Objective To evaluate patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) with morphine on breastfeeding neonatal neurological arid adaptive capacity after cesarean section. Methods Thirty healthy parturients after cesarean section under epidural block were randomly selected as test group, and thirty healthy parturients with natural childbirth served as control group without any opioids administration. In test group the patients received PCEA after cesarean section. The regimen included a loading dose of morphine 2mg, bupivacaine 12.5mg and droperidol 0.5mg in 10ml of normal saline, followed by background infusion at 2 ml?h~(-1) with an 2ml bolus dose and a 20min lockout interval. The PCEA solution contained morphine 20mg, bupivacaine 125mg and dreporidol 5 mg in 100ml of normal saline. The samples of intravenous blood and colostrums were taken 2, 4, 8,12 and 24 h after the loading dose administration for measurement of plasma and colostrums concentrations of morphine. The neonatal neurological and adaptive capacity scores(NACS) of both groups were recorded at corresponding time points, Results Concentrations of morphine in colostrum and plasma kept decreasing following the loading dose administration. There was a significant positive correlation between concentrations of morphine in colostrum and plasma (r=0.998, P

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(17):64-67
Objective To describe surgical nurses' learning motivation of attending continuing nursing education (CNE) and to analyze influencing factors of learning motivation. All of these would be reference for managers of hospitals and administrative department to improve the quality of CNE and make related policy. Methods 140 surgical nurses from one general hospital were recruited to fill a questionnaire of demographic data of participants and revised Education Participation Scale (EPS).Results The score of EPS of surgical nurses was (89.26±13.67),the first dimension was professional advancement, followed by serving society, learning interest, social relation, external expectations and escape/stimulation.The score of EPS of nurses who were younger than 35 years old, single,no administrative posts was higher than nurses who were older than 35 years old, married or in administrative position.Education level, working life, professional ritle, financial resources and numbers participating in CNE in recent 1 year made some differences for EPS score. Conclusions The score of EPS of surgical nurses was at middle level, factors affecting EPS were different. The managers should take interventions to improve the motivation of attending CNE according to nurses' characters in order to increase the professional level and nursing quality of nurses.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(06):-
With its important functions as load-bearing, shock absorption, stabilization, lubrication and congruency, the meniscus plays an important part in the complex biomechanics of the knee joint. Therefore it is still a challenging question for knee surgeons to reconstruct the function of meniscus which was injured or resected. This review details current efforts to transplant or to replace a meniscus.
8. Simultaneous analysis on 13 components in Yiqi Fumai Injection (freeze-dried) by UPLC-MS/MS method
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2014;45(23):3402-3407
Objective: To establish a UPLC-MS/MS analytical method for the simultaneous analysis of ginsenosides (ginsenosides Rb1, Re, Rg1, Rc, Rd, Rf, Rg3, F2, and notoginsenoside R1) and lignans (gomisin A, schisandrol B, deoxyschizandrin, and schisandrin B) in Yiqi Fumai Injection (freeze-dried) (YFI), and measure the contents of these constituents in YFI. Methods: Quantitative research of 13 components in YFI was done by reversed-phase liquid chromatography on a C18 column using a gradient elution (0.1% formic acid in water and 0.1% formic acid in methanol). A triple quadrupole mass spectrometer operating in positive electrospray ionization mode with multiple reaction monitoring was used. Results: Thirteen components in YFI have good linear relationship, precision, stability, and repeatability according to the requirements of the methodology determination. The recoveries were 98.28%-101.08%. The 13 components in three batches of YFI were determined by UPLC-MS/MS method. Conclusion: The developed UPLC-MS/MS method is simple, sensitive, and accurate, and has good repeatability. The 13 components in YFI could be rapidly and accurately quantified by UPLC-MS/MS, which provides the helpful information for the comprehensive quality evaluation of YFI.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To compare the results of mobilization of peripheral stem cells of two different G-CSF dosage schedules in 30 healthy donors. Methods In one group 15 healthy subjects received 5?g/kg filgrastim once daily subcutaneously (SC), while in the other group another 15 individuals received 2.5?g/kg of filgrastim twice daily SC. Peripheral blood stem cells were collected after five days of filgrastim administration, and flow cytometric immunophenotyping was performed for the first harvest. Results The MNC count was 2.93?10 8/kg donor body weight in the 5?g/kg Qd group compared with 4.42?10 8/kg in the 2.5?g/kg bid group (P0.05). Conclusion Administration of filgrastim twice a day at 2.5?g/kg instead of once a day at 5?g/kg is more efficient in mobilizing stem cells without obvious side effect.
