87%. CONCLUSIONS The surveillance of overexpressing AmpC ?-lactamases in cefoxitin-resistant Gram-negative bacillus must be enhanced.The therapy of infections caused by related bacillus should make imipenem and meropenem a chief choice.DHA-1,CMY-2 and CMY-22 AmpC enzymes are found in Fuzhou.

The methamphetamine(METH)addiction is a compensatory adaptation of the central nervous system after the long-term exposure to METH in the molecular,cellular,neuronal loop function and brain structure.As a new type of post transcriptional regulatory molecules and regulatory factors,miRNAs are a large number of regulatory factors in the central nervous system.Studies have shown that miRNAs play an important role in the regulation of METH addiction.This paper is to review and summarize the expression features and the regulatory role of miRNAs in METH addiction,as well as the different expression of miRNAs in different tissues and organs.The aim of this paper is to provide a reference for further study on the role of miRNAs molecules in METH addiction and the discovery of new drug targets.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and resistance mechanisms of Proteus mirabilis in the ward of neurology de‐partment of our hospital .Methods For a total of 20 clinic isolates of Proteus mirabilis ,PCR were used for the detection of AmpC , ESBLs ,KPC and MBLs and then DNA sequencing was performed .The integrons were also detected by using PCR and then sequen‐cing was carried out .The genetic relationship between isolates were detected and analysed by pulsed‐field gel electrophoresis(PF‐GE) .The results of drug sensitivity tests were analysed .Results TEM‐1 and CTX‐M‐14 gene were found in all the 20 isolates ,the 10 isolates of Proteus mirabilis were also found carrying CMY‐2 gene .Class Ⅰ integrons were amplified from 19 strains carrying gene cassettes aacA4+cmlA1,dfrA12+orfF+aadA2and dfrA32+ereA+aadA2 respectively .PFGE analysis revealed that the 20 isolates were grouped into 11 PFGE types P1-P11 ,the 12 isolates of P1-P3 were same clones .The sensitive rates of the i‐solates to Meropenem ,Amikacin ,Aztreonam ,Ceftazidime and Tazocin were high .Conclusion Nosocomial transmission of the same clone of Proteus mirabilis was appeared in the ward of neurology department of our hospital .The predominance drug‐resistance genes were CTX‐M‐14 andCMY‐2 .The incidence of carrying class Ⅰ integrons was high ,and the major gene cassettes wereaacA4+cmlA1and dfrA12+orfF+aadA2.The 20 isolates were all sensitive to Meropenem ,Amikacin and Aztreonam .Other Clinical departments should also pay attention to the nosocomial infection caused by Proteus mirabilis and strengthen the infection control measures .

Objective To detect NRAS gene mutations in patients with acral melanoma, and to analyze their relationship with the prognosis of acral melanoma. Methods Clinical and pathological data were collected from 55 patients with pathologically diagnosed acral melanoma. DNA was extracted from paraffin?embedded specimens from lesions of the 55 patients and 15 patients with nevus. PCR and direct DNA sequencing were performed to detect NRAS gene mutations. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed using the Cox′s proportional hazards regression model. Results Of the 55 patients, 6(10.9%)carried the Q61R mutation in codon 61 of the NRAS gene. No mutations were found in exon 1 or 2 of the NRAS gene in any of these paraffin?embedded specimens, and none of the pigmented nevus specimens harbored NRAS gene mutations. Of the 6 patients carrying NRAS gene mutations, 4 had lymph node metastasis. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that independent factors of poor prognosis included advanced clinical stage(RR = 2.54, 95% CI: 1.062- 6.066, P < 0.05), not receiving surgical resection(RR = 2.98, 95% CI:1.316- 3.525, P < 0.05), and carrying NRAS gene mutations (RR = 2.73, 95% CI: 0.932- 3.257, P < 0.05). Conclusions NRAS gene mutations may be associated with lymph node metastasis in patients with acral melanoma. The prognosis of acral melanoma may be associated with clinical staging, treatment strategies and NRAS gene mutations. Additionally, NRAS gene mutations may serve as a new index for predicting prognosis of acral melanoma.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a whole-process health education model among inpatients with ascites type of advanced schistosomiasis. Methods A “admission-hospitalization-discharge” whole-process health education model was created, 101 inpatients with ascites type of advanced schistosomiasis were given the whole-process health education. The scores of schistosomiasis control knowledge, attitudes towards schistosomiasis control and healthy behaviors, and awareness of schistosomiasis control knowledge, correct rate of attitudes towards schistosomiasis control and correct rate of healthy behaviors were compared among inpatients with ascites type of advanced schistosomiasis before and after implementation of the whole-process health education. Results The scores of schistosomiasis control knowledge, schistosomiasis control attitudes and healthy behaviors were all significantly higher among inpatients with ascites type of advanced schistosomiasis after implementation of the whole-process health education than before implementation (Z = −7.688, −3.576 and −4.328, all P values < 0.01). In addition, the awareness of schistosomiasis control knowledge increased from 54.3% to 82.7% (χ² = 188.886, P < 0.01), and the correct rate of attitudes towards schistosomiasis control increased from 88.4% to 98.0% (χ² = 22.001, P < 0.01), while the correct rate of healthy behaviors increased from 48.2% to 59.7% (χ² = 11.767, P < 0.01). Conclusions The whole-process health education model may remarkably improve the awareness of schistosomiasis control knowledge and promote the formation of positive attitudes towards schistosomiasis control and correct behaviors among inpatients with ascites type of advanced schistosomiasis, which is of great significance to facilitate patients’ cure.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Hymagic-4D multi-essence (miniHA, acetylated sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer) on sensitive skin.Methods:The clinical trial was conducted from April 2, 2019 to April 30, 2019 in the Cosmetic Dermatology Laboratory of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University. A total of 33 subjects (average age of 43±9.5) completed the trial. Subjects diagnosed as sensitive skin according to the criteria were enrolled. Hymagic-4D were randomly applied on one side of the face while macromolecular hyaluronic acid was applied on opposite side for 28 days. Skin biophysical properties, lactic test, clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by the investigators at day 0, day 7, day 14 and day 28. Skin water content, TEWL and a*value were measured at the same time.Results:Dates showed that at day 7, day 14 and day 28, the a* values on Hymagy-4D using side were 8.54±3.08, 8.87 ±3.21 and 8.39±3.21, lower than that on the side of control 9.48±3.09, 9.51±3.30 and 9.03±2.95 ( P<0.01); skin roughness score, dryness score and erythema score on hymagy-4d using side were significantly lower than before ( P<0.01), and significantly lower than that on the control side ( P<0.01). Hydration, TEWL, pH value, L value and total score of lactic acid tingling test which were significantly improved on both facial skin compared to the baseline ( P<0.05) showed no statistical difference between two facial sides ( P>0.05) during 28-day treatment. Conclusions:This study demonstrates that Hymagic-4D has more effective in repairing skin barrier and inhibiting skin inflammation than single component hyaluronic acid on sensitive skin persons.

Objective Microneedle fractional radiofrequency (MFR) is a novel method for reju-venation that combines radiofrequency and microneedles .The aim of this study was to evaluate pro-spectively the efficacy and safety of MFR in the treatment of facial photoaging .Methods Between De-cember 2017 and December 2018 ,a total of 24 female subjects with facial photoaging aged 45 to 60 (45 .9 ± 8 .7)years ,the course of 1 to 20 (8 .88 ± 5 .06) years ,were collected from the Department of Dermatology ,Pepole's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region .They received 3 treatments at 4-week intervals .Global scores for photoaging (GSP) were evaluated at baseline ,after 1 treatment and 3 treatments respectively .Facial wrinkles ,skin texture ,pigmentation ,telangiectasia ,and skin tightness were evaluated by the 4-point method after 1 treatment and 3 treatments respectively .Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used for self-assessment of pain during treatment .At the third treatment self assessment on the degree of satisfaction with therapeutic effects was conducted in subiects .The adverse reactions were evaluated at every treatment immediately and the third day and seventh day .Results The GSP score of 24 subjects before treatment was (2 .83 ± 0 .92) ,(2 .25 ± 0 .95) after 1 treatment ,and (1 .67 ± 0 .48) after 3 treatments .The difference between before and after 1 treatment was statistically significant (t = 2 .17 , P < 0 .05) ,and between before and after 3 treatments , the difference was statistically significant (t = 5 .52 , P < 0 .05) .There were statistically significant differ-ences in facial wrinkles ,skin texture and skin tightness improvement scores between the first treat-ment and the third treatment (t = 5 .48 ,3 .88 ,5 .46 , P < 0 .05) .There were statistically significant differences in pigmentation and telangiectasia scores between the first treatment and the third treat -ment (t = 2 .46 and 2 .17 ,P < 0 .05) .After the third treatment ,the VAS value was 3 .2 ± 1 .2 ,indica-ting mild to moderate pain .The total satisfactory rate of the 24 subjects was 83 .33％ .The subjects had no adverse reactions .Conclusions MFR can effectively improve the symptoms of facial photoaging without obvious adverse reactions .

Pulmonary fluid refers to a thin and continuous liquid layer mainly consisting of airway mucus and lining liquid on the inner surface of alveoli, which is essential for maintaining a healthy lung. The clinical significance of rheological properties of pulmonary fluid in airway stability, pulmonary barrier and clearance functions, ventilator induced lung injury and surfactant replacement therapy in infant respiratory distress syndrome was introduced in this paper. Furthermore, a variety of classical methods for measuring surface tension and liquid viscosity, such as Langmuir-Wilhelmy balance, captive bubble method, glass capillary viscometer and rotational viscometer, and emerging techniques (e.g. particle tracking microrheometer and axisymmetric drop shape analysis) were reviewed, and their advantages and drawbacks were also compared, in order to provide an important reference for the assisted diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases in clinical practice.
