1.Study on the digital network teaching of medical basic course under the “5+3”mode
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(8):848-852
It is an important guarantee for the better medical education to establish a suitable training program and teaching system under the “5+3” training mode. As a part of the five-year clini-cal medicine undergraduate education , the teaching of medical basic course is an essential part of training modern doctors. In view of the rapid development of the computer information technology and the need of training modern doctors, herein, the network teaching system based on digital resources is presented. The teaching status quo of the current medical basic course are analyzed, the development and advantages of digital teaching are introduced , the significance of the network teaching system using digital as precursor during the teaching of medical basic course is discussed. Finally, the condi-tions, technology, advantages and concrete practice for building the network teaching platform of med-ical basic course are also described.
2.Clinical Study of Long-stem Proshetic Replacement on Comminuted Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur in the Elderly Pateins
Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To study of long-stem proshetic replacement of comminuted intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly patients. Method Fifteen consecutive patiens who were more than 70 years old and had an unstable intertrochanteric fracture were treated with long-stem proshetic replacement from 2001 to 2003.The average hospital stay ,the average time to amblulation with full-weith bearing on the operated limb after operation and complication were observed. Result The average hospital stay of the patiens was 16 days,,the average time to amblulation was 14 days , the pain of the hip was two cases. Conclusion Long-stem proshetic replacement of comminuted intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly pateins may be a suitable alternative to internal fixation because the prothesis provides for early full weigh-bearing and rapid rehabilitation.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Boschniakia rossica extract on free radicals in the brain of D-galactose induced senile rats. METHODS: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group (48 mg.kg(-1).d(-1) D-galactose, SC), Boschniakia rossica group (100, 150, 200 mg/kg ig and 48 mg.kg(-1).d(-1) D-galactose, SC). After 40 days, the activities of SOD, MAO and the content of MDA were measured with colorimetric method, and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope. RESULTS: Boschniakia rossica extract significantly increased the SOD activity, decreased the MDA content, and inhibited the MAO activity in the brain tissue. It was observed under microscope that Boschniakia rossica extract could retrieve the degeneration of mitochondrion. CONCLUSION: Boschniakia rossica extract can clear the free radicals for D-galactose induced senile rats.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
On the teaching of chemistry for medical majors on fewer lesson periods, the contents for teaching were reorganized and optimized. The students interests in learning basic chemistry were stimulated and their study on their own was guided by the interesting and heuristic methods. Thus, the comprehensive ability of medical students was cultivated and improved.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2010;(1):35-39
Purpose To study the clinicopathologic features, immunophenotype and differential diagnosis of solid papillary carcinoma (SPC) of breast. Methods 73 cases of breast SPC with or without invasive carcinoma were collected, and the clinical data and histopathologic features were analyzed with further investigation of transmission electron microscopy and immunohistochemical staining (EnVision method). Selected antibodies included cytokeratin (CK), myoepithelial markers, neuroendocrine markers, proliferation marker Ki-67 and ER,PR,c-erbB-2,etc.Results All the patients were females with mean age of 64.7 years. The presenting symptoms were either a palpable breast mass or nipple discharge.Metastasis was observed in 43 cases who had undergone axillary lymph node dissection. Histologically, the tumor displayed a solid-papillary growth pattern, with mucin production demonstrated in 25 cases. Intraductal papilloma was not uncommon at the peripheral area of the tumor. The tumor cells were polygonal, oval, spindled or signet ring-like and contained abundant eosinophilic to granular cytoplasm and mildly to moderately pleomorphic nuclei. More than 5 mitotic figures/10 HPF were observed in 51 cases. 43 cases contained foci of invasive carcinoma which showed similar cytologic features as those of in-situ component. Immunohistochemical study showed that the tumor cells were negative for basal cell cytokeratin; positivity for smooth muscle actin-alpha and p63 were demonstrated in the myoepithelial layers of fibrovascular cores, as well as around the expanded ductolobular units. Most cases also showed cytoplasmic positivity for chromogranin A (89.0%), synaptophysin (86.3%) and neuron-specific enolase (95.9%).The proliferatiing index, as highlighted by Ki-67 imnunostaining, was 9.2%.The tumor mainly expressed estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor. The staining for c-erbB-2 oncoprotein was negative in the most cases. Neuroendocrine granules were seen under transmission electron microscope in the cytoplasm. Conclusions SPC represents a subgroup of low-grade ductal carcinoma in situ.SPC predilection in older women is associated with mucinous and neuroendocrine components. Follow-up data suggest that SPC has a good prognosis.

Objective To analyze the effect of clavicular hook plate(CHP) in treating distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Eighteen patients with distal clavicular fracture(NeerⅡ) and acromioclavicular joint disclocation(Tossy Ⅲ) were treated by CHP. Results Sixteen patients were observed after operation, according to Lazzcano curative effect standard, fifteen cases were excellent, take 93.75 percent,1 case was good, with 6.25 percent, the excellent and good rates were 100.00 percent. The phenomenon such as the steel plate fracture, loose, escape hook and acromioclavicular joint re-dislocation were not happened. Conclusion CHP is an effective, scientific and convenience way for distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation,it worth being promoted.
