Objective To compare the humoral immunity features of acute glomerulonephritis and nephritic syndrome(NS) in children for earlier differential diagnosis and rational administration.Methods Nephelometry was used to determinate the serum level of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 in children by England MININEPH machine and correlated reagent. The serum level of IgE was determined by IgE enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),assay ELISA kit of America E&ELABSINC company. Objective To investigate the prevalence of nodular gastritis,duodenal ulcer before and after eradicative treatment of helicobactor pylori(Hp) infection in children with gastroscopy.Methods This was a retrospective analysis of 1 275 children,age ranging 1 to 16 years old,collected from our hospital in recent 10 years,detecting rates of before eradicative treatment and after eradicative treatment were analyzed.Gastroscopes were analyzed with regard to a possible association with the infection.Results The detecting rate(11.89%) of duodenal ulcer after eradicative treatment was lower than that(17%) before eradicative treatment(P

Objective To establish a method of TRFIA with high sensitivity and broad detecting range for serum HBV large surface protein (HBV-LP).Methods The monoclonal antibody of HBV-LP was covered on the microwell plate and incubated with HBV-LP in blood sample,then Eu3+ labeled antibody of HBs was added.HBV-LP in standard substance,blood samples of 66 chronic hepatitis B patients and 30 healthy controls was detected by the TRFIA and ELISA.x2 test and linear correlation analysis were used for data analysis.Results The dose-response curve of standard substance with TRFIA had good linear correlation (r=0.999).Normal reference range was established at 0-1.36 mg/L based on the ELISA results of 30 healthy controls.The sensitivity was 0.10 mg/L.The specificity was 100％ (30/30).Correlation coefficient between the TRFIA and the ELISA was 0.800 9 (P＜0.001).The positive detecting rates of the 2 methods were significantly different (89.4％(59/66) vs 77.3％(51/66),x2 =6.13,P＜0.01).The recovery rate for HBV-LP was between 95.93％-107.62％.The effective detecting range(CV＜10％) of TRFIA was 1.35-2 764.00 mg/L,and that of ELISA was 10.8-691.0 mg/L.Conclusion The TRFIA was established for HBV-LP detection with higher sensitivity and wider detecting range compared to ELISA.It has potential value for HBV screening and monitoring of antiviral therapy.

ObjectiveTo explore the action of the psychointervension for older hypertensives in community.Methods50 older hypertensives were divided into the experimental group and the control group (with 25 cases in each group),the former received psychointervension combined body therapy and the later only received body therapy. A half of a year experiment period was made. Differences between two groups in blood pressure and SCL-90 before and after the experiment were compared and evaluated.ResultsThe mentation of older hypertensives is worse than the normal. There are distinct differences between two groups in the improvement of mentation and the stability of blood pressure (P<0.01). Conclusions It is an active effect to strengthen psychointervension for therapy of older hypertensives in community.

OBJECTIVE To study the analytic method for assaying of glutaral concentration by enzyme-labeled device at one time.METHODS Controlled solution of glutaral and sample solution were taken out and kept until the room temperature.Optical density value was detected at 450 nm.Content of sample was calculated by comparison with the known concentration of glutaral.RESULTS In the range of 0.75-2.50%,concentration of glutaral had linear relationship with the optical density value.Reproductive test:relative average error was within 2%,RSD≤2.51%;interference test:oxidation-resistant-sodium nitrite could make the result negative error.0.1% Sodium nitrite could make the test result decrease by 1.5% relatively.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,fast and convenient,with accuracy which has met the requirement of hospital infection monitoring and acceptable interfering range made by additives,which is highly practical.
