[Objective]To investigate the curative effect of intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC) in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) after interventional thrombolysis.[Method]Fifty-two cases of DVT were treated from December 1998 to August 2007,and divided into 2 groups randomly. In the first group, all cases received low molecular heparin and warfarin after routine or interventional thrombolysis. In the second group,IPC was used on the basis of group one.Two groups were compared about cases for repeated thrombolysis, time point of symptom relief, reduction of swelling at 7 days after surgery,re-canalization of vein at 1 month after surgery.[Result]Three cases in the first group needed repeated thrombolysis while none was found in the second group. In the second group, quicker symptom relief, more obvious reduction of swelling, wider re-canalization of vein were observed compared with the first group.[Conclusion]IPC is proved effective in the comprehensive therapy of DVT.

Objective To observe the clinical outcome of repair of the tissue defects of the tendon and skin with thigh anterolateral free flap with iliotibial tract. Methods The data was reviewed from June 2006 to June 2010, which the thigh anterolateral free flap with iliotibial tract were used to repair the defects of the tendon and skin of back of hand in 12 patients. The skin flap was 7 cm´10 cm~8 cm´12 cm in area. The iliotibial tract was 7~13 cm in length and 8~10 cm in width. Institute of Hand Surgery of Chinese Medical Association was to assess the effect. The fellow-up of the 12 patients was 6 months~4 years. Results All the flaps survived after the operation. The result showed excellent in 3 patients, good in 6 and fair in 3. Conclusion It is an effective surgical method to repair the tissue defects of the tendon and skin with thigh anterolateral free flap with iliotibial tract.

type of extreme heat with yin asthenia. But discrepancy of CO and EF between type of deficiency of both QI and YIN and type of QI-stagnation and blood stasis all had not statistical significance. Conclusion: In clinic to aim directly at left ventricular contractile dysfunction of senile diabetics,no matter syndrome differentiation belonging to type of deficiency of both QI and YIN,type of QI-stagnation and blood stasis or type of deficiency of both yin and yang, all can benefit after treatment with supplementing QI and activating blood circulation method;but syndrome differentiation belonging to type of extreme heat with yin asthenia advocates not to use supplementing QI and activating blood circulation method.

An analytical method was developed for the simultaneous extraction and determination of three quaternary ammonium compouds ( QACs) in soil samples using ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) . The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the three analytes dodecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride ( DTAC) , cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide ( CTAB) and didodecyldimethyl ammonium chloride ( DDAC) were conducted by application of EI mass spectra and selected ion monioring ( SIM ) . Characteristic ions of the QACs were m/z 58 ( DTAC and CTAB) and m/z 212 ( DDAC) . To achieve optimum extraction efficiency, several impact factors including types of extractants, pH of extraction, concentration of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates ( LAS) , extraction times and content of purification column were investigated. Methanol with pH 3. 5 and 40 μg/L LAS solution were selected as extractant. Soil sample was extracted by treated methanol each 10 mL for 20 min every time. Extract of the soil sample was purified by neutral alumina column with 4 cm in length and 1cm in diameter, and then was determineted by GC-MS. Good linear relationships of all the three QACs were obtained in the range of 0. 02-2. 0 mg/L. The limits of determination (LOD, S/N=3) was 1. 2-4. 5 μg/kg. The method was used to analyse real soil samples ( paddy soil, lateritic red soil, and ore tailings) collected from a mining district in south China. Results of determination exhibited the concerntrations of the three analytes in real soil samples ranged from 0 . 24 mg/kg to 0. 41 mg/kg, and their recoveries ranged from 76% to 113% with relative standard deviations ( RSD) of 1. 1%-12. 9% in three different spiked concentrations of 0. 2, 0. 5 and 1. 0 mg/kg.
