By reviewing documents and learning from the Dai medicine teachers, the papertried to show the theory and methods of Dai medicine on diagnosing and treating Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Dai medicine took a note that RA was caused by the unbalance of the interal Sita and affected by the external Paya Longgananhuang. Those pathogeny can make the partial joint and muscle's function abnormal, which resulted in the RA. RA can be separated into three types which are Longmengshahoufeixiang. They could be treated by boththe internal and external treatments. The etiology and pathogenesis of RA and its diagnosis and treatment methods of traditional Dai medicine were profound, unique and useful. It`s worth of clinical application and further researches.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
Anopheles minimus was infected with Plasmodium yoelii yoelii under adequate condition. The malaria parasite could develop normally and produce mature oocysts containing sporozoites. Large numbers of free active sporozoites were found in the haemocele but most of them failed to penetrate into the mosquito's salivary glands. Thus the sporogonic cycle of the parasite could not be completed. But in one mosquito, a few sporozoites were found in its salivary glands. It seems that there is an individual difference in the susceptibility of the mosquitoes and this throws some light on the possibility of selecting a susceptible strain of A. minimus to establish the A. minimus-P. yoelii system for malaria research.

The crystal form of solid substance had intrinsic correlation with its three dimensional crystal morphology. Based on the characterization of the three dimensional crystal morphology of clopidogrel bisulfate, this research is to establish a model based on the three dimensional morphological parameters. The granular samples composed of polymorphs of clopidogrel bisulfate and microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) were scanned by synchrotron radiation X-ray microscopic CT technology (SR-microCT) and the three dimensional structural models for which were constructed. Seven groups of three dimensional morphological parameters were calculated. Finally, the mathematical model was established with the multi-layer perception (MLP) artificial neutral network methods to identify and predict the polymorphs of clopidogrel bisulfate. The success rate of the model prediction for the polymorphs of clopidogrel bisulfate was 92.7% and the area under the ROC curve was 96.2%. The polymorphs of drugs could be identified and predicted through the numerical description of the three dimensional morphology. The volume, number of the vertices and the surface area were the major determinants for the identification of the polymorphs of clopidogrel bisulfate.
