Objective To explore the effect of online health education by family physician using the wearable devices, and provide the basis in theory and practice to improve the level of primary health care in community. Methods A total of 132 community residents (78 for male and 36 for female, all of them are WeChat user) with hypertension in one residential area who had regularly participated in the activity of volunteer blood pressure measurement organized by community health service center in wujiaochang street from November 2015 to February were chosen as the participants. The residents who wore the wearable device given by the community hospital uniformly were set as the study group (60 people), while the remaining 72 residents were set as the control group. Both groups received the daily online health education provided by the family physicians through their smartphone. We compared the diversity of health cognition, controlling behavior and controlling results to blood pressure of both groups before and after the studyrelatively, then we comprehensively analyzed the effect of use of wearable devices in family physicians ' online health education. SPSS 18.0 was used for data analysis. The categorical data of two groups were compared with chi-square test and the comparison of continuous data was performed with t test. Results Totally 114 community residents were qualified in the study, and the initial backgrounds of study group and control group had no significant difference. After receiving the online health education information for three months, both groups achieved improvement on the cognition and related self-control behavior of hypertension except for several items, and the study group did better than control group in most items. The physical examination showed that the systolic blood pressure of the study group after the intervention [(131.46 ± 12.89) mmHg] (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) was lower than before [(137.24 ± 12.27) mmHg] and the difference was significant (t=9.2, P<0.01); the diastolic blood pressure of the study group after the intervention [(78.29±8.91) mmHg] was lower than that of before intervention [(80.75±10.25) mmHg] and the difference was significant (t=2.3, P<0.05). Meanwhile, after intervention the systolic blood pressure of study group [(131.46 ± 12.89) mmHg] was lower than that of control group [(133.27 ± 12.7) mmHg] and the intervention was significant (t=2.1, P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term use of wearable devices help family physicians improve the effect of health education, consequently the community hospitals are responsible to enhance the input and management of the informatization of family physicians' service, and assist them to broaden the form and content of health education.

Objective To investigate current status of schistosomiasis control system at the county level and make recommendations to improve the infrastructure adapting to the prevalent condition of the disease. Methods Through pertinently sampling and semi-quantitative questionnaire among the professional workers, experts and administrators in schistosomiasis control, the primary weaknesses involved in the management system and human resources were analyzed. Results 380 questionnaires were distributed, 33 out of 40 were returned from experts/administrators and 285 out of 340 were received from the professionals. In general, the participants acknowledged the effectiveness of the mechanism on anti-schistosomiasis campaign during the past 40 years. It was found that lack of funds for schistosomiasis control and the poor administrative model of anti-schistosomiasis activities were the main barriers to the control. About half of the participants agreed that the policy about merging the county level anti-schistosomiasis facilities into the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDPC) system. The study also showed an inbalanced distribution of the manpower for schistosomiasis control across the endemic regions. The dropout rate of human resources was high due to the poor management and welfare. Conclusion Reforms on the management model should be performed and multiform compensation system should be built in accordance with the prevalence and trends of schistosomiasis.

Objective To screen the glycoproteins as biomarkers for intracranial aneurysm (ⅠA) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of the biomarker candidates. Methods A complementary proteomic approach integrated with multidimensional chromatography was employed to simultaneously measure relative changes in the gylcoproteins of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) obtained from patients with ruptured ⅠA (RIA) and unruptured ⅠA (UIA) compared to the healthy controls (HC) and disease controls (DC).One protein-receptor tyrosine kinase Axl with a unique change in RIA was validated in CSF and plasma. The sensitivity at 95% specificity of Axl in CSF and plasma was evaluated with receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve). Results Firstly,a total of 294 glycoproteins were identified in human CSF with believable evidence.Secondly, the proteomic findings showed the quantitative changes in RIA and UIA as compared to HC and DC.Of 294 identified CSF proteins,59,24 and 33 proteins displayed quantitative changes unique to RIA,UIA or IA,respectively. At last, one of these unique proteins-receptor tyrosine kinase Axl with unique increase in RIA was confirmed both in CSF and plasma.ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity at 95% specificity of Axl in CSF to differentiate RIA from UIA was 60%.When compared to CSF,the sensitivity at above setting in plasma to differentiate RIA from HC was 40% and to differentiate RIA from UIA was 25%.Conclusions A glycoprotein biomarker Axl might be used as a promising biomarker to predict the rupture of ⅠA.The further investigation of the relations between Axl and IA formation as well as rupture might help to elucidate the underlying pathogenesis and find new therapeutic targets.

OBJECTIVETo explore the surgical technique of a modified Onizuka cheiloplasty for repairing the unilateral cleft lip.
METHODS24 patients with unilateral cleft lip were repaired by modified Onizuka cheiloplasty. The rotation flap ended at the midpoint of nasal columella crease. A small triangle skin flap was formed above the vermilion border of the advancement flap. The small triangle flap was inserted to the medial side after the Cupid's bow was built. The skin of the flap C was denuded along the nasal columella crease and the muscle was sutured to the alar base for augmentation of nostril floor on the cleft side. The tip of the advancement flap was sutured at the midpoint of nasal columella crease and the skin of nasal floor was trimmed to hide the incision line around the nasal columella base.
RESULTSIt was found that the Cupid's bow was rebuilt in a natural form and the configuration of the upper lip was reconstructed symmetrically. The long term follow up studies showed that the philtrum column was not disturbed by the small triangle flap and the nasal floor was rebuilt without obvious scars.
CONCLUSIONThe modified Onizuka cheiloplasty is an easy learning technique and efficient for repairing the unilateral cleft lip. This technique can satisfy the patients by reducing the length of scar as well as rebuilding a natural form of upper lip and nostril floor.

Two cases of hypoglossal canal dural arteriovenous fistulas (HCDAVF) were reported. The clinical manifestation, radiological features, treatment and prognosis were reviewed. Both cases presented chemosis and pulsatile tinnitus. 3D-time-of-flight (TOF) magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) demonstrated abnormal high signal in hypoglossal canal. Cerebral digital subtraction angiography (DSA) showed that these HCDAVFs were supplied by multiple intracranial and extracranial arteries, and fistulas were located in hypoglossal canal. Fistulas were blocked by coils and Onyx-18 through transvenous approach, and the angiography after the embolism showed complete occlusion of fistula. No adverse events after treatment and no recurrence during the follow up were observed.
