1.Buoy type oxygen inhaler's Inspection
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
The oxygen inhaler, widely used in clinic,is ranked in country's forcible inspection medical instrument for its high-risk. With good preparation of inspection environment and auxiliary instrument,XY-90A buoy type oxygen inhaler was inspected in regular measure, and the inspection of exhaust pressure of safety valve was realized. The inspection quality of oxygen inhaler is guaranteed.

Objective To study the association of LPL gene polymorphism with type 2 diabetes and the lipids spectrum in Uygurs. Methods Based on the case-siblings control design, the lipid spectrum of Uygur were tested by Automatic biochemical analyzer and the polymorphism of LPL gene were analyzed by RLFP with Hind Ⅲ in 62 T2DM patients, 62 IGT patients and 124 normal controls of Uygurs. Results The genotype distribution and allele frequencies of LPL gene in three groups were not statistically significant. The average of TG in H+H+group, H-H-group and H+H-group were 2.26, 1.73 and 1.80 mmol/L; Compared with the three genotypes and lipid indicators, TG content of Mutant H +H + group were higher than that in other groups. Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed T2DM was closely related to TG (P=0.034)and waist circumference (P=0.001). Conclusion The relation between LPL gene polymorphism by Hind Ⅲ and the risk for T2DM in Xinjiang Uygur population are no statistical relevance, LPL gene mutations may be one of the factors causing elevated levels of plasma TG.
6.The role of S100A4 in cancer cells and its potential application in the search for new treatment targets
Bulletin of The Academy of Military Medical Sciences 2010;34(1):88-91
S100A4, a member of S100 superfamily of Ca~(2+)-binding proteins, is a polypeptide containing 101 amino acids. S100A4, which is overexpressed in most tumor cells, plays pivotal roles in growth, invasion and migration of tumor by regulating cell cycle progression, differentiation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of cells. This article reviews S100A4′s structure, function and potential application as the new target in the therapy of tumors.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Tanshinone ⅡA sulfonic acid sodium injection on blood supply and blood rheology of patients with central retinal vein occlusion )CRVO). METHODS:92 CRVO patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and trial group with 46 cases in each group. Control group was given routine treatment of laser photocoagulation;trial group was additionally given Tanshinone ⅡA sulfonic acid sodium injection 80 mg added into 0.9% Sodium chloride injection 150 ml,ivgtt,qd. A treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 7 days, and both received 4 courses of treatment. The hemodynamics and hemorheology of central retinal artery (CRA) were recorded in 2 groups before and after treatment. The fluorescence angiogra-phy (FFA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) of 2 groups were also observed. RESULTS:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in Vmax,Vmin and RI of CRA between 2 groups (P>0.05);after treatment,Vmax,Vmin and RI of CRA in 2 groups were improved significantly, the trial group was better than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen of trial group were significantly lower than those of control group, and FFA and OCT of trial group were better than those of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:TanshinoneⅡA sulfonic acid sodium injection can obviously improve hemo-dynamics and hemorheology of CRVO and blood supply and vision of lateral eye.
