Methods Using dynamic evaluation theory, from three aspects of the evaluational main body, evaluation content and evaluation way, we assessed 261 nursing students' humanistic quality of the five-year undergraduate. Results Based on students' four consecutive years of assessment, results showed that the students' spirit had obviously changed, the students' comprehensive achievements had obviously promoted, the students' employment was obviously higher than other professionals and the students' degree of satisfaction from employing unit had increased yearly. Conclusions Dynamic evaluation can evaluate the best development of students, to strengthen nursing students' humanities education, to improve level of nursing students' humanities education, it is feasible in humanities education of higher nursing profession.

It had been proved by many evidences that several heat shock proteins (HSPs) expression is up-regulated in tissue-derived primary lung cancer, and HSPs may play important roles in development, in resistant to drugs and in prognosis of lung cancer. However, there have not still systemic research on which HSPs,especially HSP70 can be or not thought as a new biological target in the therapy to lung cancer. In order to address the expression and roles of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in lung adenocarcinoma, immunoblotting was performed to detect the expression of HSP70 in tissue specimens from lung adenocarcinoma which were diagnosed unambiguously by branch fibromicroscopy and were excised. It showed that in the normal lung tissues, the expression of HSP70 was less then that in cancer tissues. After down-regulation of HSP70 protein by HSP70 anti-sense oligonucleotides in A549 cell line, MTT assay showed that the proliferation of A549 cells was inhibited remarkably after the treatment with HSP70 antisense oligonucleotides and Act D. There had significant differential in HSP70 antisense treatment group followed by Act D treatment and Act D treatment group. Results of Hoechst33258 staining revealed that HSP70 antisense oligonucleotides could promote Act D-mediated apoptosis in A549 cells with a higher percentage of apoptotic cells (26.91?3.73)% than that of Act D-treated group (16.83?3.41)% (P

Objective To evaluate the long?term effect of the comprehensive control strategy for schistosomiasis with empha?sis on infectious source control in marshland?type endemic areas of Poyang Lake. Methods Three heavy endemic villages with schistosomiasis in the lake areas were selected as pilots for the comprehensive control strategy which included replacing bovine with tractors and forbidding grazing on marshlands. The data of schistosome infections of residents and Oncomelania hupensis snails were collected and analyzed statistically from 2009 to 2014. Results There were no patients with schistosomiasis through feces examinations in the 3 pilot villages. The average density of live snails in Niuzhou marshland showed a decline trend and the density was stable in Liulingwei marshland. There were no infected snails in the 2 marshlands and no schistosome adult worms were found in the sentinel rats Conclusion The implantation of the comprehensive control strategy for schistosomiasis with em?phasis on infectious source control can control the prevalence of schistosomiasis during a long period.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2011;36(9):854-858
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia inducible factor-2α (HIF-2α) and transcription factor OCT-4 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and evaluate their roles in the prognosis of NSCLC.
METHODS:
Tissues from 51 cases of NSCLC were collected and immunohistochemistry (SP method) was used to detect the expression of HIF-2α and OCT-4 proteins. The correlation between the protein expression and the prognosis of NSCLC was analyzed.
RESULTS:
The positive rates of HIF-2α and OCT-4 expression in the NSCLC were 52.9% and 72.5%, respectively. There was significant relation between the expression of HIF-2α and OCT-4 (r=0.514,P<0.01). High expression of them revealed poor prognosis for NSCLC patients characterized with a bad overall survival(P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
There is a negative corelation between the expression of HIF-2α and OCT-4 and the prognosis of NSCLC. Combined examination of HIF-2α and OCT-4 expression might be an important biomarker for NSCLC prognosis.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2011;36(1):64-67
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the clinical features and prognosis of small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) complicated with hyponatremia.
METHODS:
The clinical data of 158 patients with SCLC of the Second Xiangya Hospital from January 2000 to December 2007 were studied retrospectively.
RESULTS:
The incidence rate of hyponatremia in SCLC was 42.4%(67/158). The median survival time was 7.6 months in patients with subnormal serum sodium, and 14.1 months in patients with normal values. There was significantly different between 2 groups (P<0.001). The patients who did not fully regain normal values of serum sodium, had poorer survival (6.2 months) compared with the patients with normal serum sodium (10.3 months, P=0.044).
CONCLUSION
The incidence rate of hyponatremia in SCLC is high. The prognosis of SCLC with hyponatremia is very poor, especially in those who can not regain normal values of serum sodium after the treatment. So diagnosis and treatment at early stage are very important.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2018;12(4):339-343
Objective:
To explore the effect of the practice of healthy gymnastics by pregnant woman on the outcome of their primipara delivery.
Methods:
A total of 260 primiparas with no contraindications of vaginal delivery were selected from February 2016 to May 2017 from our hospital. None of the women had any family history of mental illness or miscarriage, and their prenatal body mass index (BMI) was normal with no complications during pregnancy. According to their choice (to practice gymnastics or not), 130 women who did not do gymnastics were assigned to the control group, and 130 women who practiced gymnastics were assigned to the observation group. The control group had routine examinations and health care check-up during pregnancy, while the observation group practiced gymnastics from the 28th week until delivery. Delivery modes, perineal lacerations, bodyweight gain, delivery BMI, and macrosomia incidence of the two groups were compared. Delivery modes and perineal lacerations were compared with χ2 test, and bodyweight gain, delivery BMI, and macrosomia incidence, were compared with

The clinical data, laboratory test, and gene mutations were collected from a family with Liddle syndrome. Literatures on Liddle syndrome published in domestic and abroad since 1994 were reviewed and the types of gene mutations were summarized. The proband was diagnosed with hypertension at the age of 24. Laboratory test showed that serum potassium was 3.65 mmol/L, plasma renin was <0.5 mU/L, and plasma aldosterone was 1.5 ng/dL. Proband′s father was diagnosed with hypertension at the age of 34 with the serum potassium 3.34 mmol/L, plasma renin 3.72 mU/L, and plasma aldosterone 6.04 ng/dL. A nonsense mutation(1724G>A, p.Trp575*) in exon 13 of SCNN1G gene was detected in the proband and his father. In 288 cases from 107 families reported in the review of domestic and foreign literature, the incidence of hypertension, hypokalemia, and low renin/low aldosterone were 95.1%, 55.2%, and 49.6%, respectively. This case suggests that the clinical phenotype of Liddle syndrome is heterogeneous. Patients with early-onset hypertension, regardless of whether they are accompanied by hypokalemia, should be screened for renin-angiotensin-aldosterone and genetic testing related to Liddle syndrome should be further detected in patients with low plasma renin/aldosterone.
