Objective To investigate the clinical value of endometrial receptivity detected by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging(TV-CDFI) in patients treated with ovulation induction. Methods Fifty-three anovulation patients were divided into two groups at random, 28 cases (67 cycles) in the combined group treated with traditional Chinese medicine and human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG), and 25 cases(66 cycles) in the HMG group were treated with HMG alone. The endometrial thickness, patterns and the parameters of the uterine artery blood flow were detected by TV-CDFI. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of bidding of antimicrobial drugs on hospital drugs consumption.METHODS: Based on the classification on drug bidding in 2007,the consumption data of antimicrobial drugs in 2006 in a 3-A grade hospital was analyzed,meanwhile,the price reduction rate,the consumption,the average daily cost and the impact factor of the antimicrobial drugs on the drug bidding list of 2007 were analyzed according to different specification or variety.RESULTS: The varieties winning the bid in 2007 which falls into the varieties winning the bid in 2006 represented 56.48% of all the varieties used in 2006,11 of the top 30 kinds of drugs in terms of consumption in 2006 also won the bid in 2007;accounting for 37.73% in consumption sum.In 2007 compared with 2006,cefamandole,cefodizime,pazufloxacin showed a biggest impact factor,whereas cefodizime and pazufloxacin ranked at the first 2 places in terms of weight impact factor.The proportion of the top 10 drugs in the total on the list of consumption sum remained steady from 2006 to 2007.CONCLUSIONS: The continuous drug bidding has positive meaning for patients,yet the benefit brought about by the drug price reduction is inconspicuous on account of the reduced consumption of the varieties which experienced drug reduction.Drug bidding remains to be improved because the average drug costs for patients haven't been brought down by the drug price reduction.

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the status quo and the tendency of the application of intravenous infusions. METHODS: Data on the application of intravenous infusions in one of the tertiary Grade A comprehensive hospital in 1996, 1999, 2002 and 2004 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The variety of infusion, the total quantity and the total amount of money of infusions increased year by year,the total consumption sum of infusions accounted for 10% of that of the whole year drugs; the majority of which were the consumption of nutritional and dielectric medicines, of which, glucose and sodium chloride injections accounted for 74% of the total; the infusion of treatment type increased fast, much as in cases of anti - infec-tives; the drug expense for each bottle of infusion increased year by year, the amount of money involved in infusion drugs accounted for 60% of the total year round drug consumption sum. CONCLUSION: There is an upward trend in both the quantity and consumption sum of infusions.

Objective: To evaluate the rationality and practicability of the provincial directory of antibacterial drugs classification management in China. Methods: The directories at the provincial level published after May 2012 were collected from the government websites of health department in different provinces, cities and autonomous regions. The name, number, grading and classification were counted and anzlyzed. According to the relative national standards, the rationality, practicability and existing problems were ana-lyzed, and some revision sugestions were proposed. Results:Up till now, 30 dirctories were issued with the average recording number-varieties of 147. 1(101-194). The average number of unrestricted, restricted and special use level was 56. 4(37-66), 53. 7(34-68) and 37(24-75), respectively. The top 5 was cephalosporins(29. 5), penicillins(24. 8), antifungi drugs(14. 7), quinolones(12. 8) and aminoglycosides(10). Overall, the directories were rational and practicable. However, 29 kinds of antibacterial drugs were with-out registered number of approval, which was not reasonable or practicable. The other problems were inappropriate classification and grading, name writing mistakes, ect. Conclusion:The directories should be revised in time to correct the existing promblems and im-prove the directories.

OBJECTIVE:To measure the concentrations of levofloxacin in aqueous humor after a single eye dripping of drug and calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters.METHODS:32 rabbits were divided into 8 groups.The rabbit eyeballs were enucleated to make a collection of aqueous humor at 0.125,0.25,0.5,0.75,1.0,2.0,3.0 and 4.0 hours after dripping.All measurements were performed with HPLC.RESULTS:In aqueous humor,Tmax:0.940h,Cmax:0.592?g/ml,T1/2(Ka):0.479h,T1/2 (Ke)0.919h.By using 3p87 pharmacokinetic program,the concentration-time curves were fitted as one-compartment op_en model.CONCLUSION:All the concentrations of levofloxacin at different times after dripping in aqueous humor exceeded the minimum inhibitory concentration for 90%(MIC90)of most bacterial pathogens.These results show that levofloxacin lactate eye-drops may be an effective antimicrobial agent for the treatment and prevention of intraocular infections as well as other ocular infections.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the changes of serum phenytoin levels and its pharmacokinetics in menstrual epilepsy.METHODS:9cases of menstrual epilepsy patients who were treated with phenytoin were collected,whose blood concentra?tions of phenytoin in menstrual period and ovulation period were respectively determined by HPLC,pharmacokinetics study was performed in three of them.RESULTS:The mean serum phenytoin levels in menstrual period and ovulation period were(9.25?2.71)?g/ml and(13.33?3.22)?g/ml,respectively(P

Objective To evaluate the effects(mortality, amputation rate, the length and expense of hospital stay, etc)of the obstructing blood flow interventional embolectomy and simple interventional embolectomy for acute lower limb arterial embolism. Methods 79 cases of acute lower limb arterial embolism including 23 cases of two sites puncturing and obstructing blood flow interventional embolectomy and 56 cases treated by simple interventional embolectomy were retrospeetively analyzed and compared. Results Embolisms were removed in all 79 cases and arteries were reopened successfully. The mortality and the amputation rates of the simple and the obstructing blood flow embolectomies were 5.36%,19.6%, and 4.35%, 8.70% respectively. Conclusion Two sites puncturing and obstructing blood flow interventional embolectomy for acute lower limb arterial embolism is simple, safe and effective, comparing with the simple interventional embolectomy, with lower amputation rate, quicker recovery and lower expense, however with no statistical significance in mortalities.

OBJECTIVE:To develop a preparation and quality control method for sinomenine gel.METHODS:Sinomenine gel was prepared with carpol971as base.TLC and UV were employed for identification of sinomenine.Sinomenine was deter?mined by RP-HPLC.RESULTS:The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear.Recovery was99.6%?1.3%.CONCLUSION:This paper provides a rapid,convenient and accurate method which is suitable for preparation and quality control for sinomenine gel.

OBJECTIVE:To study the percutaneous permeability of methoxypsoralen liposomal gel METHODS:The preparations were applied on the rat skin in vitro and in vivo with common gel and Mingbailing tincture as control,and the drug concentrations in the receiver,skin,blood and other organs were determined by RP-HPLC RESULTS:In vitro experiment,liposomal gel showed the lowest percutaneous permeation rate and the highest retention in skin In vivo studies illuminated that the skin depositions of drug encapsulated in liposome was(4 37?0 91) and (3 36?0 58) times those of the common gel and tincture respectively CONCLUSION:Methoxypsoralen liposomal gel showed an evident targeting effect on skin
