After a series of process,the ECG waves display on the virtual waveform graph. As a part of Internet ECG Real-time Monitor project,it will be developed into a clinical applied virtual instrument,which has many functions such as storage,web transmission,ECG recognition,ect.

OBJECTIVE The research aimed to investigate the incidence,clinical characteristics and risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,and explore the corresponding prevention procedures.METHODS Active surveillance was carried out by professional fulltime staff.The patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU above 48 hours were selected for the hospital infection surveillance,and the patients after tracheal intubation within 48 hours were also included.RESULTS The incidence of nosocomial infection was 54.28%,and the nosocomial infection were found in 69(65.71%) of the 105 cases.The major complication was mechanical ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP).The risk factors were more than four times invasive operation and,tracheotomy(P

OBJECTIVE:To establish a New Vierordt method for assaying ingredients in compound fleroxacin suppositories and compound fleroxacin ear drops METHODS:New Vierordt method was applied to determination of fleroxacin and tinidazole in compound fleroxacin suppositories and fleroxacin and metronidazole in compound fleroxacin ear drops with no need of separation RESULTS:The fleroxacin and tinidazole in compound fleroxacin suppositories were detected at wavelength 286nm and 317nm respectively The average recoveries were 100 17% and 99 96% with RSDs=0 44% and 0 37% respectively The fleroxacin and metronidazole in the compound fleroxacin ear drops were detected at wavelength 286nm and 318nm respectively The average recoueries were 100 65% and 99 92% with RSDs=0 65% and 0 21% respectively CONCLUSION:The New Vierordt method can be used for quality control of the two compound preparations because of its convenience,accuracy and good repeatability and can eliminate mutual interference of two ingredients in preparations
6.Experimental study on the use of ~(103)Pd radioactive stent in the prevention of post-traumatic bile duct stricture in dogs

Objective To investigate the preventive effects of 103 Pd radioactive stent on stenosis after bile duct injury in dogs.Methods Twelve healthy dogs (15~20kg) were randomly divided into 103 Pd radioactive stent group (n=6) and control group (n=6). Immediately after balloon dilatation injury to the bile duct, the 103 Pd radioactive stent(experiment group) or the ordinary stent(control group) was positioned into the target segment. The dogs were killed one month later. The injured bile duct segments were dissected free from the dogs, and were examined radionucleonically, immunohistochemically and pathologically. Muscular proliferation area and lumen area were determined by computer assisted picture analysis system. Objective To explore the hot topics and the research trend of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease in 2017-2021,and to aware the cooperation among authors and institutions in the field.Methods Literature on TCM treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease published in CNKI and PubMed in 2017-2021 was searched,and CiteSpace 5.8 R3 was used to visualize the authors,research institutions and keywords of the included literatures.Results A total of 3082 Chinese literatures and 1093 English literatures were included.In 2017-2021,the trend of publication has always shown a steady growth,and there was a lack of communication and cooperation among authors and teams.Keywords visualization map showed 18 clusters and 20 emer-gent words.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is mainly focused on syndrome type,treatment methods,disease mechanism and related curative effect indicators,and the syndrome differentiation analysis and clinical curative effect evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine compounds are still the main forces at present.As the patients quality of life is becoming more and more attention,how to strengthen pulmonary rehabilitation education,improve patient compliance,and expand the lo-cation and area of pulmonary rehabilitation is one of the current research trends.
8.The effect of intracholangeal radiation on the expression of BCL-2 in dogs and its relationship to apoptosis of smooth muscle cells

Objective To study the effect of BCL-2 ?-radiation on BCL-2 gene in dogs, and its relationship and signifcane on apoptosis of proliferated smooth muscle cells of bile duct wall. Methods The ~(103)Pd (radioactivity) stent(experiment group) or ordinary stent(control group) was positioned into the target segment of bile duct. The injured bile duct segments were dissected free from the dogs, and BCL-2 gene in the (control) and r-radiation-induced apoptotic smooth mucle cells of bile duct wall was analysed by using (immuno-histochemical) technique. The number of apoptotic cells was counted, and size of lumen of bile duct in both groups was measured by a computerized imaging system.Results BCL-2 gene expression was weaker in the ~(103)Pd radioactive stent group than in the ordinary stent group. The group of dogs with low expression of BCL-2 genes showed marked apoptosis of proliferated smooth mucle cells of bile duct and there was no overt stenosis of extrahepatic bile ducts. The group that showed high expression of BCL-2 gene did not show marked apoptosisi of proliferated smooth muscle cells of bile duct, and there was marked stenosis of extrahepatic bile duct.Conclusions The expression level of BCL-2 in experimental dogs is related to the develoment of (cellular) apoptosis and to radiation sensitivity of the cells. ~(103)Pd radioactive stent can reduce the expression of BCL-2 gene, promote apoptosis of proliferated smooth muscle cells of bile duct, and suppress stricture (formation) of extrahepatic bile duct.
9.Construction and immunogenicity of recombinant adenoviruses expressing Cap protein of PCV2 and GP5 protein of PRRSV in mice.

Porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2) has been implicated as the etiological agent of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS). Co-infection of PCV2 and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) can result in severe economic losses to the swine industry. In this study, we constructed the recombinant adenovirus rAd-Cap-GP5 expressing Cap of PCV2 and GP5 of PRRSV. And the expression of Cap and GP5 protein in the HEK-293 cells inoculated with rAd-Cap-GP5 were confirmed by immunoperoxidase monolayer assay (IPMA), indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) and Western blotting, respectively. The immunogenicity of recombinant adenoviruses rAd-Cap-GP5 was examined in mice by vaccination with the recombinant adenovirus. The results showed that the mice could produce anti-PCV2 and PRRSV antibodies detected by indirect ELISA and virus neutralization assay. It indicated that rAd-Cap-GP5 could provide humoral immunity responses in mice. The recombinant adenovirus rAd-Cap-GP5 might be an attractive candidate vaccine for preventing the disease associated with PCV2 and PRRSV infection.

Objective To investigate the mechanism and role of ?-ray of 103Pd in the treatment of biliary duct cancer.Methods A series of biliary duct cancer cells were treated with different ?-ray dose,and MTT [3-(4,5-dimethy thiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl terazolium-bromide] technique was used to determine the inhibition rate of ?-ray of 103Pd on the biliary duct cancer cells;and electron micro-technique,DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry to evaluate the morphological characteristics and apoptosis rate of the biliary duct cancer cells were also used.Results The ?-ray radiation of 103Pd resulted in significant inhibition of the biliary duct cancer cells.The features of biliary duct cancer cells apoptosis(e,g:apoptic bodies,DNA ladders band hypodiploid DNA peak) could be seen in the group with lower dosage(5.333mci),and cell necrosis was seen in higher dosage(more than 6.645 mci).Conclusions The ?-ray radiation could induce apoptosis of the biliary duct cancer cells,but with dose dependence,and apoptosis can be an important mechanism for radiation treatment of biliary duct cancer.
