1.The Primary Discussion of the Medical Service Safeguard of College Students in China
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
Following the development of the socialist market economy and the reformation of the medical safeguard system and the improvement of the higher education reformation, the shortcoming of the medical safeguard system of college students which has started in the period of planned economy has become visible.Through the narration of present situation and the analysis of the reasons to the domestic college students'medical safeguards, this article suggests that our government should establish university student medical service safeguard system which is a perfect and multi-level system and brings the university students'medical safeguard system into the national society medical service safeguard. At the same time,we must strengthen university students'realization of medicine guarantees so as to guarantee them to complete their studies successfully

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore the correlation of the apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) with plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2? (8-iso-PGF2?) level in order to confirm the peroxidation damage of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates with jaundice.Me-thods One hundred and twenty-nine neonates who were 2 to 7 days old were divided into 4 groups:slight jaundice (43 cases),moderate jaundice (38 cases),serious jaundice (18 cases),and healthy control(30 cases)groups.Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? levels were assayed by enzyme immunoassay(EIA),and the apoptosis rates of PBMC were determined by flow cytometry. Results 1.There was no significant difference in the apoptosis rate of PBMC between normal and slight jaundice neonates (P=0.108);apoptosis rate of PBMC was increasing with the aggravation of jaundice.2.Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? level in normal neonates was 14.74?6.71 ng/L,there was no difference between normal neonates and neonates with slight jaundice(P=0.502).Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? levels in neonates with moderate and serious jaundice were much higher(Pa=0).3.Positive correlation existed between plasma 8-iso-PGF2? level and PBMC apoptosis rate (r=0.602 P=0).Conclusions Hyperbilirubinemia can induce peroxidation damage, resulting in increase of PBMC apoptosis.Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? level can accurately eva-luate the peroxidation damage in neonates with jaundice.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(8):1080-1081
Objective To evaluate the application of serological detection of Chlamydia pneumonia (Cpn) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) .Methods From Oct .2012 to Oct .2013 ,80 patients with ACS (ACS group) and 80 healthy subjects (control group) were enrolled and detected for Cpn DNA .According to the detected results ,ACS patients were divided to chlamydia group and non‐chlamydia group .Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF‐α) ,C reaction protein (CRP) ,intercellular cell adhe‐sion molecule‐1 (ICAM‐1) and lipoprotein were also detected .Results In ACS group ,53 cases were Cpn positive and 27 cases were Cpn negative ,and in control group ,7 cases were Cpn positive and 83 cases were Cpn negative ,which were with statistical difference between the two groups (P<0 .05) .Serum levels of TNF‐α,CRP ,ICAM‐1 ,total cholesterol ,triacylglycerol and low density lipo‐protein cholesterol were higher in chlamydia group and that of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than non‐chlamydia group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Chlamydia pneumoniae infection might be correlated with ACS .Chlamydia pneumoniae infection could be involved in disease development by increasing levels of inflammatory cytokines in ACS patients ,and further improve serum lipid levels .

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
Objective:To explore the role of nuclear transcription factor and the effect of nasal tolerance on EAN.Methods:75 male Wistar rats were divided into five groups: Group NS, EAN, EANL, EANM, EANH. The expression of IFN-?, TGF-?1, IL-10 mRNA and P65 protein were detected in spleen by using of RT-PCR and western blot. Results:The expression of IFN-? mRNA were the highest at early phase, those of TGF-?1 and IL-10 augmented significantly at recovery phase. In Group EANM and EANH, the severity of clinical signs and the infiltration of inflammatory cells decreased. IFN-? mRNA and P65 protein expression was lower than that in Group EAN, however, IL-10 and TGF-?1 mRNA increased markedly. At the same time, the expression of P65 protein were positively correlated with those of IFN-? mRNA, negatively correlated with those of TGF-?1 and IL-10 mRNA.Conclusion:NF-?B may play a vital role in EAN. Nasal administration of antigen may effectively prevent Wistar rat from inducing EAN in some degree, which may associate with the inhibition of NF-?B.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Galangin,Magnolol,Curcumin,Camptothecine,Matrine and Ginsenoside Rg1 on cell line S180 and the interaction of two-drug combination and three-drug combination.METHODS:The inhibitions of effective chemical compositions(ECCs)in Chinese material medicine on S180 cells were measured by MTT assay. The principle of the interaction between various ECCs and the possibility of drug combination were discussed. The sum of fractional inhibitory concentration(SFIC)and ostensible inhibition(OI)methods were used for evaluation of the interaction between various ECCs.RESULTS:Both the combination of Camptothecine and Matrine, and the combination of Camptothecine and Galangin by 1:1 proportion showed obvious synergism.IC50 of the combination of Camptothecine and Matrine is 2.918? g? mL-1,IC50 of the combination of Camptothecine and Galangin is 56.49? g? mL-1.Combination of all three compounds and other combination of two compounds showed antagonism.CONCLUSION:Synergistic and antagonistic effects exist in combinations of ECCs in Chinese material medicine.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To test the fracture loading of extracted cracked teeth with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays. Methods All the extracted teeth were divided into two groups (A: control group; B: test group; n=15 teeth in each group). All the teeth were prepared into those imitating cracked teeth. Those teeth in group B were strengthened with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays. All teeth were thermocycled and mounted for testing and then were loaded until fracture. Results The force of anti-fracture of extracted teeth imitating cracked teeth with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays (group B) was obviously higher than that of the teeth without CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays (group A). Conclusion CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays can effectively prevent the crack of teeth in clinical practice.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To study the effect of CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlay on repair of wedge-shaped defects of teeth and test its anti-fracture properties. Methods Extracted teeth were divided into control group ( n = 16) and experimental group ( n = 16) ,and prepared into imitating teeth with wedge-shaped defects. Teeth in experimental and control groups were repaired with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlay and light-cured composite resin, respectively. Anti-fracture strength of teeth with wedge-shaped defects repaired with CEREC CAD/CAM was assayed on a universal testing device with its maximal loading recorded. The anti-fracture strength was compared between the 2 groups. Results The anti-fracture strength of teeth with wedge-shaped defects repaired with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlay was significantly higher in experimental group than in control group ( 3. 56 ? 0. 27 vs 2. 43 ? 0. 15,P
