Colon cancer is a common and deadly disease with high rising incidence rate.Proteomics has already become one of the hot topic and maken great progress in the research of colon cancer pathogenesis,early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.In recent years,more and more colon cancer-associated biomarkers have been identified through proteomics-based approaches.This review will summarize the research progress of proteomics in colon cancer.
2.The Dynamical Progeression and Clinical Significance of S100B and IL-1?of Cerebrospinal Fluid in Patients with Tuberculous Meningitis

Objective To explore the dynamical progeression and clinical significance of S100B and IL-1? of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with tuberculous meningitis.Methods 43 patients with TM(TM group)treated with tubercle drug and 28 patients without never diseases(control group)have been studied.S100B in Cerebrospinal Fluid were exeminated by ELISA and IL-1?by radio-immunassay.Results S100B or IL-1? of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with tuberculous meningitis increased evidently in contrast with the control group.And S100B or IL-1? of Cerebrospinal Fluid in coma patients increased evidently in contrast with no coma.Conclusion The levels of S100B in CSF could reflex the degree of damage in patients with TM.IL-1? was more sensitive to treatment.
3.Clinical applied value of computed tomography perfusion imaging in early stage of ischemic stroke

Objective To study the clinical applied value of computed tomography perfusion imaging(CTPI) in early stage of ischemic stroke.Methods Routine CT scan and CTPI were performed in 45 patients with early stage of ischemic stroke(onset within 24 hours).CTPI yields a set of perfusion related parameters of relatine cerebral blood flow(rCBF), cerebral blood volume(rCBV),mean transmit time(rMTT),time to peak(rTTP) and positive enhancement integral (rPE).Results In all 45 patients,21 cases showed concerning lesions in the 29 cases with cerebral ischemia results of routine CT scan.16 cases presented normal results. 24 cases were not showed concerning lesions.The sensitivity of diagnose for early stage of ischemic stroke by CT was 46.67% (21/45).The specificity was 72.41% (21/29).44 cases of CTPI with abnormal perfusion changes were all showed concerning lesions. Only one case of CTPI presented negative result,which was acute brainstem infarction confirmed by follow-up magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).The sensitivity of diagnose for early stage of ischemic stroke by CTPI was 97.78% (44/45).The specificity was 100% (44/44).There was significant difference between CTPI and routine CT scan(P
4.Relation between rCBF and neuronal apoptosis in penumbra following focal cerebral infarction

AIM: To study regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and neuronal apoptosis in penumbra following focal cerebral infarction in rats.METHODS: To establish the model of focal cerebral infarction based on the principle of photochemical initiation of thrombosis.Laser Doppler flowmetry was used to measure rCBF in ischemic core and penumbra.The numbers and anatomic distribution of apoptosis cells were examined in situ histologically with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase(TdT)-mediated dUTP-fluorescein nick end-labeling(TUNEL) assay in adjacent sections.RESULTS: rCBF in penumbra decreased to the minimum at(6 h) in which it was 30.88%?7.11% of normal.From 9 h to 48 h,rCBF in penumbra increased gradually.At 48 h,91.90%?4.56% of normal cerebral blood flow was recovered which was significant differences than others.Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase(TdT)-mediated dUTP-fluorescein nick end-labeling(TUNEL) assay demonstrated that TUNEL-positive cells occurred at 6 h and were expending in a radial fashion only in penumbra.The numbers of apoptosis cells were progressively increased with time and to the maximum in penumbra after 48 h following focal cerebral infarction.CONCLUSION: There were delayed neuronal apoptosis following focal cerebral infarction.The mechanism may be related to ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by the recovery of rCBF in penumbra.
5.Effects of heat shock protein 90 inhibitor 17-DMAG on proliferation and apoptosis of colon cancer cell line HT-29

Objective To investigate the effects of Hsp90 inhibitor 17-DMAG on proliferation and apoptosis of human colon cancer cell line HT-29.Methods HT-29 cells were treated with 17-DMAG.The cell proliferation inhibition rate was evaluated by CCK-8 assay.Apoptosis of HT-29 cells by 17-DMAG was delineated by DAPI staining assay and Annexin V PI double labeling FCM was used to determine cell apoptotic rate.Furthermore,Westen blotting analysis was used to determine caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-3 protein expression.Results 17-DMAG time-dose-dependently inhibited the proliferation of HT-29 cells.After 0.1μmol/L,0.25μmol/L,0.5μmol/L,1.0μmol/L,2.5μmol/L and 5μmol/L 17-DMAG exposured for 24 hours,the cell proliferation inhibition rate was (14.36±0.95)%,(22.17± 1.15)%,(28.45±1.16)%,(35.04±1.58)%,(46.85 ±2.44)%,(57.19 ± 2.06)% respectively,after exposured for 48 hours,the cell proliferation inhibition rate was increased to (20.80±1.17)%,(27.55 ±0.65)%,(33.33 ±1.23)%,(46.20±4.76)%,(55.45 ±4.47)%,(61.75 ±2.72) % respectively,after exposure for 72 hours,the cell proliferation inhibition rate was to (29.62 ± 2.27) %,(39.19 ± 1.74)%,(44.29 ±2.00)%,(50.66 ±2.17)%,(58.84 ±3.18)%,(70.74 ±2.65)%.DAPI staining showed that HT-29 cells treated with 17-DMAG displayed chromatin condensation and nuclear fragmentation which are typical changes of apoptosis.Annexin V PI double labeling FCM showed that when HT-29 cells were exposed to 0,0.25,0.5,1.0 and 2.5(μmoL/L) 17-DMAG for 24 hours,the total apoptotic rate for 24 hours was (2.72 ±0.57)%,(5.38 ±0.46)%,(6.88 ±0.52)%,(10.44 ±0.32)% and (17.87 ±4.66)% respectively.(P <0.05).In addition,the expression of procaspase-3 decreased,while cleaved caspase-3 increased in the presence of 17-DMAG at different concentrations for 24 hours.Conclusion 17-DMAG can time-dose-dependently inhibit proliferation and promote apoptosis of HT-29 cells in vitro.
6.Diffusion tensor imaging of the prostate cancer

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of DTI for prostate cancer.Methods From October 2009 to December 2010,44 patients suspected of prostate cancer received MRI and DTI.The data of MRI and DTI were analyzed retrospectively.By histopathology,prostate cancer was proved in 16 patients,and benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH ) was proved in 28 patients.Differences in ADC and FA values between prostate cancer and BPH were compared by independent samples t test.Diagnostic accuracy of FA value and ADC value for prostate cancer was analyzed by using ROC curve,and the diagnostic threshold of FA value and ADC value for prostate cancer was determined.Results The mean FA value of the tumor regions and BPH were 0.308 +0.084 and 0.203 ±0.029,respectively.The mean ADC value of the tumor regions and BPH were (0.883 +0.192) × 10 -3 mm2/s and ( 1.408 ±0.130) × 10-3 mm2/s,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in ADC and FA values between tumor regions and BPH (t values were 4.833 and 10.779 respectively,P<0.01).The ADC value area under curve of ROC was 0.996 (95% CI was 0.984 to 1.007) ; the FA value area under curve of ROC was 0.904(95% CI was 0.812 to 0.996) ; Combined the FA and ADC value area under curve of ROC is 0.996(95% CI was 0.984to 1.007) ; Using the ADC value of 0.725 × 10 3 mm2/s as the ROC cut off point,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 100.0% and 96.0%,respectively; Using the FA value of 0.311as the ROC cut off point,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity was 100.0% and 68.7%,respectively.Conclusion DTI imaging can provide valuable information for prostate cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis,and improve the diagnosis ability of prostate cancer.
7.The clinical application of DWI signal intensity at different b values and ADC value in diagnosis of prostatic cancer

Objective To explore the value of DWI and ADC in differential diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)and prostatic cancer(PCa).Methods The data of 43 patients with BPH or PCa proven by histopathology were retrospectively reviewed. There were 21 patients with PCa and 22 patients with BPH.All of the patients were examined by DWI at 1.5T MRI.On the DWI,signal intensities in ROI were measured at the b value of 800 s/mm2 and 1 600 s/mm2 ,respectively.On the ADC map,ADC values in ROI were measured.The differences of the ADC values and the signal intensities of DWI were compared between the benign BPH and the PCa by using independent sample tGtest.Diagnostic efficiency of the signal intensity and the ADC value for PCa were analyzed by using ROC curve.Results There were statistically significant differences of the ADC values and the signal intensities of DWI at the b value of 800 s/mm2 and 1 600 s/mm2 between the BPH and the PCa (P<0.05).The ADC at the b value of 1 600 s/mm2 had the highest diagnostic efficiency,the DWI at the b value of 1 600 s/mm2 took a second place,and the DWI at the b value of 800 s/mm2 was worst.Conclusion DWI and ADC are helpful for the diagnosis of PCa,and ADC at b value of 600 s/mm2 has the highest diagnostic efficiency.
8.Expressions and significance of transforming growth factor β1, Survivin and Caspase-3 in patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones and bile duct stenosis

Objective To investigate the expressions and the significance among the three markers TGF β1,Survivin and Caspase-3 in intrahepatic bile duct tissues in patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones.Method Total of 130 paraffin section of intrahepatic bile duct tissue were collected at Department of Pathology,The 904th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force of PLA from 2013 to 2018.Total of 50 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones complicated with bile duct strictures (the stenosis group),40 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones with chronic inflammation (the inflammation group),and 40 patients with normal liver tissues (the normal control group) were included in this study.The expressions of TGF β1,Survivin and Caspase-3 in liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared among the 3 groups to find their correlations with the clinicopathological features of the disease of the patients.Results TGF β1 was expressed in 72.0% of the patients in the stenosis group,37.5% in the inflammatory group,and 15.0% in the normal control group.The differences among the groups were significant (P < 0.05);Survivin was expressed in 78.0% of the patients in the stenosis group,47.5% in the inflammatory group,and 25.0% in the normal control group.The differences among the groups were significant (P < 0.05);Caspase-3 was expressed in 10.0% of the patients in the stenosis group,42.5% in the inflammatory group,and 75.0% in the normal control group.The differences among the groups were significant (P < 0.05).Within the stenosis group,TGF β1 was negatively correlated with Caspase-3 (r =-0.882,P < 0.05),and positively correlated with Survivin (r =0.889,P < 0.05).Survivin and Caspase-3 were also negatively correlated (r=-0.923,P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expressions of TGF β1,Survivin and Caspase-3 were involved in the formation of intrahepatic bile duct stones associated with bile duct strictures.
9. The role and significance of digital reconstruction technique in liver segments based on portal vein structure

Objective:
To study the segment of liver according to the large amount of three-dimensional(3D) reconstructive images of normal human livers and the vascular system, and to recognize the basic functional liver unit based on the anatomic features of the intrahepatic portal veins.
Methods:
The enhanced CT primitive DICOM files of 1 260 normal human livers from different age groups who treated from October 2013 to February 2017 provided by 16 hospitals were analyzed using the computer-aided surgery system.The 3D liver and liver vascular system were reconstructed, and the digital liver 3D model was established.The vascular morphology, anatomical features, and anatomical distributions of intrahepatic portal veins were statistically analyzed.
Results:
The digital liver model obtained from the 3D reconstruction of CAS displayed clear intrahepatic portal vein vessels of level four.Perform a digital liver segments study based on the analysis of level four vascular distribution areas.As the less anatomical variation of left hepatic portal vein, the liver was classified into four types of liver segmentation mainly based on right hepatic portal vein.Type A was similar to Couinaud or Cho′s segmentation, containing 8 segments(537 cases, 42.62%). Type B contained 9 segments as there are three ramifications of right-anterior portal vein(464 cases, 36.82%). The main difference for Type C was the variation of right-posterior portal vein which was sector shape(102 cases, 8.10%). Type D contained the cases with special portal vein variations, which needs three-dimensional simulation to design individualized liver resection plan(157 cases, 12.46%). These results showed that there was no significant difference in liver segmental typing between genders(χ2=2.179,
10.A quantitative evaluation of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration by MR T2 * mapping

Objective To assess the feasibility and the value of MR T2 * mapping in valuing the early degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc quantificationally.Methods 67 patients with low back pain and 21 healthy volunteers were chosen for the study.The two groups both underwent 3.0T MR with the axial T2 WI and T2 * mapping images in 440 discs of L1-S1.We graded all intervertebral discs by Pfirrmann score,and measured the T2 * values of annulus fibrosus(AF) and nucleus pulposus(NP).Results The T2 * values of the anterior AF and the NP among different Pfirrmann grades were statistically significant (P =0.001;P =0.000,respectively).There was significant difference in T2 * values of the anterior AF at L3/L4 between patients and volunteers (P=0.043);The T2 * values of the NP at L2/L3,L3/L4,L4/L5,L5/S1 between the two groups were significant difference (P<0.05).There was also distinct difference in T2 * values of the posterior AF at L1/L2 and L4/L5 between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The lumbar intervertebral disc degenerates from the NP to posterior AF,and mainly occurs at L4/L5.The T2 * mapping technique can provide a good basis for diagnosing in lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration.
