Through analyzing the historical background and the ethical wisdom of Healthy China Strategy,this paper pointed out that the promotion of Healthy China Strategy cannot be well developed without theoretical navigation and conceptual remodeling.Researchers and scholars in the field of medical ethics should engage in as facilitators rather than bystanders,providing theoretical and educational support to achieve the goal of improving the health and well-being of all people in China.

Chinese traditional morality is rich in the moral thoughts in promoting the development of hospice care,such as social morality,professional codes of conduct and family virtues.This paper attempts to explore the importance of filial piety in traditional Chinese morality,and comes up with the suggestion that we should absorb the essence and discard the dross in traditional filial piety to advance the localization of hospice care in China.

The concept of ′good death′ is one of the core concepts of hospice.To help medical students build up this concept benefits the development of hospice in China.Therefore,it should be introduced in many aspects in medical ethics teaching.

At present,most applications remain in the Service is a single application system with unique hardware system and every deployment of an application system needs to add new hardware device and will bring a lot of additional costs. Application systems will be migrated to the virtual application structure which will effectively improve equipment utilization,reduce purchase costs and operating costs and at the same time,it will bring many benefits to the deployment and operational management and disaster recovery,etc.

BACKGROUND:Ankle fractures combined with deltoid ligament injury are not uncommon in clinical practice, prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, resulting in ankle instability, chronic pain and traumatic arthritis. In recent years, because of the research and development of anatomy and biomechanical characteristics of deltoid ligament, the treatment and surgical methods of ankle fracture combined with deltoid ligament injury have progress and development, but it remains controversial. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effect of suture anchor repair in the treatment of ankle fracture combined with deltoid ligament injury. METHODS: Twenty-seven patients with ankle fracture combined with deltoid ligament injury were selected between January 2010 and January 2013. The lateral maleolus and posterior maleolus fracture patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and al the deltoid ligament injury patients were treated with anchor repair. The tibiofibular syndesmosis isolated patients received internal fixation with a cancelous bone screw. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al 27 patients were folowed-up for 11-35 months, averagely 23 months. The evaluation according to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society score system showed that the excelent and good rate was 74.1%. The results indicate that anchor could perfectly restore the stability of ankle joint.

Objective To analyse the clinical and pathological characteristics of patients with myopathies that were misdiag-nosed as myasthenia gravis because of external ophthalmoplegia ,widen the thoughts for differential diagnosis of extraocular muscle paralysis .Methods The clinical and pathological features of 11 myopathy cases with ptosis and diplopia admitted to the neurology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between October 2010 and May 2014 were retrospec-tively reviewed and analyzed .Results Among the 11 patients ,6 male and 5 female ,aged 16-66 years old .All had paralysis of ex-traocular muscle manifestations ,including oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy(OPMD) in 3 cases ,oculopharyngeal distal myopa-thy in 2 cases ,chronic progressive external ophthalmoplegia(CPEO) in 6 cases .Muscle biopsy showed the characteristic pathologi-cal changes .Statistical analysis showed that the age of onset in OPMD patients was older(P<0 .05) ,creatine kinase level in oculo-pharyngeal distal myopathy patients was higher ,but the difference was not significant (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Certain rare myopa-thy should be considered for patients with external ophthalmoplegia seemingly myasthenia gravis .Muscle biopsy can provide clue for differential diagnosis .

The RECK protein is highly expressed in normal cells and tissues,however,down-regulated in transformed cells or tumor tissues.Subsequent functional studies have demonstrated that RECK owns the tumor suppressor activity.Hence,it is urgent and important to unmask the mechanisms involved in regulation of RECK expression.Epigenetic regulation plays a vital role in modulating gene expression,besides,multiple research also suggested the involvement of epigenetic regulation in RECK expression.The epigenetic regulation mechanisms of controlling the gene expression currently known will be reviewed in this paper.

Adipocytes are classified into three types, including white, brown, and “beige/brite” adipocytes. There exist differences in origin of adipocytes, gene expressions, morphology, and functions among three kinds of adipocytes. Multiple factors such as physical and chemical factors, neurohormonal and immunological factors, transcriptional factors have been shown to regulate and control the browning process and lipolysis of white adipose tissue. Thus, they may become new targets for anti-obesity intervention. In the process of obesity, chronic inflammation reaction, adipose tissue remodeling and abnormal angiogenesis occurring in the adipose tissue cause pathological fat expansion and reduce lipid storage in adipocytes. Understanding adipocytes biology is important to decipher how the aberrant adipose tissue contributes to obesity and metabolic disorders, and provides guidance for treating obesity.
