Chinese traditional morality is rich in the moral thoughts in promoting the development of hospice care,such as social morality,professional codes of conduct and family virtues.This paper attempts to explore the importance of filial piety in traditional Chinese morality,and comes up with the suggestion that we should absorb the essence and discard the dross in traditional filial piety to advance the localization of hospice care in China.

The concept of ′good death′ is one of the core concepts of hospice.To help medical students build up this concept benefits the development of hospice in China.Therefore,it should be introduced in many aspects in medical ethics teaching.

At present,most applications remain in the Service is a single application system with unique hardware system and every deployment of an application system needs to add new hardware device and will bring a lot of additional costs. Application systems will be migrated to the virtual application structure which will effectively improve equipment utilization,reduce purchase costs and operating costs and at the same time,it will bring many benefits to the deployment and operational management and disaster recovery,etc.

Through analyzing the historical background and the ethical wisdom of Healthy China Strategy,this paper pointed out that the promotion of Healthy China Strategy cannot be well developed without theoretical navigation and conceptual remodeling.Researchers and scholars in the field of medical ethics should engage in as facilitators rather than bystanders,providing theoretical and educational support to achieve the goal of improving the health and well-being of all people in China.

Sepsis refers to the infection caused by systemic inflammatory response syndrome.Sepsis is one of the leading causes of death in critically ill patients in the ICU and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year globally.According to statistics,in China,the incidence of sepsis in ICU is 8.68％ and the mortality rate can be as high as 44.7％,therefore,severe sepsis in the field of medicine to become one of the problems to be overcome.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in the pathogenesis of sepsis through the TLRs / NF-κB signaling pathways,which play an important role in immune regulation.In this review,the progress of miRNAs involved in TLRs signaling pathway in sepsis is reviewed.

The values of right and left ventricular ejec-tion fraction (RVEF, LVEF) of 10 normal sub-ject and 44 patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease (COPD) were measured with thenon-multigated equilibrium method with NuclearMultiple Function Instrument. The study of relationship between Doctor and Patient is a classical one in the field of medical ethics. Different countries have different cultures, national mentalities, social systems and health care systems. Therefore, the Doctor-Patient relationship differs. Knowing the differences, we can use for references. Based on this, the paper did a comparative research between China and Britain under the background of modern health care system.

For the purpose of preventing and treating the injuries in female football players, we investigated the incidence and the types of injuries, and analyzed the causes that lead to the injuries in 175 players from 8 female football teams. The results were as follows: (1) The incidence of injuries was 235.4 ％, including 41.8 ％ of acute and 58.2 ％ of chronic injuries. (2) The main injures included contusion (46.5 ％), sprain (22.8 ％), muscle torsion (11.5 ％), and abrasion (10.9 ％). (3) The injuries usually occurred in ankle (22％), knee (14.8 ％), thigh (14 ％), head and neck (9.5 ％), leg (8.5 ％), foot (7.4 ％), lumbar (6.6 ％). (4) The major causes of injuries included: inadequate training (33.3 ％), disobeying training principles (25.2 ％), man-made factors (24.2 ％),and others (17.5 ％). In accordance with the causes, 93 players from Guangdong, Henan, Shandong, Bayi female football teams in 1997 were taken as the treatment group with various prevention and treatment measures, while 58 players from Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi female football teams were taken as the control group. The incidence of injury in 1998 was 105.4 ％ in the treatment group, while 229.3 ％ in the control group (P<0.05). As compared with the incidence of injury in 1997 (235.4 ％), the incidence of injury in the treatment group was also statistically lower (P<0.05). It was concluded that the measures of prevention and treatment in the study were effective.

Objective To explore the mechanism of Shenkangwan in preventing the development of diabetic nephropathy(DN)through TGF-?1/Smad signaling pathway.Methods The diabetic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)in male Wistar rats and randomly divided into 3 groups:model control group,Capoten group and Shenkangwan group.Another 8 normal Wistar rats served as normal control.After the rats had been treated for 8 weeks,the mRNA expressions of fibronetin(FN)and TGF-?1 were detected by RT-PCR and the protein expressions of Smad 2,Smad 3 by immunohistochemistry in the renal tissues.Results During the past 8 weeks,the blood glucose of the rats in the model control group was all over 16.7 mmol/L and they exhibited the symptoms of diabetes mellitus,such as excessive thirsty,extreme hunger,frequent urination and unusual weight loss.The mRNA expressions of FN and TGF-?1 in rat renal tissues of model control group were significantly higher than those in the rats of normal control group(P
