1.MIGRATION CAPABILITY IN UTERI OF MOUSE PREIMPLANTATION EMBRYOS

Objective To study the migration capability of mouse preimplantation embryos in uteri.Methods Total(1?045) embryos from CD-1 mouse including fertilized oocytes,2-cell embryos,morula,blastocysts,tetraploid embryos and parthenogenetic embryos were transferred unilaterally(right uterus or oviduct) into pseudopregnant CD-1 recipient females. Results Forty-five pregnant recipients were obtained.Among 45 recipients,implanted embryos,the scope from 5 to 20,were found at right uterine horn in each pregnant recipient,but only 6 implanted embryos in left uterine horn of 6 pregnant recipients.Conclusion Mouse preimplantion embryos barely migrate and move in between two uterine horns,embryos transferred unilaterally also can not implante equaly in left and right uterine horns.

The dynamism and health of the mitochondrial network are regulated by fission and fusion proteins , which help to maintain organelle vitality and the physiological state of the cell .Recently, accumulated evidence has demon-strated that the changes of mitochondrial dynamics have a great effect on inflammation in a variety of diseases .To the con-trary , inflammatory mediators regulate mitochondrial dynamics at the same time .The aim of this reviews is to summarize the relationship between them and to provide new clinical reference for preventing and curing diseases .
3.Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Cervical Syndrome

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation on cervical syndrome(CS).Methods 112 patients with CS were randomly divided into two groups.The cases in comprehensive rehabilitation group(n=56) were treated with traction,ultrashort wave and massage,while those in the control group(n=56) were treated with traction only.Results The efficient rate of comprehensive group were 91.1% 3 weeks after treatment,and the symptom scores improved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation is efficient on cervical syndrome with few side-effects and complication.
4.A Study of Clinical Feasibility of Acceptable Noise Level Test

Objective To observe the clinical feasibility of the acceptable noise level (ANL) test ,analyze the effect of different test instructions to the result of Mandarin acceptable noise level test .Methods Twelve young peo-ple (24 ears) with normal pure-tone test and acoustic immittance test (threshold≤15 dB HL) were included in this study .They were randomly divided into two groups with 12 ears in each group .Group A received the same test in-struction firstly and then received different instructions depended on the different translation of English instruction by tester .Group B received the reverse test order .The acceptable noise level(ANL) ,most comfortable level(MCL) and back groud noise level(BNL) were analyzed .Results The average value of ANL was 7 .5 ± 6 .61 and 8 .29 ± 6 .54 dB SPL ;the average value of most comfortable level (MCL) was 83 .58 ± 8 .57 and 85 .41 ± 8 .89 dB SPL ;the average value of background noise level (BNL) were 78 .92 ± 10 .56 and 77 .13 ± 7 .91 dB SPL respectivoly .The difference of MCL ,BNL ,ANL in these two groups were not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .Test method 1 re-sulted in great individual differences in ANL ,which it ranged from -6 .4 to 20 .12 dB S/N .While ANL from test method 2 ranged from 2 .50~20 .12 dB S/N .Conclusion Different test instruction do not correlated to the results of acceptable noise level ,testers can translate the English instruction by different ways so that it is convenient to the application and clinical research of ANL test .

7.THE CHANGES OF FN AND LN IN PULMONARY ARTERY OF HYPOXIC RATS

Objective In order to investigate the mechanism of the remodeling of pulmonary vascular in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension,normobaric hypoxic rat model (FIO 2=10%)was used to observe the changes of fibronectin(FN)and leminin(LN)within the pulmonary artery by morphological methods. Methods The normobaric hypoxic chamber was used to establish the hypoxic rat model. The lungs were taken off and stained with immunohistochemical method.Some specimens were examined by electromicroscopy. Results Immunohistochemical analysis revealed progressive increase in the deposition of FN and LN,which was most prominent in hypoxia 7d group.The content of FN was higher than LN.Electromicroscope revealed that the SMC of tunia media had transitted from a contractile to a synthetic phenotype. Conclusion Long term hypoxic exposure resulted in increasing of FN and LN in the wall of pulmonary artery.These increase not only raise the tension and make thickening of the vessels themselves,but also provide an environment for the transition of SMC from a contractile to a synthetic phenotype.FN and LN played an important role in the remodeling of pulmonary vascular directly and indirectly. 8.Evaluation on ischemia-modified albumin, D-dimer and cTn Ⅰ in the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome

ObjectiveTo investigate the early diagnosis value of IMA and D-dimer and cTn Ⅰ in ACS.MethodsAll the 113 blood samples of patients with chest pain in the emergency department of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University were selected.Thirty healthy people were selected as the control group.Patients were divided into two groups:one of 52 cases was within 3 hours after onset of chest pain.the other of 61 cases was between 3 to 6 hours.According to the final clinical diagnosis,31 cases were divided into non-ischemic chest pain group (NICP) and 82 cases were divided into the ACS group.The ACS group was divided into the UA group (51 cases),NSTEMI group (18 cases) and STEMI group (13 cases).IMA was measured with albumin-cobalt binding test,and D-dimer was measured with the automated blood coagulation analyzer,and cTn Ⅰ was measured with the automatic biochemical analyzer.Levels of IMA,D-dimer,cTn Ⅰ were compared in the different groups and their sensitivity,specificity and accuracy to the early diagnosis of ACS were evaluated by Four format diagnositic test.ResultsThe levels of IMA in ACS group,which include the UA group,NSTEMI group and STEMI group were (0.722 ± 0.181 ),(0.601 ± 0.122),(0.631 ± 0.153 ) ABSU respectively.The levels of D-dimer were ( 0.485 ± 0.124 ),( 0.571 ± 0.181 ),(0.748 ± 0.094 ) mg/L respectively.The levels of cTn Ⅰ were ( 0.076 ± 0.027 ),( 0.059 ± 0.038 ),(0.065 ± 0.015 )μg/L respectively.Concentrations of IMA,D-dimer and cTn Ⅰ in ACS group were significantly higher than those of the NICP group [IMA (0.338 ± 0.065 ) ABSU,D-dimer (0.368 ± 0.078 )mg/L,cTn Ⅰ (0.022 ±0.007) μg/L] and the controls group [IMA (0.292 ±0.058) ABSU,D-dimer (0.267 ±0.052) mg/L,cTn Ⅰ (0.029 ± 0.016) μg/L].There were significant differences between the ACS group and the NICP group and the control group,F value was 3.613,3.289 and 3.521 respectivily,and P <0.05.The levels of IMA in ACS group within 3 hours and between 3 to 6 hours,which is (0.665 ±0.104 ),(0.520 ± 0.073 ) ABSU,were significantly higher than that of the controls (0.292 ± 0.058 ) ABSU ( F value was 3.58,P < 0.05 ).The levels of D-dimer and the cTn Ⅰ in the group between 3 to 6 hours [which were (0.634 ±0.213 ) mg/L and (0.079 ±0.032) μg/L] were significantly higher than those of the controls [(0.267 ±0.052) mg/L and (0.029 ±0.016) μg/L] (q was4.24 and 3.46,P <0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy was 83.36%,70.97% and 81.42% of the IMA in a separate diagnosis of ACS,but the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 97.56%,58.06% and 86.73% of the IMA,D-dimer and cTn Ⅰ with the affiliation diagnosis.ConclusionThe serum IMA is a more sensitive indicator of ACS in early myocardial ischemia than cTn Ⅰ and plasma D-dimer.Serum IMA in combination with D-dimer and cTn Ⅰ could improve the sensitivity and specitivity,and had value to guide cinical diagnosis of ACS in the early stage.
10.Risk factors associated with delayed encephalopathy occurrence in carbon monoxide poisoning

Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with delayed encephalopathy (DE)occurrence in carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.Methods The clinical data of 249 patients with CO poisoning were retrospectively reviewed.Potential risk factors associated with occurrence of DE,including gender,age,duration of exposure to CO,time interval between onset and arrival in hospital,mental status after onset,oxygen therapy approach,were evaluated by univariate analysis of x2 test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Age and duration of exposure to CO was significandy related with occurrence of DE in patients with CO poisoning.The occurrence of DE in patients with CO poisoning with age 60-75 years was 3.236 times and 2.119 times as much as that with age 3-17 years and 18-59 years respectively.Occurrence of DE was 4.338 times in patients with duration of exposure to CO ≥12 hours compared to that < 12 hours.Conclusions Age ≥ 60 years and duration of exposure to CO ≥ 12 hours are independent risk factors for developing D E.Old patients have a inclination to develop D E.To evacuate patients from CO environment timely is important for preventing from DE.
