In the context of the combination of education for clinical medicine graduates and standardized training of resident doctors, the professional psychological quality of clinical medical postgraduates is confronted with a test. The professional psychological quality education is not only related to the professional development of medical graduate studlents, but also to the realization of the goal of training talents in medical colleges, even to the people's life and health.Medical institutions and relevant teaching hospitals can, through strengthening the psychological education system, promote the occupation education, carry out rich and colorful educational activities, strengthen employment guidance, and improve the security policy to improve the medical personnel quality, and promote the comprehensive reform of the medical and health education.

Objective:To identify the cytotoxicity of four dental casting alloys on human gingival fibroblasts. Methods: MIT assay method was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of four alloys on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts(HPDLFs) isolated from healthy periodontal ligaments of subjects on the 2nd d,4th d and 7th d of culture.Flow Cytometry(FCM) was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of four alloys to human gingival fibroblasts. Results: It was found that there was no apparent cytotoxicity of all the four alloys. Conclusion:MTT and FCM methods show the same results. These four alloys have good biocompatibilities.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the anti-post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)effect of sertraline and nitric oxide in fear conditioning rats. METHODS Conditioned fear stress was established by electric shock with a cue tone, and fear extinction training was carried out by giving the rats only tone signals the next day. The rats were treated with sertraline(15 mg · kg-1) intragastrically within 1 h before the experiment for 8 d. Freezing time was tested at the 1st,4th and 7th day after the extinction training in rats. The NO contents were detected by Griess method and the nNOS and iNOS level on amygdala was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS The behavior tests showed that compared with normal control group ,the freezing time was significantly increased in extinction control group and extinction training group(P<0.01),indicating that the conditioned fear model of rats was successfully established. At the 1st and 4th day after conditioned fear extinction training in the rats, freezing time in sertraline(15 mg·kg-1)group was decreased compared with extinction training group (P<0.05). At the 7th day,the freezing time was significantly decreased(P<0.01),indicating that ser?traline reversed the fear response. At the same time, the contents of NO,nNOS and iNOS on amygdala of rats in sertraline group were lower than that in extinction training group(P<0.01). CONCLUSION Sertraline can promote extinction of conditioned fear memory, suggesting that sertraline has anti-PTSD effects on the model of fear condition in rats. The underlying mechanisms may be connected with NO.

Objective To explore the empowerment education application effect on the healthy education for patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 100 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis decompensation were selected from January to May 2017 in a ClassⅢ Grade A infectious disease specialist hospital in Nantong with convenience sampling method. All the research subjects were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Routine health guidance of clinical pathway was conducted for the control group, and empowerment education based on routine education was carried out for the observation group. Before and after the intervention, self-management behaviors, the incidence rate of cirrhosis complications and nursing job satisfaction in the two groups were compared respectively. Results There were 1 death case in the observation group and 2 cases discharged after 3 days in the control group during the intervention. Finally, there were 49 cases in the observation group and 48 cases in the control group. The evaluation scores of self-management behaviors which includes diet management, daily life management, medication administration, disease monitoring management were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(t=-4.047, -3.635, -3.437, -3.831; P<0.05). Satisfaction with nursing service which includes service attitude, communication ability, humanistic care and theoretical guidance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (χ2=7.789, 6.804, 6.557, 6.239; P< 0.05). The incidence rate of cirrhosis complications which includes hepatic encephalopathy and electrolyte disorder was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=4.549, 4.401; P< 0.05). Conclusions Empowerment education can improve self-management behavior of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and satisfaction, and reduce the incidence rate of complications.

Objective The family reconstruction method was used to establish paternity index algorithm for uncle-nephew relationships between two full sibling uncles and one nephew. Methods According to Mendelian genetic law,the family of two known full-sib uncles and one nephew were reconstructed according to the relationship between uncle and nephew, and the test hypothesis was established between two full sibling uncles and one nephew as the uncle-nephew relationship and unrelated individuals, and the paternity index of the uncle-nephew relationship between two full sibling uncles and one nephew was calculated by using Excel. Results Among the 99 genotypic combinations between two full sibling uncles and one nephew,91 of which were consistent with the genetic rules of uncle-nephew relationships, while 8 of which were not.a stepwise mutation model was introduced in the situations that do not conform to the genetic laws of uncle-nephew relationships. The paternity index of uncle-nephew relationship between two full sibling uncles and one nephew can be calculated using Excel. Conclusion The uncle-nephew testing involved by two full sibling uncles makes use of the role of the assistant, and the paternity index of the obtained uncle-nephew relationship is higher than that between two known full-siblings alone and their nephew, which has a good practical value in helping the appraiser to draw a clear appraisal opinion.

Recently, monkeypox has become a global concern amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Monkeypox is an acute rash zoonosis caused by the monkeypox virus, which was previously concentrated in Africa. The re-emergence of this pathogen seems unusual on account of outbreaks in multiple nonendemic countries and the incline to spread from person to person. We need to revisit this virus to prevent the epidemic from getting worse. In this review, we comprehensively summarize studies on monkeypox, including its epidemiology, biological characteristics, pathogenesis, and clinical characteristics, as well as therapeutics and vaccines, highlighting its unusual outbreak attributed to the transformation of transmission. We also analyze the present situation and put forward countermeasures from both clinical and scientific research to address it.
