Research papers of TCM intervention in sub-health which published in biomedical journals from 1984 to 2008 were analyzed by bibliometrics methods in this article. We found that TCM intervention in sub-health attracted the concern of the researchers increasingly; Fund mainly came from nation and provincial government departments; TCM hospital,TCM research institutes and TCM universities had played a leading role in studying TCM intervention in sub-health; liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome and deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome were three common syndromes in sub-health; herbs and modified prescription were the main forms of Chinese medicine intervention in sub-health. In addition, we analyzed the frequency of herbs and acuppoints appearing in literature, and discussed relevant thinking of TCM clinical intervention.

B ased on Chinese medicine pharmacological literature data , the property , flavor , toxicity , meridian tropism, efficacy, and clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine were used as a set of attributes. The sup-port vector machine ( SVM ) was used in the establishment of predictive models of 187 pharmacological effects of Chinese herbal medicine respectively. And the cross-validation method was used to determine the accuracy of predictive models . After that , the predictive models with the predictive accuracy rate greater than 90% were used to predicate pharmacological effects of 624 herbals recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition). It was found that the accuracy rate of 108 models was greater than 90%, and the accuracy rate of antibacterial effect predictive model was 99.76%. The highest predictive value of Chinese herbal medicine was the anti-oxi-dation effect of Menispermi Rhizoma.

Config and modify open source software such as Nagios、 MRTG and Awstats, make it more suitable and stable for our network environment. Construct server monitor、 service monitor、 network monitor and website statistics system by using open source software. Besides, we construct network resource management system via ASP and database technology.Finish the network and service monitoring and management system based on B/S architecture. This system can keep close watch on the status of servers and services running on servers, and ensure all of the servers and services normal running, and provide the basic information service for policy-making body and other research institute.

Objective To explore the epidemiologic rule of main diseases demonstrated by uneven pulse. Methods With the method of literature analysis, we summarized and analyzed the literatures of the uneven pulse published in recent 20 between the uneven pulse and the palpitation, thoracic stuffiness, hypodynamia, dizziness, and abdominal distension. Conclusion Uneven pulse demonstrates many diseases besides blood stasis syndrome, thus we should determine the disease combined with other clinical symptoms for consideration, but uneven pulse alone.

Objective To provide basis for revision of Traditional Chinese Medical Subject Headings (TCMeSH) Thesaurus by word selecting study using statistics of terms frequency. Methods The subject headings indexes and keywords were selected from Traditional Chinese Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System in recent five years. MS Access was used to analyze subject headings and keywords. Results In 245 680 articles, 18 796 subject headings were used and 6940 TCMeSH were found, which were about 83.47%of subject headings in TCMeSH Thesaurus (2007 edition). In 15 subject headings categories, utilization frequency of medicinal plants category was 69.97%that was the lowest, followed by the natural science category (71.01%) and mental disease of traditional Chinese medicine and psychology category (82.81%). At the same time, 136 832 keywords were included in 245 680 articles, in which there were 3485 words with frequency higher than 10. After deleting 576 invaluable words, 368 keywords were recommended to subject heading or lead-in words and 2541 keywords would be used in revising TCMeSH Thesaurus in the future. Conclusion The basis for the scientificity and practicability of the revision of TCMeSH Thesaurus was demonstrated by statistical analysis of terms frequency.

Object Under the premise of protecting periodicals published in Republic of China, these periodicals were processed with digitalization for the purpose of being utilized in a easy way. Methods Oracle 9i database software was used to establish database table structure. Periodicals published in Republic of China were selected, periodicals pictures were processed and the literature subjects were indexed before databases retrieval system of these periodicals was made and published. Results A full text data base retrieval system containing 20 kinds of periodicals published in Republic of China was established, to provide both retrieval from multi-angles and picture browsing of the full text. Conclusion Digitalization technique is a way of reproducible protection and utilization of periodicals published in Republic of China.

In China, the treatment of AIDS With Chinese herbal medicine compound has been widely studied and practiced. Clinical Studies showed that the treatment of AIDS with Chinese medicine can significantly relieve AIDS patients' clinical symptoms, improve life quality with rising immunity and alleviate toxic and side effects in antiviral drug. This study took 28 Clinical Studies on the treatment of AIDS with Chinese herbal medicine compound published in Chinese periodicals as the research object, and designed Tree Analysis Algorithm was used to analyze prescription compatibility in the treatment of AIDS with Chinese herbal medicine compound. Results of data analysis revealed that clinical therapy on AIDS could be classified into three types: predominent de-toxication, predominent supplementing Qi, and simultaneous de-toxication and supplementing Qi due to different understanding the pathogenesis of excessive evil and deficient essence-qi. But in practical medication, there has not formed a reasonable and effective combination or basic prescription up to now, except that Astragalus was wildly used.

Objective: To investigate the role of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in the chemoresistance and evaluation of prognosis in small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: From June 2012 to June 2017,98 cases of SCLC tissue, 30 cases of paracancerous tissue and 30 cases of normal lung tissue were performed by surgery, puncture biopsy or bronchoscopic biopsy from the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University. QRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in SCLC tissue, paracancerous tissue, normal lung tissue and SCLC sensitive cell strain H69, drug resistance cell strain H69AR.All patients received EP regimen (etoposide+cisplatin). According to their chemosensitivity, they were divided into chemosensitivity group and drug resistance group. The expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in two groups was detected. The relationship between RP11-513G11.1 expression and prognosis, survival time and risk factors of OS in patients were analyzed. Results: The expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in H69AR chemoresistant cells (13.790±2.830) was significantly higher than that in H69AR chemosensitive cells (1.080±0.090) (P<0.01),the expression level of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in SCLC tissues (8.558±1.130) was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (1.188±0.090) and normal lung tissues (1.636±0.150) (all P<0.01), the expression of RP11-513G11.1 in chemoresistant patients was significantly higher than that in chemosensitive patients (4.974±0.313) (P<0.01). The expression of RP11-513G11.1 was not related to gender and age, but was related to disease stage, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and chemotherapy resistance in SCLC patients (all P<0.05); High expression RP11-513G11.1 patients was shorter PFS [(12.59 ±2.08) months] and OS [(24.98 ±1.56) months] than those with low expression [(25.47±1.23) months] and [(39.03±2.67) months] (P<0.01). Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that RP11513G11.1 expression, disease stage and distant metastasis were independent prognostic risk factors for SCLC patients (all P<0.05). Conclusion: LncRNARP11-513G11.1 may be a potential biomarker of chemosensitivity and prognosis in SCLC patients.
