Chinese meteria medica (CMM) chain is a long-span chain covering agriculture which mainly depends on the forces of nature as well as high-tech CMM industry, CMM expertise industry and fast developing CMM circulation industry. Imbalance among the development of these industries produces bottlenecks and hinders the operation of the entire production chain. After analyzing the structure of Chinese meteria medica industrial chain from the perspective of national economy industry, three industry classifications and differentiation of factor intensity, we conclude that the complex structure of CMM industry chain is attributable to these three aspects. And the complexity is mainly shown at complex industry, varied product types, different coordination of various industrial sections and different technical growth speed of varied industry. We propose that structural complexity is the natural property of the chain, which is the main reason of industry sector development imbalance and bottleneck. Results of this research could provide theoretical analysis for future research on the coordination of industrial chain and the efficiency of resource allocation.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate costimulatory pathway of breast cancer patients, we examined peripheral CD28 positive T lymphocytes and B7 molecules expression on the primary breast cancer cells in patients with breast cancer. MethodsFlow cytometry was used to analyze CD28 and B7 molecules expressed on T lymphocytes and primary breast cancer cells respectively. Results CD28 positive T lymphocytes in breast cancer patients was lower than that in control group (t=2.879,P

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(1):80-82
Based on the thought of Zhishen (a kind of mind regulation), Professor SHI Xue-min, academician of the China Academy of Engineering, found the Xingnao Kaiqiao (to refresh the mind and to cause resuscitation) acupuncture method, which still plays an important role in the acupuncture treatment of wind stroke nowadays. Meanwhile, great importance is attached to the comprehensive treatment of wind stroke. Danqi Piantan capsule (see text) is developed and "wind stroke unit" is set up. In recent years, Professor SHI shifts the center of research to the treatment of hypertension, the risk factor of wind stroke. Taking Renying (ST 9) as the major acupoint, acupuncture with standard measurement and manipulations is established. And good clinical effect has been obtained as well. Therefore, this article focuses on the introduction of Professor SHI Xue-min's contribution to wind stroke treatment.

5. HPLC-TOF/MS in rapid identification of chemical compositions in Xiaochaihu decoction
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;30(8):941-946
Objective: To rapidly identify the chemical components in a traditional Chinese herb Xiaochaihu decoction by high performance liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-TOF/MS). Methods: An Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 18 column (100 mmX3.0 mm,3.5 μm) was used for rapid separation and identification of chemical components in Xiaochaihu decoction, with a mobile phase of methanol and 0.1% formic acid aqueous solvent in gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.6 ml/min and the injection volume was 4 μl. The detector was time-of-flight mass spectrometer with an ESI ion source. Scanning mass range was m/z 200-1 500. Results: Thirty-eight chemical compounds were identified from Xiaochaihu decoction in one run. Conclusion: Thirty-eight chemical compounds have been identified in Xiaochaihu decoction by HPLC-TOF/MS in one run, which paves a way for further understanding the metabolism and mechanism of the chemical compounds in Xiaochaihu decoction.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(11):-
Objective:To investigate the influence of lung inflation on MR perfusion imaging of human lung using an arterial spin labeling sequence called flow sensitive alternating inversion recovery(FAIR).Methods:Coronal perfusion-weighted images were obtained at different respiratory phases from 10 healthy volunteers on a 1.5T whole body scanner(GE medical system)using FAIR sequence. The changes of tagging efficiency of pulmonary parenchyma(?SI %),pulmonary blood flow and area of the scanning slice of different respiratory phases were analyzed.Results:(1)Significant difference was found in ?SI% between different respiratory phases(right lung P=0.021 5,left lung P=0.008 4),with that at end expiration greater than that at end inspiration.(2)Significant difference was also found in pulmonary blood flow at different respiratory phases(right lung P=8.92?10-5,left lung P=0.000 2),with that at end expiration higher than that at end inspiration.(3)The areas of the scanning slice were also significantly different at different respiratory phases(right lung P=2.94?10-5,left lung P=0.000 5),with that at end inspiration larger than that at end expiration. Conclusion:Pulmonary blood flow during expiration is higher than that during inspiration, which might be due to the decreased lung volume and increased vascular density during expiration.
