control.Four weeks later, the serum lipid level, hemodynamic indexes and left ventricular weight index(LVWI) were measured. The changes in rats' myocardial tissue were observed with HE staining;the cross-sectional area of myocardial cells was calculated. The expressions of transforming growth factor ?1(TGF-?1) and TGF-?-activated kinase 1(TAK1) in non-infarction area were determined by Western blotting and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results The hemodynamic indexes,LVWI,cross-sectional area of myocardial cells and the pathological changes were improved, and mRNA and protein expressions of TGF-?1 and TAK1 were down-regulated significantly in the 3 Sim-treated groups compared with that in MI group. The indices mentioned above were significantly different in Sim2 and Sim4 group compared with Sim4 group(P0.05).Conclusion The inhibitory effect of simvastatin on ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction is independent of its lipid-regulating effect, but possibly attributed to its action in inhibiting the TGF-?1/AK1 signal transduction.Within the concentration of 20mg/(kg?d),the therapeutic efficacy of simvastatin may be more obvious with an increase in its dosage.
